The composition for improving the oil sludge generation amount of the turbine oil is composed of 20% -50% of alkyl diphenylamine and derivatives thereof, 20% -60% of phenolic compounds, 0.1% -2% of phosphate ammonium salt mixture, 0.1% -5% of benzotriazole and derivatives thereof, and 0.1% -10% of carboxylic acid derivatives thereof in percentage by mass. The composition can obviously inhibit the generation of the oil sludge of the turbine oil, prolongs the service life of the oil product, has simple preparation method, and is suitable for adding and improving the generation of the oil sludge of the turbine oil.

Technical Field

Background
In recent years, the rapid development of the industry in China, the power demand is continuously rising, a large-capacity, high-power, high-temperature, high-pressure and high-rotation-speed gas turbine and a gas-steam combined cycle are widely applied, the working parameters of the turbine are higher and higher, the operating conditions are more harsh than those of a common turbine, the operating environment of turbine oil is more and more severe, and higher requirements are provided for the performance of the turbine oil. For example, the working temperature of heavy-duty gas turbine oil is 50-95 ℃, the local temperature can exceed 250 ℃, and the heavy-duty gas turbine oil is often in a start-stop state, the oil temperature is increased during operation, and the excessive temperature is easy to cause the decomposition of oil products and the failure of additives. In addition, due to the influence of air, moisture and other pollutants, the thermal degradation and oxidative deterioration of the turbine oil are easily caused, and polar substances are generated. When these polar materials accumulate to a certain amount, the aging of the oil is easily accelerated and sludge and varnish are formed. The generated oil sludge is deposited on pipelines, filters, bearings and electro-hydraulic servo valves, so that the filter is blocked, the oil supply is insufficient, the bearings are abraded, the valves are bonded, the speed regulation fails and other consequences are caused, and finally the loss of abnormal shutdown is caused. Therefore, how to control the generation of oil sludge of the turbine oil in operation becomes a great difficulty in the field of the turbine oil, and the influence caused by oil oxidation, hydrolytic emulsification and equipment abrasion and corrosion needs to be comprehensively considered.
Most of the existing turbine oil complexing agents are from the aspects of anti-foaming, anti-emulsification, liquid-phase corrosion, extreme pressure anti-wear property and the like of oil products, only the influence of single performance on the oil products is considered, and the generation of oil sludge caused by the imbalance of the overall performance is ignored. For example, amine antioxidants can provide better antioxidant performance, but are easily oxidized to discolor and generate oil sludge; the addition of the antirust agent can well inhibit the adverse effect caused by equipment corrosion, but the improper use of the antirust agent can generate acidic substances to degrade oil products so as to influence the filterability; extreme pressure antiwear agents and demulsifiers also tend to increase sludge formation and make it difficult to find a balance point in performance. In addition, the supply of the turbine oil complexing agent on the market is relatively small, most manufacturers use several single agents to simply blend the single agents, the overall performance of the turbine oil is lack of control, and the problem of oil sludge generation is not effectively improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving the above problems in the prior art, and provides a composition for improving turbine oil sludge, which can effectively improve the generation problem of turbine oil sludge during operation, ensure longer service life of oil products, and provide better protection for turbine equipment.
The technical scheme of the invention is that the composition for improving the oil sludge of the steam turbine oil comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: alkyl diphenylamines and their derivatives: 20% -50%; phenolic compounds: 20% -60%; phosphate ammonium salt mixture: 0.1% -2%; benzotriazole and its derivatives: 0.1% -5%; carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof: 0.1 to 10 percent.
The alkyl diphenylamine and the derivatives thereof as well as the phenolic compounds are antioxidants, belong to free radical scavengers and are used for capturing peroxidated free radicals in the oxidation process and inhibiting the chain growth of the free radicals so as to prevent the oxidation from proceeding; the phosphate ammonium salt mixture is an antiwear agent, when the contact pressure of a friction surface is high, local high pressure and high temperature are generated, and a phosphorus-containing compound and the metal surface generate chemical reaction to generate a phosphorized metal solid protective film with low shear strength, so that the abrasion and sintering of metal are prevented; the benzotriazole and the derivative thereof are metal passivators, have the function of generating chelates or protective films with metal ions, can inhibit the catalytic action of the metal or the ions on oxidation, are effective antioxidants, and are also good copper corrosion inhibitors, anti-wear agents and antirust agents; the carboxylic acid and the derivatives thereof are rust inhibitors, can generate salt with metal and are firmly adsorbed on the surface of the metal, so that the metal is not corroded.
Furthermore, the alkyl diphenylamine and the derivatives thereof are one or a mixture of more than two of alkylated diphenylamine, N-phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, octyl/butyl diphenylamine and octyl/pentyl diphenylamine p, p-dioctyl diphenylamine.
Further, the phenolic compound is one or a mixture of more than two of 2, 6-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 2, 4-dimethyl-6-tert-butyl phenol.
Further, the phosphate ammonium salt mixture is one or a mixture of more than two of tricresyl phosphate, triphenyl thiophosphate, thiophosphoric acid complex ester ammonium salt, acidic phosphate ammonium salt, nonyl ammonium phosphate salt mixture and dialkyl dithiophosphate. .
