本发明公开了一种便于粘接的胶水,包括以下重量份材料:环氧树脂粘结类3‑5份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚体20‑30份、水10‑20份、甘油8‑15份、聚乙烯醇15‑20份、丁基橡胶20‑40份、糯米粉20‑30份、乳化剂4‑6份、玻璃纤维2‑4份、抗氧剂1‑5份、合成树脂5‑15份、助溶剂0.2‑0.4份、抗静电材料1‑10份。本发明便于粘接的胶水,采用上述配方能够明显提升粘接力,采用糯米粉材料环保健康,使得胶水材料易于分解不会造成污染,采用抗氧剂材料,使得胶水具备很好的抗氧化功能,进一步提升胶水粘接的稳固性,采用抗静电材料,使得产品在使用时,具备良好的防静电功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶水技术领域,特别涉及一种便于粘接的胶水。
背景技术
目前,胶水产品的使用已经非常广泛,然而,现有的胶水产品在使用时,粘接力差,环保性能较低,并不具备良好的抗氧化功能,而且,现有的胶水产品也并不具备良好抗静电效果,为此,本发明提出一种便于粘接的胶水。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于粘接的胶水,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于粘接的胶水,包括以下重量份材料:环氧树脂粘结类3-5份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚体20-30份、水10-20份、甘油8-15份、聚乙烯醇15-20份、丁基橡胶20-40份、糯米粉20-30份、乳化剂4-6份、玻璃纤维2-4份、抗氧剂1-5份、合成树脂5-15份、助溶剂0.2-0.4份、抗静电材料1-10份。
优选的,包括以下重量份材料:环氧树脂粘结类3份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚体20份、水10份、甘油8份、聚乙烯醇15份、丁基橡胶20份、糯米粉20份、乳化剂4份、玻璃纤维2-4份、抗氧剂1份、合成树脂5份、助溶剂0.2份、抗静电材料1份。

根据以上实施例分析得出,实施例所制得的一种胶水,采用上述配方能够明显提升粘接力,采用糯米粉材料环保健康,使得胶水材料易于分解不会造成污染,采用抗氧剂材料,使得胶水具备很好的抗氧化功能,进一步提升胶水粘接的稳固性,采用抗静电材料,使得产品在使用时,具备良好的防静电功能。
