The invention provides an auxiliary obstacle removing device for a forklift; the hydraulic obstacle clearing device comprises a positioning seat, a steering assembly, a steering seat, a telescopic arm, an oil cylinder assembly and an obstacle clearing tool; the positioning seat is fixed beside the forklift, and the steering seat is hinged with the positioning seat; a hydraulic motor of the steering assembly is fixedly connected with the positioning seat, a first gear is arranged on an output shaft of the hydraulic motor, a second gear is fixed with the steering seat, and the first gear is meshed with the second gear; the end part of a telescopic sleeve of the telescopic arm is hinged with the steering seat, the telescopic rod body extends into the telescopic sleeve, and the obstacle clearing tool is arranged at the lower side of the other end of the telescopic rod body; the cylinder body of the swing oil cylinder of the oil cylinder assembly is hinged with the steering seat, the end part of the piston rod is hinged with the telescopic sleeve, the cylinder body of the telescopic oil cylinder is hinged with the telescopic sleeve, and the end part of the piston rod is hinged with the telescopic rod body. The length and the swing angle of the telescopic arm are adjusted by the swing oil cylinder and the telescopic oil cylinder, the rotation angle of the steering seat and the telescopic arm is controlled by the hydraulic motor, the position of the obstacle clearing tool is flexibly adjusted, and the crushed aggregates are grabbed.

Background

The obstacle clearing device comprises a support frame 1, a positioning seat 2, a steering assembly, a steering seat 3, a telescopic arm, an oil cylinder assembly, a hydraulic swing mechanism 8, a bucket 10, a positioning support 12 and an obstacle clearing tool.
The support frame 1 is a metal frame structure, the bottom of the support frame 1 is welded at one side of the top end of the forklift 11 close to a cab, the positioning seat 2 is welded on the support frame 1, the length direction of the positioning seat 2 is consistent with the front-back direction, and the front part of the positioning seat 2 extends out of the front side of the support frame 1.
Two hinged plates 3a are welded on the left side wall of the steering seat 3, the two hinged plates 3a are arranged up and down, and the hinge pin vertically penetrates through the two hinged plates 3a of the steering seat 3 and the front part of the positioning seat 2, so that the steering seat 3 and the positioning seat 2 are hinged.
The steering assembly comprises a hydraulic motor 4c, a first gear 4a and a second gear 4b, the hydraulic motor 4c is welded on the left side wall of the positioning seat 2, the first gear 4a is installed on an output shaft of the hydraulic motor 4c, the second gear 4b is welded with a hinge plate 3a on the lower side of the steering seat 3, the rotating axes of the first gear 4a and the second gear 4b are vertical, and the first gear 4a is meshed with the second gear 4 b.
The telescopic arm comprises a telescopic sleeve 6a and a telescopic rod body 6b, the end part of the telescopic sleeve 6a is hinged with the steering seat 3, and one end of the telescopic rod body 6b extends into the telescopic sleeve 6a from an opening at the end part of the telescopic sleeve 6a far away from the steering seat 3.
The oil cylinder assembly comprises a swing oil cylinder 7a and a telescopic oil cylinder 7b, a cylinder body of the swing oil cylinder 7a is hinged to the steering seat 3 through a pin shaft, the end portion of a piston rod of the swing oil cylinder 7a is hinged to a telescopic sleeve 6a of the telescopic arm through a pin shaft, a cylinder body of the telescopic oil cylinder 7b is hinged to the side wall of the telescopic sleeve 6a of the telescopic arm through a pin shaft, and the end portion of the piston rod of the telescopic oil cylinder 7b is hinged to the side wall of a telescopic rod body 6b of the telescopic arm through a pin shaft.
The upper portion of the hydraulic swing mechanism 8 is hung at the end portion of the telescopic arm, the electromagnet 9 is selected as the obstacle clearing tool in the embodiment, and the lower portion of the hydraulic swing mechanism 8 and the electromagnet 9 are fixedly installed through bolts, so that the electromagnet 9 is hinged to the telescopic rod body 6 b.
The bucket 10 is arranged on the fork of the forklift 11, and the bucket 10 is detachably connected with the fork of the forklift 11 through bolts.
The positioning support 12 is welded on the tail part of the frame of the forklift 11, the positioning support 12 and the positioning seat 2 are positioned on the same side of the frame of the forklift, and the positioning support 12 is provided with a U-shaped bayonet 12a matched with the telescopic rod body 6b of the telescopic arm.
