In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, there is provided a car roof for an elevator, having an X direction and a Y direction which are horizontally arranged and perpendicular to each other; the elevator car decorative roof comprises a rectangular frame body, a top plate 3 paved on the top surface of the frame body, and a middle lighting component detachably arranged on the frame body;
the rectangular frame body comprises two X-direction frame strips 1 and two Y-direction frame strips 2 which are oppositely arranged, and the central part of the bottom surface of the frame body is a mounting opening;
Each frame strip comprises a horizontally arranged bottom and a side part formed by bending one side of the bottom away from the mounting opening upwards; the two ends of the Y-direction frame strip are also provided with extension parts 23, the extension parts 23 are attached to the outer walls of the side parts of the X-direction frame strip 1, the bottoms of the adjacent two ends of the X-direction frame strip 1 are provided with cut-outs 13, the bottoms of the Y-direction frame strips 2 are attached to the lower parts of the bottoms of the X-direction frame strips 1, and the bottoms of the Y-direction frame strips 2 are provided with limit folded edges 26 folded into the cut-outs 13;
the edge of each frame strip at the installing port all is equipped with the upright portion of upwards buckling, and the top edge of each upright portion is buckled and is formed the cross section along the back installing port, and the cross section of each frame strip encloses into rectangular braced frame in proper order, and middle part lighting assembly is put to be fixed on the braced frame and seal the installing port.
In this embodiment, the number of the X-direction frame strips 1 and the number of the Y-direction frame strips 2 are two, and the two are mutually staggered and vertically set up. For convenience of description, the components of the X-direction frame strip 1 will be referred to as a first bottom 11, a first side wall 12, a first upright portion 14, and a first lateral fold portion 15 (as shown in fig. 4); the components of the Y-frame bar are referred to as a second bottom 21, a second side wall 22, an extension 23, a second upright 24, and a second cross fold 25 (as shown in fig. 5). The X-direction frame strip 1 is arranged on the Y-direction frame strip 2, so that the second bottom 21 is abutted against the lower side of the first bottom 11, the extension part 23 is abutted against the outer wall of the first side wall 12 (as shown in fig. 6-7), the Y-direction frame strip 2 is wrapped outside the X-direction frame strip 1, the overlapping area of the Y-direction frame strip 2 and the X-direction frame strip 1 is located in the inner surface area of the Y-direction frame strip 2, namely, the surface facing the inner side of the car decoration roof, and the mutually firmly abutted parts between the first bottom 11 and the second bottom 21 and between the first side wall 12 and the extension part 23 are beneficial to mutual adhesion. Meanwhile, the first bottoms 11 adjacent to the two ends of the X-direction frame strip 1 are provided with the notches 13, the second bottoms 21 of the Y-direction frame strips 2 are provided with the limit folds 26, the limit folds 26 are guaranteed to be clamped at the positions of the notches 13 (shown in figures 8-9), and spot welding reinforcement is carried out at the junction of the limit folds 26 and the notches 13 at the place where the appearance of the decorative top of the car is not affected. Therefore, the X-direction frame strip 1 and the Y-direction frame strip 2 are spliced to form a stable rectangular frame body, a firm reference platform is provided for the whole car decoration roof, deformation of the car decoration roof is avoided, and the whole car decoration roof collapses.
The central part of the bottom surface of the frame body is a mounting opening which can be integrally regarded as a middle groove, no matter the X direction and the Y direction, the mounting opening does not penetrate through the bottom of the car decoration top, but is kept at a certain distance from the top edge of the car decoration top. In addition, the middle part illumination component is arranged on the transverse folding part of each frame strip, so that the light inside the car decoration roof is prevented from being directly emitted, and the visual effect is improved.
The mounting opening part is used for placing the middle lighting component, and the top plate 3 is paved on the top surface of the frame body, so the frame body and the top plate 3 can be regarded as a shell for protecting the middle lighting component. The edge of the mounting opening is a rectangular supporting frame surrounded by the first transverse portion 15 and the second transverse portion 25, so that in order to ensure that the middle lighting assembly stably is erected on the supporting frame and the mounting opening is closed, the first bottom 11 of the X-direction frame strip 1 is used as a reference, and the first transverse portion 15 and the second transverse portion 25 are kept at the same horizontal height, so that light leakage caused by the lighting assembly can be avoided. Meanwhile, the middle lighting component is detachably connected with the frame body, and in the detached state, the middle lighting component serves as a whole and can move above the supporting frame, so that each lamp on the decorative top of the car can be conveniently maintained.
In order to facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the middle lighting assembly on the rectangular frame body, in another embodiment, the transverse folding part of the X-direction frame strip 1 is provided with an installation hole, and the middle lighting assembly is detachably fixed on the transverse folding part of the X-direction frame strip 1 through a connecting piece arranged at the installation hole part.
The middle lighting assembly is erected on the supporting frame formed by the first transverse folding part 15 and the second transverse folding part 25, and preferably, the middle lighting assembly is detachably connected and fixed on the X-direction frame strip 1 without fixedly connecting the X-direction frame strip 1 and the Y-direction frame strip 2, so that the stable connection of the middle lighting assembly can be kept, and unnecessary installation steps are reduced. Here, the mounting hole on the first transverse fold portion 15 is referred to as a first mounting hole 17, in order to keep the balance of the action point, the first mounting hole 17 is located at the center position of the first transverse fold portion 15, a connecting piece is arranged at the position of the first mounting hole 17 and used for connecting the middle lighting assembly, the connecting piece can adopt a bolt or the like mode, for example, a rivet nut can be mounted on the middle lighting assembly, a screw rod matched with the rivet nut is arranged through the first mounting hole 17 in a penetrating manner, and the disassembly, the assembly and the maintenance of the middle lighting assembly are facilitated.
In order that the installation of the middle lighting assembly does not affect the appearance of the car decorative roof, in another embodiment, an operation hole corresponding to the installation hole is formed at the bottom of the X-direction frame strip 1 for disassembling the connecting piece, and the operation hole is further embedded with a sealing cover 10.
In the actual mounting and dismounting process, the middle lighting assembly is placed into the rectangular frame body to be connected and fixed, and in order to avoid looking directly at the connecting piece at the position of the first mounting hole 17, the sealing cover 10 can be embedded in the operation hole for covering the operation hole.
In order to facilitate the movement of the middle lighting assembly, in another embodiment, the transverse folding portion of the X-direction frame strip 1 is provided with guide strips 16 extending along the X-direction, a sliding area is formed between the guide strips 16 on the two X-direction frame strips 1, the middle lighting assembly is located in the sliding area, and after the connecting piece is disassembled, the middle lighting assembly can slide along the X-direction under the limitation of the guide strips 16.
Because the middle lighting assembly is detachably fixed on the first transverse fold portion 15, after the connecting piece is detached, the middle lighting assembly can move on the supporting frame, and under the condition without limitation, the middle lighting assembly is easy to rollover or fall out of the mounting opening. The first transverse fold part 15, which is the transverse fold part of the X-direction frame strip 1, is folded back to the first bottom 11 to form the guide strips 16, the distance between the two guide strips 16 is basically the same as the width of the middle lighting component in the Y direction, the middle lighting component is limited between the two guide strips 16, and in the disassembling state, the middle lighting component can slide in the left-right orientation in the sliding area along the X direction, so that the movement of the middle lighting component is more convenient and safer.
To ensure that the mid-light assembly has sufficient room to slide, in another embodiment, an operative gap is left between the lateral fold of the Y-direction frame strip 2 and the top panel 3 to avoid sliding of the mid-light assembly in the X-direction.
The bottom of the middle lighting component is arranged on the second transverse fold part 25 of the Y-direction frame strip 2, the top of the middle lighting component is a top plate 3 arranged on the top of the Y-direction frame strip 2, and in order to ensure the smooth sliding of the middle lighting component in the frame body, the height of the top plate 3 is larger than that of the middle lighting component by taking the second transverse fold part 25 as a reference; meanwhile, the operation gap between the second transverse fold part 25 and the top plate 3 also facilitates the installation and the disassembly of the middle lighting assembly.
To ensure the stability of the overall structure of the mid-light assembly, as shown in fig. 3, 10 and 11, in another embodiment, the mid-light assembly comprises:
the rectangular mounting frame is formed by surrounding two oppositely arranged X-direction supporting strips 4 and two oppositely arranged Y-direction supporting strips 5, each X-direction supporting strip 4 is arranged on the transverse folding part of the corresponding side X-direction frame strip 1, and each Y-direction supporting strip 5 is arranged on the transverse folding part of the corresponding side Y-direction frame strip 2;
The two sides of the illumination mounting frame are respectively fixed at the middle part of the length direction of each X-direction support bar 4 in the Y direction; in the X direction, a light transmission gap is formed between two sides of the illumination mounting frame and Y-direction support bars 5 on the corresponding sides;
Two light-transmitting plates 6 are respectively arranged at the light-transmitting gaps on the corresponding sides in a shielding manner, and two sides of each light-transmitting plate 6 are respectively fixedly arranged at the top edges of each X-direction support bar 4 in the Y direction; in the X direction, both sides of each light-transmitting plate 6 are respectively arranged on the illumination mounting frame and the Y-direction support bar 5 on the corresponding side.
The rectangular mounting frame is formed by the interaction of the X-direction supporting strips 4 arranged on the first transverse folding part 15 and the Y-direction supporting strips 5 arranged on the second transverse folding part 25, and is used for supporting the light-transmitting plate 6 and the illumination mounting frame, so that the stability of the decorative top of the car is further enhanced. The X-direction support bar 4 includes a side plate 41, a first folded edge 42 formed by bending the top edge of the side plate 41 toward the side opposite to the mounting opening, and a second folded edge 43 formed by bending the lower portion of the side plate 41 toward the side opposite to the mounting opening (as shown in fig. 10). Wherein, the two ends of the second folded edge 43 are provided with notches with proper length to avoid interference with the second transverse folded part 21 of the Y-direction frame strip 2. The middle part of the second hem 43 is provided with a second mounting hole 44, the second mounting hole 44 is opposite to the first mounting hole 17 on the X-direction frame strip 1 in position, and the middle part lighting component is fixedly connected with the first mounting hole 17 through a connecting piece through the second mounting hole 44.
The Y-direction support bar 5 includes a flat bottom wall 51, a third folded edge 52 formed by upwardly bending one side of the bottom wall 51 near the mounting opening, and a fourth folded edge 53 formed by upwardly bending both sides near the X-direction support bar 4 (as shown in fig. 11). The Y-direction support bar 5 and the Y-direction frame bar 2 are not fixedly connected (movably lapped), and are only fixedly connected with the mounting holes on the side plate 41 of the X-direction support bar 4 through the mounting holes on the fourth folded edge 53, so that the mutual rotation of the Y-direction support bar 5 and the X-direction support bar 4 is limited.
The middle part of rectangle installing frame is the illumination mounting bracket, in the Y direction, and illumination mounting bracket's both sides are fixed respectively in X to support bar 4 length direction's middle part, and the mounting hole connection that is through on the curb plate 41 is fixed. In the X direction, the two sides of the illumination mounting frame are connected with the Y-direction support bars 5 on the corresponding sides through light-transmitting plates 6. The light-transmitting plate 6 is not connected and fixed with the illumination mounting frame, and the light-transmitting plate 6 is connected and fixed with the Y-direction supporting bar 5 through a third mounting hole 45 on the first folded edge 42 of the X-direction supporting bar 4. Since the light-transmitting plate 6 and the illumination mounting frame are respectively mounted on the first folded edge 42 of the side plate 41 and are not received in the side plate 41 of the X-direction support bar 4 in a slot, the problem of seam gaps is not required to be considered after the light-transmitting plate and the illumination mounting frame are connected with each other, and the light-transmitting plate and the illumination mounting frame do not interfere with each other.
In the whole structure, the relative heights between the X-direction support bar 4 and the illumination mounting frame and between the X-direction support bar and each support bar are adjusted, the one-to-one correspondence relation of each mounting hole is kept, and meanwhile, the light-transmitting plate 6 can be well erected with the third folded edge 52 of the Y-direction support bar 5 and the corresponding side illumination mounting frame, so that gaps are avoided, and light leakage of the lamp is avoided.
The mounting of the lighting elements affects the lighting effect of the car decorative roof, in another embodiment the bottom of the Y-frame strip 2 is provided with a first lighting element 27 illuminating directly downwards, the lighting mounting is provided with a second lighting element 85 illuminating directly downwards, the bottom surface of the top plate 3 is provided with a third lighting element (not shown in the figure) and the third lighting element illuminates downwards via two light-transmitting plates 6.
In order to ensure that the car decorative roof has good lighting effect, lighting elements can be installed as much as possible, but the premise is that the integral structural strength of the car decorative roof and the saving of raw materials are required to be ensured. Since the Y-direction frame bar 2 is a part of a rectangular frame body structure, stable strength should be ensured, and a point light source, namely, the first lighting element 27, can be mounted to exert a lighting effect; since the light-transmitting plates 6 are arranged on two sides of the illumination mounting frame and can be erected on each support bar and the illumination mounting frame, a third illumination element is arranged on the bottom surface of the top plate 3, and illumination is downwards carried out through the light-transmitting plates 6, so that the illumination effect is soft; the illumination mounting frame is positioned in the middle of the whole car decoration roof, and can be provided with a point light source, namely a second illumination element 85 to exert illumination effect. Different illumination modes are alternately distributed along the X direction, so that the richness of the decorative lamp is ensured, and meanwhile, a good illumination effect is also obtained.
In order to make the lighting element exert better lighting effect, in another embodiment, the top edge of the X-direction support bar 4 is provided with a slope section, and two light-transmitting plates 6 are obliquely arranged and are fixedly arranged on the corresponding slope section in a lap-joint manner, and the two light-transmitting plates are inclined from top to bottom along the direction away from the lighting installation frame.
When the two light-transmitting plates 6 are not arranged obliquely but horizontally, the third illumination element can only illuminate vertically downwards via the two light-transmitting plates 6, with a small illumination area. The top edge of the X-direction support bar 4 is provided with a slope section, and the shape of the slope section is preferably isosceles trapezoid, so that the design can enable the light rays emitted by the third lighting element to emit through the two light-transmitting plates 6, and the lighting range is wider; meanwhile, the light-transmitting plates 6 which are obliquely arranged further enhance the stereoscopic impression of the top and bottom of the car decoration.
