Here, the mounting hole on the first transverse folding portion 15 is referred to as a first mounting hole 17, in order to keep the action point balance, the first mounting hole 17 is located at the center of the first transverse folding portion 15, a connecting member is disposed at the first mounting hole 17 for connecting the central lighting assembly, the connecting member may be in a bolt manner, for example, a rivet nut may be mounted on the central lighting assembly, and a screw rod matched with the rivet nut is inserted through the first mounting hole 17, thereby facilitating the dismounting and maintenance of the central lighting assembly.
In order to prevent the appearance of the car decorative roof from being affected by the installation of the middle lighting assembly, in another embodiment, the bottom of the X-directional frame strip 1 is provided with an operation hole corresponding to the installation hole for detaching the connecting piece, and the operation hole is further embedded with a sealing cover 10.
In the actual mounting and dismounting process, the middle lighting assembly is placed in the rectangular frame body for connection and fixation, and in order to avoid directly seeing the connecting piece at the position of the first mounting hole 17, the sealing cover 10 can be embedded on the operation hole and used for covering the operation hole.
In order to facilitate the movement of the central lighting assembly, in another embodiment, the transverse folding portion of the X-shaped frame strip 1 is provided with a guide strip 16 extending along the X direction, a sliding region is formed between the guide strips 16 on the two X-shaped frame strips 1, the central lighting assembly is located in the sliding region, and after the connecting member is detached, the central lighting assembly can slide along the X direction under the restriction of the guide strip 16.
Because the middle part lighting assembly is detachably fixed on the first transverse folding part 15, after the connecting piece is detached, the middle part lighting assembly can move on the supporting frame, and under the condition without limitation, the middle part lighting assembly is easy to turn on one side or fall out of the mounting opening at the mounting opening. The transverse folding part of the X-direction frame strip 1, namely the first transverse folding part 15, is bent back to the first bottom 11 to form the guide strip 16, the distance between the two guide strips 16 is basically the same as the width of the middle lighting assembly in the Y direction, the middle lighting assembly is limited between the two guide strips 16, and the middle lighting assembly can directionally slide left and right in a sliding area along the X direction in a dismounting state, so that the middle lighting assembly can move more conveniently and safely.
In order to ensure that the central lighting assembly has enough space for sliding, in another embodiment, an operating gap is left between the transverse portion of the Y-frame strip 2 and the top plate 3 to prevent the central lighting assembly from sliding in the X-direction.
The bottom of the middle lighting assembly is arranged on the second transverse folding part 25 of the Y-direction frame strip 2, the top of the middle lighting assembly is the top plate 3 arranged on the top of the Y-direction frame strip 2, and in order to ensure the smooth sliding of the middle lighting assembly in the frame body, the height of the top plate 3 is higher than that of the middle lighting assembly by taking the second transverse folding part 25 as a reference; meanwhile, the operating gap between the second transverse folding part 25 and the top plate 3 also facilitates the installation and the disassembly of the middle lighting assembly.
In order to ensure the stability of the overall structure of the central lighting assembly, as shown in fig. 3, 10, 11, in another embodiment, the central lighting assembly comprises:
the rectangular mounting frame is formed by two X-direction supporting bars 4 which are oppositely arranged and two Y-direction supporting bars 5 which are oppositely arranged, each X-direction supporting bar 4 is overlapped on the transverse folding part of the corresponding side X-direction frame strip 1, and each Y-direction supporting bar 5 is overlapped on the transverse folding part of the corresponding side Y-direction frame strip 2;
the lighting installation rack is arranged in the Y direction, and two sides of the lighting installation rack are respectively fixed in the middle of each X-direction supporting strip 4 in the length direction; in the X direction, light-transmitting gaps are formed between the two sides of the lighting installation rack and the Y-direction supporting bars 5 on the corresponding sides;
the two light-transmitting plates 6 are respectively installed at the light-transmitting gaps at the corresponding sides in a shielding manner, and the two sides of each light-transmitting plate 6 are respectively lapped and fixed on the top edge of each X-direction supporting strip 4 in the Y direction; in the X direction, two sides of each light-transmitting plate 6 are respectively overlapped on the lighting installation frame and the Y-direction supporting bars 5 on the corresponding side.
The rectangle installing frame is enclosed by X to support strip 4 of putting on first horizontal folding portion 15, and is overlapped the Y to support strip 5 of putting on second horizontal folding portion 25 alternately for support light-passing board 6 and illumination mounting bracket, further strengthen the stability that the car decorated the top. The X-direction support bar 4 includes a side plate 41, a first folding edge 42 formed by folding the top edge of the side plate 41 away from the mounting opening, and a second folding edge 43 formed by folding the lower portion of the side plate 41 away from the mounting opening (see fig. 10). Wherein, the two ends of the second folded edge 43 are provided with notches with proper length to avoid the interference with the second transverse folded part 21 of the Y-shaped frame strip 2. The middle part of the second folded edge 43 is provided with a second mounting hole 44, the second mounting hole 44 is opposite to the first mounting hole 17 on the X-direction frame strip 1 in position, and the middle lighting assembly is fixedly connected with the first mounting hole 17 through the second mounting hole 44.
The Y-direction supporting strip 5 includes a bottom wall 51 which is horizontally placed, a third folding edge 52 which is formed by bending upward the side of the bottom wall 51 near the mounting opening, and a fourth folding edge 53 which is formed by bending upward the side near the two sides of the X-direction supporting strip 4 (as shown in fig. 11). The Y-direction support bar 5 and the Y-direction frame strip 2 are not fixedly connected (movably arranged), and are only fixedly connected with the mounting holes in the side plates 41 of the X-direction support bar 4 through the mounting holes in the fourth folding edges 53, so that the mutual rotation of the Y-direction support bar 5 and the X-direction support bar 4 is limited.
The middle part of the rectangular mounting frame is an illumination mounting frame, and in the Y direction, the two sides of the illumination mounting frame are respectively fixed in the middle of the X direction support bar 4 in the length direction and are fixedly connected through mounting holes in the side plates 41. In the X direction, the two sides of the lighting installation frame are connected with the Y-direction supporting bars 5 on the corresponding sides through light-transmitting plates 6. The light transmission plate 6 and the lighting installation frame, and the light transmission plate 6 and the Y-direction support strip 5 are not connected and fixed, but are connected and fixed through the third installation hole 45 on the first folding edge 42 of the X-direction support strip 4. Because the light-transmitting plate 6 and the lighting installation frame are respectively installed on the first folding edge 42 of the side plate 41 and are not accommodated in the side plate 41 of the X-direction supporting strip 4 in a groove, the problem of seam gaps does not need to be considered after the connection, and the mutual interference is avoided.
On the overall structure, adjust the relative height between X to support strip 4 and illumination mounting bracket and each support strip, keep the one-to-one correspondence of each mounting hole, simultaneously, make light-passing board 6 can well with the third hem 52 of Y to support strip 5 and the setting up between the illumination mounting bracket of corresponding side, avoid leaving the space, cause the lamps and lanterns light leak.

In order to ensure that the car decorative roof has a good lighting effect, the lighting elements can be installed as much as possible, but the premise is that the overall structural strength of the car decorative roof and the raw material are required to be ensured. Since the Y-frame 2 is a part of the rectangular frame structure, the stable strength should be ensured, and a point light source, i.e., the first lighting element 27, can be installed to exert a lighting effect; the light transmission plates 6 are arranged on two sides of the lighting installation frame and can be erected on the supporting bars and the lighting installation frame, and the bottom surface of the top plate 3 is provided with the third lighting element, so that the light is downwards lighted through the light transmission plates 6, and the lighting effect is softened; the lighting mounting frame is arranged in the middle of the whole car decorative top, and a point light source, namely a second lighting element 85 can be mounted to play a lighting effect. Different lighting modes are alternately arranged along the X direction, so that the richness of the decorative lamp is ensured, and meanwhile, a better lighting effect is obtained.
In order to make the lighting element exert better lighting effect, in another embodiment, the top edge of the X-direction supporting strip 4 is provided with a slope section, two light-transmitting plates 6 are obliquely arranged and are overlapped and fixed on the corresponding slope section, and the two light-transmitting plates are inclined from high to bottom in the direction away from the lighting installation frame.
When the two light-transmitting plates 6 are not arranged obliquely but horizontally, the third lighting element can only illuminate vertically downwards via the two light-transmitting plates 6, the illuminated area being smaller. The top edge of the X-direction supporting strip 4 is provided with a slope section, the shape of the slope section is preferably an isosceles trapezoid, so that the light emitted by the third lighting element can be emitted through the two light-transmitting plates 6, and the lighting range is wider; meanwhile, the light-transmitting plate 6 which is obliquely arranged further enhances the stereoscopic impression of the top and the bottom of the car decoration.
As shown in fig. 3, 12 to 15, in another embodiment, the lighting mount includes a first plate member 7, a middle plate member 8, and a second plate member 9 arranged in order in the X direction, the second lighting element 85 being mounted on the middle plate member 8;
each plate member includes:
the horizontal bottom plates of all the plates are level in height and are arranged at intervals along the X direction;
