Technical Field

Background
The building construction elevator is a building machine which adopts a gear and rack meshing mode or a steel wire rope lifting mode to enable a lift car to do vertical or inclined motion and is used for conveying constructors, tools, equipment and materials.
When users on different floors need to use the elevator, the corresponding operation of calling the elevator is involved, and the existing elevator also has some corresponding calling control schemes.
For example: the Chinese utility model with publication number CN206624522U discloses a technical proposal:

The technical scheme still has the following defects: first, the floor calling device is electrically connected to the automatic floor-selecting device, and the automatic floor-selecting device moves up and down along with the car, so the above solution causes the circuit arrangement of the whole system to be very complicated and inconvenient for maintenance and inspection. Secondly, the building construction elevator usually has to be provided with a driver, and the calling device and the automatic floor selection device in the existing scheme directly transmit control information, so that the control right of the driver can be reduced, the complex environment of a construction site cannot be flexibly coped with, and the safe and efficient operation of the elevator is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve one or more of the above problems, the present invention provides a calling system of a traction type construction elevator.
According to one aspect of the invention, the calling system of the traction type building construction elevator comprises a calling device and a prompting device, wherein the calling device is in signal connection with the prompting device,
the calling device is used for inputting calling information by an operator and sending the calling information to the prompting device;
the prompting device is used for receiving the calling information transmitted by the calling device and prompting the driver;
the elevator can change the dragging medium direction of the well traction machine through the top beam and the winding wheel set to pull the suspension cage to move up and down;
the dragging medium is a steel wire rope or a steel belt, and the top beam can move up and down.
The calling system has the beneficial effects that the calling system is independently arranged and is used for calling the cage of the traction type building construction elevator. Firstly, the calling device and the prompting device are directly connected through signals, and the whole technical scheme ensures that the circuit arrangement of the whole system is very simple and is convenient to maintain and check. Secondly, calling device can not directly control the cage and reciprocate in the middle of this scheme, but sends information for suggestion device, reminds the driver through suggestion device to give the higher control right of driver, thereby reply the complex environment of job site that can be nimble, the safe high-efficient operation of better assurance lift.
The elevator can change the dragging medium direction of the well traction machine through the top beam and the winding wheel set to pull the suspension cage to move up and down; the top beam can be lifted and moved, so that the lifter can be applied to building construction, and the building can be lifted continuously along with the construction, so that the corresponding top beam is required to be lifted and moved. The moving mode is usually the movement of loosening the traction medium and then lifting the top beam.
The traction medium can be a steel wire rope or a steel belt, the steel wire rope is relatively more convenient to manufacture, but the steel belt is also flat in design, so that the contact area is increased, and the traction friction force is improved; meanwhile, the steel belt does not need additional lubrication, is free of oil stain pollution, is lower in vibration amplitude than a steel wire rope, is more stable and comfortable, saves electric energy, and is long in service life and has advantages.

The invention has the advantages that the traction medium is connected with the suspension cage in a middle fixing mode, so that the traction medium with enough length can be reserved firstly, the traction medium is connected with the suspension cage in a middle fixing mode, the reserved traction medium can be directly used in the process of continuously rising the floor of a building, the traction medium does not need to be cut off in the middle fixing mode, and the mode of continuously wiring and prolonging is not needed.
In some embodiments, the prompting device is disposed within a cage of the elevator or at a control cabinet of the elevator.

In some embodiments, a plurality of display portions are provided on the display screen.

Fig. 1 to 2 schematically show a calling system of a traction type construction elevator according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a calling device 1 and a presentation device 2, the calling device 1 being in signal connection with the presentation device 2,
the calling device 1 is used for inputting calling information by an operator and sending the calling information to the prompting device 2;
the prompting device 2 is used for receiving the calling information transmitted by the calling device 1 and prompting the driver;
the elevator can change the direction of a traction medium 5 of a well traction machine 4 through a top beam 3 and a winding wheel set 7 to pull a cage 6 to move up and down;

The invention has the beneficial effect that the invention is used for calling the cage 6 of the traction type building construction elevator through the independently arranged calling system. Firstly, the calling device 1 and the prompting device 2 are directly connected by signals, and the whole technical scheme ensures that the circuit arrangement of the whole system is very simple and is convenient to maintain and check. The elevator can change the direction of a traction medium 5 of a well traction machine 4 through a top beam 3 and a winding wheel set 7 to pull a cage 6 to move up and down; the top beam 3 can move up and down, so that the lifter can be applied to building construction, and the building can be continuously lifted up along with the construction, so that the top beam 3 can move up and down. The moving way is usually to loosen the traction medium 5 and then move the top beam 3 up and down.
The traction medium 5 can be a steel wire rope or a steel belt, the steel wire rope is relatively more convenient to manufacture, but the steel belt is also flat in design, so that the contact area is increased, and the traction friction force is improved; meanwhile, the steel belt does not need additional lubrication, is free of oil stain pollution, is lower in vibration amplitude than a steel wire rope, is more stable and comfortable, saves electric energy, and is long in service life and has advantages.
In the invention, the hoisting medium 5 can be connected with the suspension cage 6 in a fixed manner in the middle.
The invention has the advantages that the traction medium 5 is connected with the suspension cage 6 in a middle fixing mode, so that the traction medium 5 with enough length can be reserved firstly, the traction medium 5 is connected with the suspension cage 6 in a middle fixing mode, the reserved traction medium 5 can be directly used in the process of continuously rising the floor of a building, the traction medium 5 does not need to be cut off in the middle fixing mode, and the mode of continuously wiring and prolonging does not need to be adopted.
Typically the prompting device 2 is arranged in the cage 6 of the elevator.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the prompting device 2 is disposed outside the cage 6 of the elevator, for example at the control cabinet of the elevator.
The beneficial effect is that because the driver can control the elevator usually in the cage 6 of the elevator or the control cabinet of the elevator, the corresponding prompting device 2 can be placed at the two positions, thereby being convenient for prompting the driver.
In some embodiments, the calling device 1 is a voice input device, and the prompting device 2 is a voice playing device.
The voice input device has the advantages that the most conventional microphone or other similar input equipment can be adopted as the voice input device, and the corresponding loudspeaker or loudspeaker and the like can be adopted as the prompting device 2.

In some embodiments, the calling device 1 is a key or switch or a voice input device, and the prompting device 2 is a display screen.

The calling system has the advantages that the single identity recognition device 8 can be included, and after identity recognition is carried out, the corresponding operator or driver can only touch the calling device 1 or the prompting device 2, so that irrelevant people are prevented from touching and operating the calling system.
In some embodiments, the calling device 1 and the presentation device 2 are connected by a wired or wireless connection, and a plurality of calling devices 1 are installed on each floor of the construction building.
The wireless connection mode is adopted, signal connection can be conveniently carried out between the calling device 1 and the prompting device 2, the whole system is more convenient to set, and complex wiring is not needed. The signal transmission can be ensured to be more stable through the wired connection,
