The following describes a specific implementation of the present invention in more detail with reference to specific embodiments:
referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a universal feeding mechanism, which includes a sorting and conveying assembly 100, a feeding and conveying assembly 200, and a detecting and screening assembly 300.
The sequencing conveying assembly 100 comprises a sequencing conveyor belt 110 for driving each workpiece to move forwards to a sequencing position, and a sequencing guide 120 arranged at the sequencing position, wherein the sequencing guide 120 is provided with a guide inclined surface 121 for guiding each workpiece to be sequentially arranged together with the sequencing conveyor belt 110, the distance between the sequencing guide 120 and a working belt edge of the sequencing conveyor belt 110 is equal to the width of each workpiece in the left-right direction under a preset posture, the guide inclined surface 121 is arranged backwards and leftwards when the working belt edge is a left side belt edge of the sequencing conveyor belt 110, and is arranged backwards and rightwards when the working belt edge is a right side belt edge of the sequencing conveyor belt 110.
It should be noted that the sequencing conveyor 110 may be, but not limited to, a belt conveyor or a chain conveyor, which can rotate clockwise (clockwise is a relative concept, and this description is taken from the right view of the drawing) and drive each disordered workpiece to move forward and backward to the alignment position.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 4 and 6 together, when the work belt edge is the left belt edge of the sequencing conveyor 110, the rear end of the guiding inclined plane 121 is disposed at the right belt edge of the sequencing conveyor 110, the front end of the enlisting guiding member 120 gradually approaches the left belt edge of the sequencing conveyor 110, and is finally spaced from the left belt edge of the sequencing conveyor 110 by a distance, which is set according to the length between the preset left side and the preset right side of the workpiece (i.e., according to the preset width of the workpiece); on the contrary, when the working edge is the right edge of the sequencing conveyor 110, the rear end of the guiding inclined surface 121 is arranged at the left edge of the sequencing conveyor 110, and the front end of the enlisting guiding member 120 is gradually close to the right edge of the sequencing conveyor 110 and is finally spaced from the right edge of the sequencing conveyor 110 by a certain distance, which is also set according to the length between the preset left side and the preset right side of the workpiece (i.e. according to the preset width of the workpiece); thus, when each unordered workpiece moves forward along the sorting conveyor 110 and touches the guide slope 121 (i.e., reaches the alignment position), the workpieces having front and rear postures that are not arranged in the front-rear direction or the workpieces that are parallel to the sequentially aligned workpieces and are traveling forward will fall out of the sorting conveyor 110 from the work belt edge of the sorting conveyor 110 under the limitation of the distance between the work belt edges of the alignment guide 120 and the sorting conveyor 110, and the workpieces that can continue to move along the sorting conveyor 110 along the passage formed by the work belt edges of the alignment guide 120 and the sorting conveyor 110 will assume a sequentially aligned (single-row aligned) state, i.e., the unordered workpieces are initially caused to be sequentially aligned. It is added that the enqueue guide 120 is in a relatively fixed position that does not move with the operation of the sequencing conveyor 110, in order to facilitate its functioning.
It should be added that the enlisting guide 120 further has a straight guide surface 122 connected to the front end of the inclined guide surface 121 and disposed parallel to the belt edge of the sequencing conveyor 110, and a straight passage can be formed between the straight guide surface 122 and the belt edge of the sequencing conveyor 110 by the arrangement of the straight guide surface 122, so that each workpiece arranged in a basic sequence under the guidance of the inclined guide surface 121 can continue to advance along the straight guide surface, and the smoothness of each workpiece arranged in a sequence can be improved and guaranteed.
The sorting and conveying assembly 100 is not used for screening the postures of the workpieces, but is only used for sequentially arranging the workpieces, so that the sorting and conveying assembly 100 does not need to be redesigned according to the structural characteristics of the workpieces, and the sorting function can be realized only by correspondingly adjusting the distance between the operation bands of the in-line guide 120 and the sorting and conveying belt 110. Therefore, the sequencing conveying assembly 100 can be applied to various types, shapes and sizes of workpieces, the application range of the universal feeding mechanism is enlarged to a certain extent, and the universality of the universal feeding mechanism is enhanced.
The infeed conveyor assembly 200 interfaces with the sequencing conveyor 110 and is used to move each workpiece in a sequential arrangement through a detection position, a screening position, and an infeed position. It should be noted that only the workpieces arranged in sequence can move to the front end of the sequencing conveyor 110 and be received by the feeding and conveying assembly 200, and then the feeding and conveying assembly 200 will drive the workpieces arranged in sequence to move from back to front and pass through the detection position, the screening position and the feeding position in sequence. In the feeding position, the workpieces are in a feeding state with a sequential arrangement, a correct front posture and a correct rear posture and a correct front posture and a correct rear posture, so that automatic assembly equipment can directly acquire the workpieces for assembly, or automatic processing equipment can directly acquire the workpieces for processing.
The detecting and screening assembly 300 includes an attitude detecting component 310 and a screening generator 320, wherein the attitude detecting component 310 is used for detecting the front-back attitude and the front-back attitude of each workpiece at the detecting position, and the screening generator 320 is used for moving each workpiece with the front-back attitude being opposite and/or the front-back attitude being opposite out of the feeding and conveying assembly 200 according to the detecting result of the attitude detecting component 310.
It should be noted that, when the workpieces arranged in sequence pass through the detection position, the posture detection unit 310 detects the front-back posture and the front-back posture of each workpiece, wherein the "front", "back", "front" and "back" of each workpiece belong to relative concepts, the relative concepts are adjusted and determined according to the required feeding state of the workpiece, and the corresponding judgment criteria are input into the posture detection unit 310, so that the workpieces can be detected and analyzed by the posture detection unit 310 to determine the front-back posture and the front-back posture of the workpiece at the detection position. It should be noted that there is at least one posture detection member 310, there is at least one detection position, and the number of posture detection members 310 is the same as the number of detection positions. Preferably, the posture detecting members 310 are all disposed above the detection position, so that the posture detecting members 310 achieve their detection functions. Preferably, the posture detecting member 310 preferably employs, but is not limited to, a detection CCD for accurately detecting the front-back posture and the front-back posture of each workpiece therebelow. In this embodiment, the detection of the front-back postures and the front-back postures of the workpieces of different types, shapes and sizes can be realized by changing the detection standard of the posture detection piece 310, and particularly, the front-back postures and the front-back postures of the small workpieces can be identified, so that the application range of the universal feeding mechanism can be further enlarged, and the universality of the universal feeding mechanism can be enhanced.
It should be further noted that, according to the detection result of the posture detecting element 310, if the front-back postures of the workpieces are opposite and/or the front-back postures of the workpieces are opposite (i.e. the preset front ends of the workpieces are set backward and/or the preset front faces of the workpieces are set downward), the screening generator 320 is activated to reject the workpieces with incorrect front-back postures and/or front-back postures out of the feeding and conveying assembly 200, so that the workpieces finally sent to the feeding position are in the feeding states of sequential arrangement, correct front-back postures and correct front-back postures. Preferably, the screening generator 320 can be, but is not limited to, an airflow generator, and the pressure difference of the generated airflow should be designed according to the actual acting object, i.e. the weight of the workpiece, so as to avoid the workpiece from being unable to move due to too small airflow.
In the embodiment, the front and back postures and the front and back postures of the workpieces of different types, shapes and sizes can be automatically screened by detecting the screening component 300, so that each workpiece finally conveyed to the feeding position is in a correct posture, and the method has high universality and wide application range.
The general feeding mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention drives the workpieces to move to the arranging position together through the sequencing conveyor belt 110, and guides the disordered workpieces to be sequentially arranged in sequence through the arranging guide piece 120, so that the workpieces which are only sequentially arranged can be received by the feeding conveying assembly 200 and driven by the feeding conveying assembly to sequentially pass through the detection position, the screening position and the feeding position, the posture detection assembly 310 detects the front and back postures and the positive and negative postures of the workpieces at the detection position, and the screening generator 320 rejects the workpieces with the opposite front and back postures and/or the opposite positive and negative postures out of the feeding conveying assembly 200 according to the detection result of the posture detection assembly 310, so that the workpieces which are only sequentially arranged, correct in the front and back postures and correct in the positive and negative postures can reach the feeding position. This general feed mechanism can carry out accuracy, orderly range with different kind, appearance, the work piece of size of a dimension to make the work piece satisfy automatic material loading demand, this general feed mechanism simple structure, convenient to use, and need not to carry out the customization design and carry out the customization processing according to the structural feature of work piece, have higher commonality, can reduce production cycle and reduction in production cost to a certain extent.
It should be added that, the universal feeding mechanism provided in this embodiment may further include a control component, the control component is electrically connected to the sequencing and conveying component 100, the feeding and conveying component 200, and the detecting and screening component 300, and is used to control the operations of the corresponding sequencing and conveying component 100, the feeding and conveying component 200, and the detecting and screening component 300, and in particular, can be used to receive the detection result of the attitude detecting component 310, and control the screening generator 320 to turn on or off according to the detection result of the attitude detecting component 310, so as to implement control over the universal feeding mechanism, and implement sequential feeding and attitude adjustment of workpieces of different types, shapes, and sizes.
Referring to fig. 3-4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the feeding and conveying assembly 200 includes a feeding conveyor 210 for driving each workpiece to move forward and sequentially pass through the detection position, the screening position and the feeding position, and a transfer feeding member 220 mounted between the sequencing conveyor 110 and the feeding conveyor 210, wherein the transfer feeding member 220 is used for moving each sequentially arranged workpiece from the sequencing conveyor 110 to the feeding conveyor 210. It should be noted that the feeding conveyor belt 210 may be, but not limited to, a belt conveyor belt or a chain conveyor belt, which is capable of rotating clockwise (rotating in the same direction as the sequencing conveyor belt 110) and driving each sequentially arranged workpiece to move from back to front and pass through the detecting position, the screening position and the feeding position in sequence. It should be further noted that, one end of the transfer feeding member 220 is mounted at the front end of the sorting conveyor 110, the other end of the transfer feeding member 220 is mounted at the rear end of the feeding conveyor 210, the transfer feeding member 220 itself may not have a conveying driving function, and under the driving of the sorting conveyor 110, the workpieces are moved one by one onto the transfer feeding member 220 and pushed by the next workpiece to move onto the feeding conveyor 210, and then the feeding conveyor 210 drives the workpieces to move. Through the arrangement of the transfer feeding piece 220, on the basis of ensuring that each workpiece can smoothly move from the sequencing conveyor 110 to the feeding conveyor 210, each workpiece can maintain the sequential arrangement state to the maximum extent, namely, each workpiece is beneficial to smooth transfer.
Referring to fig. 4-6, in the present embodiment, the top plane of the sorting conveyor 110 is higher than the top plane of the feeding conveyor 210, and the transferring feeding member 220 is disposed obliquely. It should be noted that, by setting the top plane of the sequencing conveyor 110 higher than the top plane of the feeding conveyor 210, the transfer feeding member 220 may be inclined at a certain angle, so as to facilitate the work of each workpiece overcoming the friction force, and enable each workpiece to move from the sequencing conveyor 110 to the feeding conveyor 210 through the transfer feeding member 220 in a faster and more stable state. That is, based on the arrangement of this embodiment, the work efficiency of the material loading mechanism and the stability thereof can be improved to a certain extent, so that the material loading mechanism has more usability.
Referring to fig. 3-4 and 6, in the present embodiment, the conveying speed of the feeding conveyor 210 is greater than the conveying speed of the sequencing conveyor 110. It should be noted here that the conveying speed of the feeding conveyor belt 210 is set to be greater than the conveying speed of the sorting conveyor belt 110, on one hand, the conveying speed of the sorting conveyor belt 110 can be in a relatively slow state, so as to facilitate the workpieces to be sequentially arranged one by one, and the feeding conveyor belt 210 is made to accelerate the conveying speed of the feeding conveyor belt 110 relative to the sorting conveyor belt 110, so as to balance the working efficiency of the general feeding mechanism, that is, the feeding efficiency of the general feeding mechanism, on the basis of ensuring the stable operation of the general feeding mechanism; on the other hand, the distance between the workpieces arranged in sequence on the feeding conveyor belt 210 can be further increased based on the difference between the conveying speed of the feeding conveyor belt 210 and the conveying speed of the sorting conveyor belt 110, so that the posture detection part 310 can detect the front and back postures and the front and back postures of the workpieces one by one, and the screening generator 320 can remove the workpieces with opposite front and back postures and/or opposite front and back postures one by one, and the operation precision of the universal feeding mechanism can be guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 3-4 and 6, in the present embodiment, one side of the feeder conveyor belt 210 is aligned with the alignment guide 120, and the other side of the feeder conveyor belt 210 is aligned with the working edge of the sequencing conveyor 110. It should be noted that, based on the above arrangement, the length of the feeding conveyor belt 210 in the left-right direction is equivalent to the width of the workpieces, and the arrangement is favorable for the abutting joint of the feeding conveyor belt 210 and the sequencing conveyor belt 110 (i.e., favorable for the layout of the feeding conveyor belt 210) and for maintaining the order of the workpieces arranged in sequence; on the other hand, the layout of the feed back conveying assembly 400 is facilitated, the receiving operation of the feed back conveying assembly 400 on each workpiece rejected out of the feed conveying assembly 200 by the screening generator 320 is facilitated, and the risk of workpiece loss is further reduced.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in the present embodiment, the universal feeding mechanism further includes a material returning and conveying assembly 400, the material returning and conveying assembly 400 includes a material returning and conveying belt 410 for driving each workpiece to move backward and sequentially pass through the material receiving position and the material returning position, and a material returning generator 420 disposed at the material returning position, the material returning and conveying belt 410 receives each workpiece limited by the in-line guide 120 and/or each workpiece moved out by the screening generator 320 at the material receiving position, and the material returning generator 420 moves each workpiece from the material returning and conveying belt 410 to the sorting and conveying belt 110 at the material returning position.
It should be noted that when the workpieces which are not sequentially listed fall from the operation belt of the sorting conveyor 110 to the sorting conveyor 110, and the workpieces with incorrect rear postures and/or front and back postures are removed from the feeding conveyor assembly 200 by the screening generator 320, the workpieces are received by the returning conveyor assembly 400. The material returning conveyor 410 can be, but not limited to, a belt conveyor or a chain conveyor, which can rotate counterclockwise (counterclockwise is a concept proposed for clockwise, and this expression is observed from the right view of the drawing, that is, the material returning conveyor 410 rotates in the reverse direction relative to both the sequencing conveyor 110 and the feeding conveyor 210), and drives each workpiece received by the material returning conveyor to move from front to back and pass through the material receiving position and the material returning position in sequence. Wherein, in the receiving position, the workpieces which are not sequentially listed will fall out of the sequencing conveyor 110 from the working belt of the sequencing conveyor 110 under the restriction of the enqueue guide 120 and be received by the return conveyor 410; also, workpieces that are incorrectly oriented in the front-to-back and/or front-to-back orientations are rejected from the feeder conveyor assembly 200 by the screen generator 320 and received by the return conveyor 410. In the feeding back position, the feeding back generator 420 is started in real time and transfers the workpieces from the feeding back conveyor 410 to the sorting conveyor 110 to realize the reflow of the workpieces, so that the workpieces can be subjected to sorting, attitude detection and attitude screening again. Preferably, the material return generator 420 is, but not limited to, an air flow generator capable of generating air flow blowing toward the sequencing conveyor 110, which can perform the transferring operation of a plurality of workpieces located at the material return position at a time, and the pressure difference of the air flow blowing toward the sequencing conveyor 110 generated by the material return generator 420 should be designed according to the actual acting object, i.e., the weight and the moving distance of the workpieces, so as to avoid that the workpieces cannot move or the moving distance is too large/too small due to too small air flow. The setting of feed back conveying assembly 400 has been passed through to this embodiment, has realized the recovery operation of work piece, avoids the work piece to lose, and very big degree ground reduces the loss.
Referring to fig. 3-5, in the present embodiment, the material returning conveyor 410 includes a material receiving conveying section 411 disposed at the material receiving position and disposed in an inclined manner, and a material returning conveying section 412 connected to the material receiving conveying section 411 and disposed at the material returning position, a top plane of the material receiving conveying section 411 is disposed below a top plane of the sorting conveyor 110 and below a top plane of the feeding conveying assembly 200, and the top plane of the material returning conveyor 410 is disposed flush with the top plane of the sorting conveyor 110. It should be noted that, the front end of the receiving and conveying section 411 is arranged below the top plane of the sorting conveyor 110 and below the top plane of the feeding and conveying assembly 200, on one hand, it is beneficial to receive the unordered workpieces falling from the operation belt of the sorting conveyor 110 along the sorting conveyor 110, and the screening generator 320 rejects the workpieces with incorrect front and back postures and/or front and back postures of the feeding and conveying assembly 200; on the other hand, the height difference between the top plane of the receiving conveying section 411 and the top plane of the sequencing conveying belt 110 and the height difference between the top plane of the receiving conveying section 411 and the top plane of the feeding conveying assembly 200 can be utilized to enable each workpiece to make falling movement, and the front-back posture and/or the front-back posture of each workpiece to be changed to a certain extent, so that the workpieces are prevented from being repeatedly rejected by the screening generator 320, the average time consumed by the single workpiece to be sequentially fed by the universal feeding mechanism is shortened to a certain extent, and the use performance of the universal feeding mechanism is improved.
Based on the configuration of the present embodiment, a specific implementation example is provided herein, preferably, the whole of the feed back conveyor 410 is disposed in an inclined manner, and a supporting structure 413 is disposed below the upper conveyor of the feed back conveyor 410, so that the upper conveyor on one side of the supporting structure 413 forms the feed back conveying section 412, and the upper conveyor on the other side of the supporting structure 413 forms the receiving conveying section 411. The above examples are intended as reference examples and should not be construed as limiting embodiments of the present invention.

It should be noted that, by the arrangement of the sorting barrier 130, each workpiece can be blocked and prevented from moving out of the range of the sorting conveyor 110 when flowing back to the sorting conveyor 110 from the feed-back conveyor assembly 400 and/or during moving to the enqueue position along the sorting conveyor 110, so that the loss of workpieces can be further reduced. It should be noted that the anti-overlapping restricting member 140 is vertically spaced from the top plane of the sequencing conveyor 110, and the distance between the anti-overlapping restricting member 140 and the top plane of the sequencing conveyor 110 is the height of one workpiece, so that the anti-overlapping restricting member 140 can restrict the passage of the stacked workpieces, and can further restrict the passage of the workpieces which are not vertically disposed in the forward and reverse postures, thereby further ensuring the sequential arrangement effect of the workpieces. It is added that the sequencing stop 130 and the anti-aliasing restriction 140 are in a relatively fixed position, which does not move with the operation of the sequencing conveyor 110, in order to facilitate their functioning.
