Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装技术。更具体地,本发明涉及超声波密封技术,例如用于将包装材料件的第一区段(section)和第二区段密封在一起的方法、砧座组件和包括这样的砧座组件的系统。
背景技术
在包装技术领域内,有许多不同的技术可用于密封包装材料,使得可以由包装材料形成包装。用于将包装密封在一起的众所周知的技术是所谓的超声波密封。该技术的一般原理是超声波发生器(也称为超声波喇叭)产生超声波,这导致包装材料的那部分熔化。在生成热量的同时,包装材料的两个区段朝向彼此挤压,使得这些区段彼此附接。
超声波密封通常用于包装行业。在液体食品包装工业中,该技术通常用于生产用于容纳冷藏产品(即将被放入冰箱而不是在室温下放置的产品,例如巴氏杀菌奶)的包装。超声波密封技术通常用于冷藏产品的包装的一个原因是这些包装由于放置在冰箱中而不需要铝层。不具有铝层的效果是不能使用要求在包装材料中有导电层的诸如感应热封之类的技术。不具有铝层的另一个效果是可以降低包装的环境影响。
使用砧座,从而使包装材料相对于超声波发生器定位,使得可以实现适当的密封。如专利文件DE20216532中所公开的,砧座可包括连接到压缩弹簧的多个区段。专利文件JP9278022还公开了压缩弹簧可以形成砧座的一部分。
尽管现有技术公开了多个设计砧座的方法,使得超声波密封系统可以适应例如不同的包装材料厚度,但是仍然需要进一步改进超声波密封系统,使得超声波密封可以以更可靠、符合成本效益的和时间高效的方式实现。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是至少部分地克服现有技术的一个或多个上述限制。特别地,本发明的目的是从成本和质量的角度提供用于超声波密封的改进的方法和系统。
根据第一方面,提供了一种用于将包装材料件的第一区段和第二区段密封在一起的方法。所述方法包括:
将所述包装材料件布置成使得所述第一区段和所述第二区段彼此贴靠,
通过将所述包装材料件通过加热站进给来熔化所述第一区段和所述第二区段中的至少一个塑料层,
其中所述加热站包括放置在所述件的第一侧上的至少一个超声波喇叭和放置在所述件的第二侧上的第一组砧座元件,其中所述第一侧与所述第二侧相对,
其中所述砧座元件中的每一个包括连接到弹簧元件的砧座头,其中所述砧座头的表面构造成在通过所述加热站被进给时保持抵靠所述件,使得压力P施加到所述件上,以及
冷却所述包装材料件,使得所述至少一个塑料层固化。
使所述砧座元件设置有所述砧座头的优点在于,施加在所述件上的压力P是通过使用多个元件提供的。通过这样做,可以降低所述件的一部分未提供有压力P,因而提供不充分密封的风险。这在所述件包括三层区段(例如纵向密封和两层区段)时尤其适用。通过所述加热站连续地进给所述包装材料件。提供连续的超声波密封。
具有多个元件还增加了一种可能性,即微调所述第一组砧座元件,使得施加到所述件上的压力P适于使得可以实现足够的密封。
另外,具有多个元件改善了加热站的冗余度。例如,即使多个元件中的一个元件未能对所述件施加压力,其余元件也可提供足够的压力以实现足够的密封。
所述弹簧元件可以是板簧。
使用板簧的优点在于,这种弹簧不设置有难以保持清洁的区段。因此,从食品安全的角度来看,使用板簧是一个优点。
所述砧座头和所述弹簧元件可以形成整体部件。
此外,所述表面可包括弯曲的入口区域和平坦区域。
所述砧座头设计成使得当所述件沿方向D移动通过所述加热站时首先遇到所述弯曲的入口区域,然后是所述平坦区域,这么做的优点在于,可以减少破坏或刮擦所述包装材料的风险。
所述表面可包括中间区段突起。
由于所述件在通过所述加热站进给时在所述砧座头上滑动,因此使所述表面设置有所述中间区段突起的优点在于,可以降低摩擦。另外,具有所述中间区段突起使得压力被引导到所述件的一部分,这对于实现足够的密封可能是有利的。
此外,所述第一组砧座元件可以保持在砧座组件中,其中所述砧座组件设置有开口,所述开口允许所述第一组砧座元件进入,并且所述方法还可以包括:
通过使液体经由所述开口冲洗来清洁所述第一组砧座元件。
具有所述开口的优点在于,可以便于清洁。
所述砧座组件可包括第一突起和第二突起,并且所述砧座头的至少一部分可设置有分别与所述第一突起和所述第二突起相互作用的第一脊区段和第二脊区段。
这样做的一个优点在于,可以限制所述砧座元件移动通过所述第一突起和所述第二突起,因而可以预先加载砧座元件。
所述砧座组件还可包括附接有所述第一组砧座元件的砧座基底元件;保持所述砧座基底元件的第一部件和第二部件;至少一个压力调节元件,其布置在所述第一部件中,使得所述砧座基底元件能够朝向和远离所述第一顶部突起和所述第二顶部突起移动。

具体实施方式
图1a概括地示出了由图1b中所示的包装材料件制成的纸盒包装100的实施例。纸盒包装100包括通过弱化线彼此分开的多个面板。弱化线使得包装材料件可以通过包装机(也称为填充机)可靠且有效地折叠成包装100。
在该实施例中,包装100包括第一后面板102、左面板104、前面板106、右面板108和第二后面板110,它们一起形成包装100的套筒形主体。第一后面板102和第二后面板110通过所谓的纵向密封彼此附接。为了避免容纳在包装中的产品与包装材料的内层接触,放置在第一后面板102的周边部分内的第二后面板110的周边部分可以由塑料条(有时称为纵向密封条)保护。
此外,包装100包括第一顶部后面板112、左角顶部面板114、顶部前面板116、右角面板118和第二顶部后面板120,它们一起形成包装100的顶部。第一顶部后面板112和第二顶部后面板120以与第一后面板102和第二后面板110类似的方式彼此附接。为了封闭包装100,第一顶部后面板112和第二顶部后面板120附接到顶部前面板116,左角顶部面板114的两个区段彼此附接,并且右角顶部面板118的两个区段彼此附接。这是通过在包装填充产品之后在包装机中进行的横向密封来实现的。

在包装100在滚动进给式(roll-fed)包装机中生产的情况下,在包装材料卷筒上相继提供多个包装材料件。通过以这种方式布置包装材料件,可以在形成后续包装的顶部的横向密封进行的同时进行形成底部的横向密封。在进行横向密封之后,通过在横向密封之间的区段中切割包装来使包装彼此分开。
为了形成横向密封,可以提供第一顶部密封区段134和第二顶部密封区段132以及第一底部密封区段136和第二底部密封区段138。在进行横向密封之后,可以分开包装材料,使得第一顶部密封区段132和第二顶部密封区段134形成包装100的顶部的上部,并且第一底部密封区段136和第二底部密封区段138形成包装100的底部的下部。为了形成纵向密封,可以使用纵向密封区段140。
在包装在坯料进给式(blanks-fed)包装机中生产的情况下,预先提供纵向密封,即,第一后面板102经由纵向区段140附接到第二后面板110,从而提供套筒形的包装材料件。此外,分开,也称为切割,不是在坯料进给式包装机中进行的,而是在生产待进给到坯料进给式包装机中的坯料时进行的。
图2通常以实施例的方式示出了可用于形成包装100的包装材料200。
面对周围空间,可以提供外涂层202。外涂层202可以用于避免水的湿气与放置在外涂层202内的印刷层204接触的目的。印刷层204可以包括墨或用于在包装100上提供印刷的任何其他材料。
在印刷层204内,可以提供第一纸板层206和第二纸板层208。第一纸板层206和第二纸板层208为包装100提供坚固性。第一纸板层206可以是具有或不具有粘土涂层的漂白纸板。第二纸板层208可以是漂白或未漂白的纸板。
接下来,可以提供由塑料材料制成的层压层210。层压层210可以实现阻止微生物与容纳在包装100内的产品接触。
在层压层210内,可以提供铝箔212。铝箔212可以实现阻止光、氧气和气味与容纳在包装100内的产品接触,而且阻止包装内的香气可能从包装100中释放出来。然而,铝箔212不会存在于所有类型的包装材料中。例如,在用于冷藏产品(即将被放入冰箱的产品)的包装的包装材料中,铝箔212最常被省去并且由层压层和纸板层的组合代替。
可提供第一内部涂层214和第二内部涂层216,其例如由塑料材料制成,最接近容纳在包装100内的产品。提供这些内部涂层的一个目的在于阻碍产品与铝箔212直接接触。
图3以实施例的方式示出了用于将所述件100的第一区段132、136和第二区段134、138密封在一起的系统300的俯视图。系统300可包括加热站302,其中生成热量使得塑料层210、214、216中的至少一个熔化;以及冷却站304,其中塑料层被冷却以使得塑料层固化。
加热站306可包括放置在所述件100的第一侧上的超声波喇叭306,也称为超声波发生器。在另一侧,即第二侧,提供第一组308砧座元件。砧座元件通过将压力P施加到所述件100上而使所述件100保持抵靠超声波喇叭306。为了提供压力P,所述砧座元件中的每一个可包括弹簧元件310,其可以是板簧或扭转弹簧;以及砧座头312。弹簧元件310和砧座头312可以形成为一个整体部件,但是如果例如两者使用不同的材料,它们也可以是紧固在一起的两个单独的元件。至少一个压力调节元件314a、314b、314c、314d可用于调节压力P,如图4中进一步所示。在密封期间,包装材料件100通过加热站连续地进给。
冷却站314可包括第二组316砧座元件和冷却轮318。第二组316砧座元件与第一组308的不同之处在于,轮用于与所述件100相互作用而不是如第一组中那样与砧座头312相互作用。即使被示为不同类型,第二组316砧座元件也可以是与第一组308相同的类型。
第一组308和第二组316两者都固定地安装,这意味着包装材料200件100沿方向D移动,而不是移动砧座元件。
第一组308砧座元件可以保持在砧座组件400中,如图4以实施例的方式所示。砧座组件400可包括第一部件402和第二部件404,所述第一部件402和第二部件404彼此附接,使得在两者之间形成空间。在该空间中,可以放置砧座基底元件406。砧座基底元件406附接到第一组308砧座元件,例如通过弹簧元件310附接到砧座基底元件406。
为了使砧座头312保持在第一部件402和第二部件404之间形成的空间内,可以分别在第一部件402和第二部件404上设置第一顶部突起408a和第二顶部突起408b。可以使这些突起与设置在砧座头312上的第一脊区段506a和第二脊区段506b相互作用,如图5a中进一步详细示出的。由于砧座头312被阻止移动通过第一突起408a和第二突起408b,弹簧元件310的负载可以通过使用压力调节元件314a、314b、314c、314d来调节。这些元件可以是与设置在第一部件402中的螺纹孔相互作用的螺纹元件。由于砧座基底元件406可以相对于第一部件402和第二部件404自由移动,因此可以通过将压力调节元件314a、314b、314c、314d拧入螺孔中使其朝向第一突起408a和第二突起408b移动。这样的效果是弹簧元件310的负载增加,这又使得将更高的压力施加到所述件100上。以类似的方式,压力调节元件314a、314b、314c、314d可以松动,使得负荷减少。砧座基底元件406可通过使用固定螺栓410a、410b固定到第一部件402和第二部件404。此外,例如在弹簧元件310将被更换的情况下,第一部件402和第二部件404可以通过拧下附接螺栓412a、412b而彼此释放。
为了使得可以容易地到达砧座元件,可以在第一部件402和第二部件404中提供开口414。除了可以容易地对砧座元件进行肉眼检查之外,开口414还使得可以提供更安全的食品解决方案。也就是,开口414便于清洁,因为诸如水之类的液体可以通过开口进行冲洗。从食品安全和清洁的角度来看,将板簧与开口414结合使用是一种良好的组合。也就是,板簧比例如压缩弹簧更容易保持清洁。
图5a和图5b更详细地示出了砧座头312。图5a是正视图而图5b是侧视图。如上所述,砧座头312布置成贴靠在所述件100上,因为所述件通过加热站302连续地进给,使得至少一个塑料层210、214、216熔化并且可以实现密封。为了使得所述件100可以在砧座头312上滑动,可以提供具有中间区段突起502的表面500。通过具有这样的轮廓表面,所述件100和砧座头312之间的接触区域变得更小,这意味着摩擦更少。另外,表面500可以在中间区段突起502的每一侧上设置有第一倒角区段504a和第二倒角区段504b。如上所述,可以提供第一脊区段506a和第二脊区段506b以用于与砧座组件400的第一突起408a和第二突起408b相互作用。此外,可以设置凹槽508用于接收弹簧元件310。为了降低所述件100没有平稳地从一个砧座头转移到另一个砧座头的风险,砧座头312可以设置有弯曲的入口区域510和平坦区域512。当安装时,砧座头312放置成使得所述件100在沿方向D被进给时首先遇到弯曲的入口区域510,然后是平坦区域512。
图6是示出用于将包装材料200件100的第一区段132、136和第二区段134、138密封在一起的方法600的一般步骤的流程图。
在第一步骤602中,将所述件100布置成使得第一区段132、136和第二区段134、138彼此贴靠。
在第二步骤604中,可以通过加热站302进给所述件100,使得至少一个塑料层210、214、216熔化。
在第三步骤606中,冷却所述件,使得至少一个塑料层210、214、216固化。
可选地,在第四步骤608中,可以清洁砧座元件。这可以通过使液体通过砧座组件400中的开口414冲洗来完成。
从以上描述可以看出,尽管已经描述和示出了本发明的各种实施方案,但是本发明不限于此,而是还可以在所附权利要求书限定的主题的范围内以其他方式实施。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于将包装材料(200)件(100)的第一区段(132,136)和第二区段(134,138)密封在一起的方法(600),所述方法包括:
布置(602)包装材料件(100),使得所述第一区段(132,136)和所述第二区段(134,138)彼此贴靠,
通过将所述包装材料件(100)通过加热站(302)进给,熔化(604)所述第一区段(132,136)和所述第二区段(134,138)中的至少一个塑料层(210,214,216),其中所述加热站(302)包括放置在所述件(100)的第一侧上的至少一个超声波喇叭(306)和放置在所述件(100)的第二侧上的第一组(308)砧座元件,其中所述第一侧与所述第二侧相对,
其中所述砧座元件(308)中的每一个包括连接到弹簧元件(310)的砧座头(312),其中所述砧座头(312)的表面(500)构造成在通过所述加热站(302)被进给时保持抵靠所述件(100),使得压力(P)施加到所述件(100)上,以及
冷却(606)所述包装材料件(100),使得所述至少一个塑料层(210,214,216)固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述弹簧元件(310)是板簧。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述砧座头(312)和所述弹簧元件(310)形成整体部件。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述表面(500)包括弯曲的入口区域(510)和平坦区域(512)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述表面(500)包括中间区段突起(502)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述第一组(308)砧座元件保持在砧座组件(400)中,其中所述砧座组件设置有开口(414),所述开口(414)允许所述第一组(308)砧座元件进入,所述方法还包括:
通过使液体经由开口(414)冲洗来清洁(608)所述第一组(308)砧座元件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述砧座组件(400)包括第一突起(408a)和第二突起(408b),并且所述砧座头(312)的至少一部分设置有分别与所述第一突起(408a)和第二突起(408b)相互作用的第一脊区段(506a)和第二脊区段(506b)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述砧座组件(400)还包括附接有所述第一组(308)砧座元件的砧座基底元件(406);保持所述砧座基底元件(406)的第一部件(402)和第二部件(404);至少一个压力调节元件(314a,314b,314c,314d),其布置在所述第一部件(402)中,使得所述砧座基底元件(406)能够朝向和远离所述第一顶部突起(408a)和所述第二顶部突起(408b)移动。
9.一种砧座组件(400),其包括:
第一组(308)砧座元件,其中所述砧座元件中的每一个包括连接到弹簧元件(310)的砧座头(312),其中所述砧座头(312)的表面(500)构造成被保持抵靠包装材料(200)件(100),使得压力(P)被施加到所述件(100)上。
10.一种用于将包装材料(200)件(100)的第一区段(132,136)和第二区段(134,138)密封在一起的系统,所述系统包括:
至少一个加热站(302),其包括放置在所述件(100)的第一侧上的至少一个超声波喇叭(306)和放置在所述件(100)的第二侧上的根据权利要求9所述的砧座组件(400),其中所述第一侧与所述第二侧相对,以及
至少一个冷却站(304),其用于冷却(606)包装材料件(100),使得至少一个塑料层(210,214,216)固化。
