during transferring, the two clamping jaws respectively penetrate through the third opening 54 from the upper end and the lower end and are inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the stacked paper diapers, and after the clamping jaws are driven by the electric push rod to move relatively to clamp the paper diapers, the clamping jaws are moved out of the sheet arranging cavity to perform the next packaging operation.
Further, the control method using the chip arranging machine is as follows:
(1) the paper diapers with different directions are placed into the feeding channel from the top of the feeding channel, and the paper diapers positioned at the bottom fall on the second conveying belt and move out of the discharging opening along with the second conveying belt;
(2) if the diaper moves to the detection area along with the second conveying belt and the width direction of the diaper faces the first conveying belt, the diaper completely covers the four pressure sensors, the pressure plate of the rotating mechanism is located outside the detection area at the moment and is not processed, and the first hydraulic cylinder drives the first push plate to push the diaper to the first conveying belt;
if the diaper moves to the detection area along with the second conveyor belt and the length direction of the diaper faces the first conveyor belt, the diaper cannot completely cover the four pressure sensors, at the moment, the first motor drives the rotating arm to rotate by taking the first rotating shaft as the center, so that the pressing disc is pressed on the diaper on the alignment rotating disc, the second motor drives the diaper to rotate until the four pressure sensors are all covered, the rotating arm resets, and the first hydraulic cylinder drives the first push plate to push the diaper to the first conveyor belt;
(3) when the paper diaper moves to the first conveyor belt, part of the infrared signal output terminals are covered; when the infrared signal receiving terminal does not receive signals after the interval time, the second hydraulic cylinder drives the second push plate to push the paper diapers to the diaper arranging cavity;
(4) in an initial state, two opposite press sheets of the two shifting sheet assemblies are horizontally arranged, the paper diapers fall above the press sheets through the second opening, the third motor drives the shifting sheet assemblies to rotate, the press sheets rotate along with the shifting sheet assemblies to move the paper diapers on the press sheets into the sheet arranging cavity and press the stacked paper diapers downwards, and after the rotation is finished, the other adjacent press sheet is used for continuous operation;
(5) the stacked paper diapers in the diaper arranging cavity are transported through the third opening by the transfer mechanism; when the paper diaper is transferred, the two clamping jaws penetrate through the third opening from the upper end and the lower end respectively and are inserted into the upper end and the lower end of the stacked paper diaper, the electric push rod drives the clamping jaws to move relatively to clamp the paper diaper, and then the paper diaper is moved out of the sheet arranging cavity to perform the next packaging operation.

Claims (6)

1. A piece arranging device for baby diaper production is characterized by comprising a first conveying frame, wherein the first conveying frame is vertically arranged, a detection area is arranged at the front end of the first conveying frame, the first conveying frame is vertically and fixedly connected with a second conveying frame, the right side end of the first conveying frame is positioned on the left side of the detection area, a first conveying belt is arranged on the first conveying frame and is arranged on the rear side of the detection area, the first conveying belt moves from front to back, a second conveying belt is arranged on the second conveying frame and is positioned on the left side of the detection area, and the second conveying belt moves from left to right;
the width of the first conveying frame is set corresponding to the width value of the paper diapers, and the width of the second conveying frame is set corresponding to the length value of the paper diapers;
a feeding component is arranged on the left side of the second conveying frame; the feeding assembly comprises a feeding assembly shell, the feeding assembly shell is fixed on the second conveying frame, a feeding channel is vertically arranged on the feeding assembly shell, a discharging port of the feeding channel is positioned above the second conveying belt, and a discharging opening is formed in the right side wall of the feeding assembly shell;
the paper diapers are placed into the feeding channel from the top of the feeding channel, and the paper diapers positioned at the bottom fall on the second conveying belt and move out of the discharging opening along with the second conveying belt;
the detection area of the first conveying frame is provided with an alignment assembly; the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting turntable, the adjusting turntable is rotatably arranged at the center of the detection area, four pressure sensors are arranged on the periphery of the adjusting turntable, the four pressure sensors are positioned at four corners of the rectangle, the distance between the two pressure sensors positioned at the front end and the rear end of the adjusting turntable is smaller than the width value of the paper diaper, and the distance between the two pressure sensors positioned at the left side and the right side of the adjusting turntable is smaller than the length value of the paper diaper and larger than the width of the paper diaper;
the first conveying frame is located and is equipped with the groove of dodging that outwards extends on the lateral wall on detection area right side, dodges and is equipped with rotary mechanism on the outer wall in groove.

if the paper diaper moves to the detection area along with the second conveying belt, the length direction of the paper diaper faces the first conveying belt, the paper diaper cannot completely cover the four pressure sensors, at the moment, the first motor drives the rotating arm to rotate by taking the first rotating shaft as a center, the pressure plate is pressed on the paper diaper on the aligning turntable, the second motor drives the paper diaper to rotate, and the rotating arm resets and the first hydraulic cylinder drives the first push plate to push the paper diaper to the first conveying belt until the four pressure sensors are all covered.
