Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of containers, in particular to a goods shelf for a container and a container goods loading method, and aims to solve the problem that goods cannot be loaded due to the fact that the overall height of the goods shelf and goods is high. The goods shelf for the container comprises a goods shelf body, a left plug connector and a right plug connector, wherein the left plug connector and the right plug connector are positioned on two sides of the goods shelf body; have the left slot of horizontal extension in the left plug connector, have the right slot of horizontal extension in the right plug connector, left slot and right slot parallel and level to peg graft with two fork one-to-one of fork truck. Detailed Description
For the purpose of better explaining the present invention and to facilitate understanding, the present invention will be described in detail by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. The terms "horizontal", "up", "down" and the like are used herein with respect to the orientation of fig. 1, 3 and 4, i.e., the orientation of the container when it is actually used on a shelf.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a shelf for a container. The goods shelf comprises a goods shelf body 1, a left plug connector 2 and a right plug connector 3.
The goods shelf body 1 comprises an underframe 11, a left side frame 12 and a right side frame 13, wherein the left side frame 12 and the right side frame 13 are fixed at two ends of the underframe 11 and are positioned above the underframe 11, and the three form a U shape and jointly enclose a placement space for goods. The underframe 11 is formed in a grid shape by transversely and longitudinally splicing a plurality of longitudinal beams 111 and a plurality of transverse beams 112, and the longitudinal beams 111 and the transverse beams 112 are rectangular tubes. The left side frame 12 is formed in a grid shape by horizontally and vertically splicing a plurality of horizontal beams 121 and a plurality of vertical beams 122, and both the horizontal beams 121 and the vertical beams 122 are rectangular tubes, channel steel or I-steel. The right side frame 13 is formed in a grid shape by horizontally and vertically splicing a plurality of horizontal beams 131 and a plurality of vertical beams 132, and the horizontal beams 131 and the vertical beams 132 are all rectangular tubes, channel steel or I-shaped steel. The horizontal beams 121,131 and the longitudinal beams 111 are parallel to each other. The plurality of longitudinal beams 111 and the plurality of cross beams 112 may be integrally formed, or may be connected by welding or the like. The plurality of horizontal beams 121 and the plurality of vertical beams 122 may be integrally formed, or may be connected by welding or the like. The plurality of horizontal beams 131 and the plurality of vertical beams 132 may be integrally formed, or may be connected by welding or the like.
The left plug connector 2 and the right plug connector 3 are positioned at two sides of the shelf body 1, specifically, the left plug connector 2 is fixed at the outer side of one horizontal beam 121 of the left side frame 12, and the right plug connector 3 is fixed at the outer side of one horizontal beam 131 of the right side frame 13. The bottom surface of the left plug connector 2 and the bottom surface of the right plug connector 3 are both higher than the bottom surface of the shelf body 1, and preferably the left plug connector 2 and the right plug connector 3 are fixed on the outer side of the upper half part of the shelf body 1. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the bottom surfaces of the left plug 2 and the right plug 3 may be flush with the bottom surface of the shelf body 1, that is, as long as the plug is disposed without increasing the height of the shelf body 1.
The left plug connector 2 is provided with a left slot 21 extending horizontally, the right plug connector 3 is provided with a right slot 31 extending horizontally, and the left slot 21 and the right slot 31 are flush to be plugged with two forks of a forklift in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
In this embodiment, the cross-sections of the left and right connectors 2 and 3 are rectangular, and the cross-section of the slot is rectangular. Preferably, the left plug-in unit 2 and the right plug-in unit 3 are rectangular pipes, and the inner cavities of the pipes form the slots.
In this embodiment, the material of the shelf body 1, the left plug 2 and the right plug 3 is iron or steel. The left plug connector 2 and the right plug connector 3 can be integrally formed with the goods shelf body 1 and can also be fixed in a welding mode and the like.
The container goods loading method using the above-described shelf for a container is described as follows, including the steps of:
s1, placing the goods in the shelf body 1 of the shelf for the container and in the placing space of the goods;
s2, inserting two forks of a fork truck into the left slot 21 and the right slot 31 of the goods shelf for the container in a one-to-one corresponding manner;
and S3, operating the forklift to load the goods shelf for the container and the goods therein into the container.

When the left plug connector 2 and the right plug connector 3 are fixed on the outer side of the upper half part of the goods shelf body 1, the operation of the forklift is more convenient.
The goods shelf body 1 is U-shaped, the underframe 11 and the side frames are latticed, the weight of the goods shelf body 1 can be reduced while good support is provided for goods, and particularly for goods with large weight, the quantity of transported goods can be increased within the rated load range of a container. In this case, the attachment of the plug member to the horizontal beam of the side frame is more stable.

s2, inserting two forks of a fork truck into a left slot (21) and a right slot (31) of the goods shelf for the container in a one-to-one corresponding manner;
and S3, operating a forklift to load the goods shelf for the container and the goods in the goods shelf into the container.
