Abstract
The invention aims to provide an automatic heating control method for an automobile seat, which specifically comprises the following steps: A. a user remotely sends a seat heating instruction to an in-vehicle receiving unit of an automobile; B. the in-vehicle receiving unit sends the seat heating instruction to the seat heating controller; C. the seat heating controller controls the seat heating unit to heat the seat and starts to time the heating time at the same time; D. and if the heating time exceeds the preset time and the user does not enter the vehicle, or if the heating time exceeds the preset time and the engine is not started, stopping heating, and otherwise, keeping heating. Specifically, the keyless entry unit may detect the location of the fob when the fob is 5 meters from the vehicle. The keyless entry unit drives the low frequency antenna of the keyless entry unit to send out a low frequency signal (125 KHZ) for a fixed time (once in 500 ms) to search whether the remote control key is around the vehicle. The legal passenger carries the remote control key to get close to the vehicle, and when the distance to the vehicle is within about 5 meters, the remote control key can receive the low-frequency signal sent by the keyless entry unit, and the remote control key can send the field intensity (RSSI value) of the received low-frequency signal to the keyless entry unit through a high-frequency signal (433.92 MHZ). The keyless entry unit compares the received field intensity with a calibration value through an algorithm, so that the distance between the remote control key and the vehicle is determined. When the distance between the remote control key and the automobile is gradually reduced from 5 meters to less than 3.5 meters, the keyless entry unit sends a seat heating instruction to the seat heating controller through the CAN bus, and the seat heating controller executes related operations.
C. The seat heating controller detects the residual electric quantity of the vehicle-mounted battery through the vehicle body controller, controls the seat heating unit to heat the seat when the electric quantity of the vehicle-mounted battery is higher than the preset electric quantity, and starts to time the heating time at the same time; if the electric quantity of the vehicle-mounted battery is equal to or lower than the preset electric quantity, the seat heating controller does not control the seat heating unit to heat the seat so as to avoid the power feeding of the vehicle-mounted battery.
D. If the heating time exceeds the preset time and the user does not enter the vehicle, or if the heating time exceeds the preset time and the engine is not started, the heating is stopped, so as to avoid wasting the electric quantity of the vehicle-mounted battery; otherwise, the heating is kept, the seat heating controller monitors the seat heating temperature through a thermocouple on the seat, and the heating is automatically stopped when the heating temperature reaches a preset temperature (for example, 40 ℃). In addition, when the electric quantity of the on-vehicle battery is equal to or lower than the predetermined electric quantity, the seat heating controller controls the seat heating unit to stop heating the seat to avoid the on-vehicle battery from feeding electricity.

With the high development of automotive electronics, human-computer interaction is becoming more and more perfect, and people can set functions through a human-computer interaction unit. In the embodiment, a user can determine whether to start the automatic seat heating function according to the preference of the user, so that the user can select the automatic seat heating function, and if the user does not need the automatic seat heating function, the automatic seat heating function can be turned off through a man-machine interaction unit (such as a touch screen, a key and the like) in the vehicle; or the user needs the function, and the function of automatic heating can be realized through the human-computer interaction unit seat in the vehicle. The user may also control whether to turn on or off the seat self-heating function using a manual switch.
In the embodiment, each automobile seat corresponds to a seat heating unit which is controlled independently; a user specifies a seat needing to be heated by using a mobile phone, and the seat heating controller controls the corresponding seat heating unit to heat the specified seat so as to adapt to the specific situation of the user and avoid the phenomenon that the seat in which no one sits is also heated to waste the electric quantity of the vehicle-mounted battery.

A. a user remotely sends a seat heating instruction to an in-vehicle receiving unit of an automobile;
B. the in-vehicle receiving unit sends the seat heating instruction to the seat heating controller;
C. the seat heating controller controls the seat heating unit to heat the seat and starts to time the heating time at the same time;
D. and if the heating time exceeds the preset time and the user does not enter the vehicle, or if the heating time exceeds the preset time and the engine is not started, stopping heating, and otherwise, keeping heating.
2. The automatic heating control method for the vehicle seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step C, the seat heating controller controls the seat heating unit to heat the seat only when the power of the on-board battery is higher than a predetermined power.

The automatic heating control method for the automobile seat according to claim 5, wherein when the in-vehicle receiving unit is a keyless entry unit, if the keyless entry unit detects that the remote control key moves from far to near to a distance less than a predetermined distance from the automobile, the keyless entry unit sends a seat heating command to the seat heating controller.

The automatic heating control method for automobile seats according to claim 5, characterized in that each automobile seat is corresponding to an independently controlled seat heating unit; a user designates a seat to be heated by using the mobile phone, and the seat heating controller controls the corresponding seat heating unit to heat the designated seat.
