4. A decorative item according to claim 1 wherein the paint film (7) is coated with a metal film (8), the thickness of the metal film (8) being less than the depth of the texture of the decorative item matte (5).
5. A decorative item according to claim 4 wherein the thickness of the metal film (8) is from 1/25 to 1/10 of the depth of the texture.
6. A decorative item according to claim 5 wherein the depth of texture is 50 microns and the thickness of the metal film (8) is from 2 to 5 microns.
7. A decorative item according to claim 1 wherein the decorative item (1) is a decorative strip, the decorative strip comprising: a straight portion (2), and arc portions (3) at both ends of the straight portion (2).
8. A decorative item according to claim 7, wherein the sides of both the straight portion (2) and the curved portion (3) which face the same side are smooth (4).
9. An air conditioner comprising: indoor set, its characterized in that, indoor set includes: a decorative item (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the indoor unit further comprises: the air conditioner comprises a panel (10) and a middle frame (9), wherein an air outlet (11) is formed in the middle frame (9);
the decoration piece (1) is fixed on one side, close to the air outlet (11), of the panel (10) and is located between the panel (10) and the middle frame (9).
11. A method of manufacturing a decorative element, comprising:
providing a mold, wherein the cavity surface of the mold is divided into a smooth surface part and a dummy surface part;
making an injection molded part with the mold, the injection molded part comprising: a smooth surface (4) corresponding to the smooth surface portion, and a dummy surface (5) corresponding to the dummy surface portion;
coating a primer on the surface of the injection molding part to form a paint film (7), wherein the thickness of the paint film (7) is smaller than the texture depth of the matte surface (5);
and plating a metal film (8) on the paint film (7), wherein the thickness of the metal film (8) is less than the texture depth of the matte surface (5).
12. The process according to claim 11, characterized in that the thickness of the paint film (7) is 1/10 to 1/5 of the depth of grain.
13. The process according to claim 12, characterized in that the depth of the texture is 50 microns and the thickness of the paint film (7) is between 5 and 10 microns.
14. The process according to claim 11, characterized in that the thickness of the metal film (8) is 1/25 to 1/10 of the depth of the grain.
15. The process according to claim 14, characterized in that the depth of the texture is 50 microns and the thickness of the metal film (8) is between 2 and 5 microns.
16. The process of claim 11 wherein said matte finish portion is a frosted fine matte finish formed by laser engraving.
17. The process of claim 11 wherein said smooth surface portion is formed by mirror polishing.
18. The process according to claim 11, characterized in that the paint film (7) is metallized with a metal film (8) by means of a vacuum plating process.
19. The process of claim 11, wherein the primer is a paint containing epoxy acrylic resin and having a solid content of 15-20%.
