s3, continuously lengthening the bamboo skin sheet obtained in S2 by using hot melt adhesive mainly made of polyolefin adhesive through lapping and gluing, then compressing the bamboo skin sheet at the lapping and gluing position, thinning the lapping and gluing bamboo skin sheet after the glue solution at the lapping and gluing position is dried to enable the thickness of the lapping and gluing bamboo skin sheet to be the same as that of the bamboo skin sheet, and finally obtaining a continuous strip-shaped thin bamboo skin sheet with uniform thickness, wherein the length of the lapping and gluing bamboo skin sheet is 8 times of that of the bamboo skin sheet; the thinning treatment mode is sand paper grinding.

In this embodiment, in step S2, the width of the thin bamboo strip obtained in the step S2 is 5mm, the thickness is 1mm, the average tensile strength is 293MPa, the joint strength of 1 to 7 layers and 8 to 15 layers is 35 ± 5MPa and 18 ± 2MPa, respectively, and the interlaminar strength of 1 to 7 layers and 8 to 15 layers is 320 ± 45MPa and 220 ± 25MPa, respectively.

Claims (10)

1. A method for preparing continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strips is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, selecting different bamboo woods, preprocessing, splitting to obtain bamboo strips with the water content of 10% -60%, and planing the inner sections and the outer sections of the bamboo strips by using a nodulizer until the two surfaces are flat; the bamboo strips with smooth two surfaces have the length of 100 mm-20000 mm and the width of 1 mm-150 mm;
s2, feeding the bamboo strips in the S1 into a bamboo strip splitting device for bamboo strip splitting to obtain bamboo strip pieces, wherein the length of each bamboo strip piece is 100-20000 mm, the width of each bamboo strip piece is 1-150 mm, and the thickness of each bamboo strip piece is 0.01-2 mm; the included angle between the upper inclined plane of the slicing cutter of the thin bamboo strip splitting equipment and the horizontal plane is 1-17 degrees, and the included angle between the knife edge of the slicing cutter and the feeding direction of the bamboo strips is 15-60 degrees;
s3, the thin bamboo strips obtained in the S2 are subjected to continuous lengthening through overlapping gluing, then the thin bamboo strips at the overlapping gluing position are compressed, and finally continuous strip-shaped thin bamboo strips are obtained, wherein the length of the thin bamboo strips at the overlapping gluing position is 5-100 times of the thickness of the thin bamboo strips.

The method for preparing the continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bamboo in S1 is fresh bamboo of 1-3 years old, fresh mao bamboo of 4-10 years old or dry mao bamboo of 4-10 years old; when 1-3 years of fresh moso bamboos are selected, the pretreatment process is airing and air drying treatment; when selecting fresh moso bamboo of 4-10 years, the pretreatment process comprises soaking, weak base softening treatment and drying treatment; when the dried moso bamboo is grown for 4-10 years, the pretreatment process is soaking treatment.

The method for manufacturing the continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive solution at the overlapping and gluing part is dried, and then the overlapping and gluing thin bamboo strip is thinned to have the same thickness as the thin bamboo strip, so as to obtain the continuous strip-shaped thin bamboo strip with uniform thickness.
4. The method for manufacturing the continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strips as claimed in claim 1, wherein the glue solution adopted in the step of splicing and gluing in S3 is a hot melt glue, a thermosetting glue or a quick-drying glue.

The method for preparing the continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strip as claimed in claim 4, wherein the hot melt adhesive is a hot melt adhesive mainly composed of polyolefin adhesive; the thermosetting adhesive is mainly AB type epoxy adhesive; the quick-drying glue is mainly UV epoxy glue, 401 glue and 502 glue.

The method for manufacturing the continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strip as claimed in claim 3, wherein the thinning treatment in S3 includes sanding, uniform sand blasting by a sand blasting machine, uniform wire drawing, cutting by a planer tool, thicknessing by a thicknessing machine, or hot/cold pressing for thickness determination.

The method for preparing the continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strips as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding speed of the bamboo strips when the strips are split in S2 is 2m/min to 8 m/min; when the bamboo strips are cut, the pressure acting on the bamboo strips between an upper feeding roller and a lower feeding roller of the bamboo strip cutting equipment is 50N-300N.

The method for manufacturing the continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strips as claimed in claim 7, wherein the pressure acting on the bamboo strips between the upper feed roller and the lower feed roller of the bamboo strip splitting device when the green side of the bamboo strips is split is greater than the pressure acting on the bamboo strips between the upper feed roller and the lower feed roller of the bamboo strip splitting device when the yellow side of the bamboo strips is split.
9. The method for manufacturing the continuous uniform strip-shaped thin bamboo strip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the variation coefficients of the length, width, thickness, density and strength of the bamboo strip in S2 are not more than 25%.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the feeding manner of the slicing tool of the thin continuous uniform strip-shaped bamboo strip device in S2 includes circular arc horizontal swing feeding or single-side tool face swing feeding represented by a crank-rocker mechanism, sine/cosine tool up-and-down fluctuation cutting feeding or tool face left-and-right fluctuation cutting feeding represented by simple coordinated motion, up-and-down lattice cutting feeding represented by an eccentric wheel, front-and-back point vibration cutting feeding or left-and-right lattice cutting feeding.
