Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of embodiment 1, an automatic discharging function is added to a discharging assembly 6, the discharging assembly 6 includes a movable wooden support 61 and a fixed bracket 63, the fixed bracket 63 is fixedly arranged inside a box 9 and located below a workbench 91 and used for receiving a polished round log 7, the movable wooden support 61 is rotatably installed on the fixed bracket 63, the discharging assembly 6 further includes a double-crank structure 62 and a discharging motor 64, the discharging motor 64 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the fixed bracket 63, and the discharging motor 64 is linked with the movable wooden support 61 through the double-crank structure 62 and drives the movable wooden support 61 to rotate on the fixed bracket 63 to drive the round log 7 to move forward and to be conveyed out from a discharging port 92.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the device works, the logs 7 are conveyed into the box body 9 from the feeding hole 93, the polishing electric push rod 41 is started to move the movable polishing component 3 to a proper position according to the diameter and polishing requirements of the logs 7, and the polishing electric push rod 41 is closed; starting the positioning electric push rod 1, driving the positioning roller 2 to descend, limiting the log 7 at a proper position, meeting the polishing requirement, and closing the positioning electric push rod 1; starting the grinding motor 31, grinding the logs 7, and turning off the grinding motor 31 after grinding; starting the polishing electric push rod 41, moving the movable polishing assembly 3 to enable the polished round timbers 7 to fall onto the discharging assembly 6, and closing the polishing electric push rod 41; starting a discharging motor 64, wherein the discharging motor 64 drives the movable wooden support 61 to rotate on the fixed bracket 63 through the double-crank structure 62, so as to drive the log 7 to move forwards and convey the log out of the discharge hole 92, and closing the discharging motor 64.
