When the pneumatic butterfly valve is applied, the PLC controls the working position of the air valve to control the operation of the pneumatic motor and the opening and closing of the pneumatic butterfly valve; the PLC controls the air valve to be opened to one working position so as to control the pneumatic motor to operate, the pneumatic motor drives the stirring rod to rotate so as to stir the liquid in the liquid tank, the PLC controls the air valve to be opened to another working position so as to control the pneumatic motor to stop operating, and the stirring rod stops rotating so as to stop stirring the liquid in the liquid tank; when the hot spraying mark system needs to feed materials, the PLC controller controls the air valve to be opened to one working position so as to control the pneumatic butterfly valve to be opened for feeding materials, and after the materials are fed, the PLC controller controls the air valve to be opened to the other working position so as to control the pneumatic butterfly valve to be closed and complete the feeding; when the raw materials in the liquid tank need to be replaced due to the reasons of impurities and the like, the drain valve is opened to discharge the raw materials in the liquid tank, the bolts of the upper end cover of the liquid tank are removed, and the upper end cover of the liquid tank is opened to clean the inside of the liquid tank. The whole working process has no influence on the use of the original design system of the thermal jet marking system.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic feeding and stirring device of the hot-spray label system of the wheel production line has the advantages of simple and practical structure, high automation degree, reasonable assembly, less investment, small occupied space, simple operation and maintenance, convenient operation and reliable operation, solves the problems of insufficient stirring of raw materials and low feeding automation degree of the hot-spray label system, and provides favorable guarantee for field production under the condition of not influencing the use of the original design system of the hot-spray label system.

When the pneumatic butterfly valve is applied, the PLC is used for controlling the working position of the air valve so as to control the operation of the pneumatic motor and the opening and closing of the pneumatic butterfly valve; the PLC controls the air valve to be opened to one working position so as to control the driving device 1 to operate, the driving device 1 drives the stirring rod 8 to rotate so as to stir the liquid in the liquid tank 5, the PLC controls the air valve to be opened to another working position so as to control the driving device 1 to stop operating, and the stirring rod 8 stops rotating so as to stop stirring the liquid in the liquid tank 5; when the thermal spraying system needs to feed materials, the PLC controls the air valve to be opened to one working position so as to control the control valve 7 to be opened for feeding materials, and after the materials are fed, the PLC controls the air valve to be opened to the other working position so as to control the control valve 7 to be closed, and the materials are fed; when the raw materials need to be changed for reasons such as raw materials entering impurities in the liquid tank 5, the blowoff valve 11 is opened, the raw materials in the liquid tank 5 are discharged, the bolts of the upper end cover 3 of the liquid tank are removed, and the upper end cover 3 of the liquid tank is opened to clean the inside of the liquid tank 5. The whole working process has no influence on the use of the original design system of the thermal jet marking system.
