The arrangement of the circular sliding disc 409, the push-pull rod 410, the push-pull block 411 and the guide frame 412 is used when ointment needs to be applied to the throat of a patient, when the ointment needs to be applied, the push-pull block 411 is firstly pulled outwards, the push-pull block 411 slides on the guide frame 412, the push-pull block 411 drives the circular sliding disc 409 to slide on the inner wall of the lengthened pipe 406 through the push-pull rod 410, so that the ointment can be pumped into the lengthened pipe 406 from the hemispherical medicine spraying head 408 and the plastic hose 407, then when the ointment needs to be applied, the push-pull block 411 is pressed, and the push-pull block 411 drives the circular sliding disc 409 to slide on the inner wall of the lengthened pipe 406 through the push-pull rod 410 to extrude the ointment from the hemispherical medicine spraying head 408 to be applied to the throat of the patient.
