Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊驼绒蚕丝复合被及其制作方法,通过设置交替叠放的蚕丝层和羊驼绒层,并在相邻的蚕丝层和羊驼绒之间喷洒雾化的胶,通过胶使相邻的蚕丝层和羊驼绒层互相粘接,形成最上层和最下层均为蚕丝层的被芯,将其套入被套内即得到羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,该复合被通过羊驼绒层起到增强保暖作用,通过被芯最上层和最下层的蚕丝层阻挡羊驼绒纤维钻出被外,无需采用高密度和较厚的布制作被套,实现了羊驼绒蚕丝复合被既保暖又透气的技术效果。

一种羊驼绒蚕丝复合被及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及蚕丝被领域,具体涉及一种羊驼绒蚕丝复合被及其制作方法。
背景技术
众所周知,蚕丝被的透气性好,但保暖性较差;而羊驼绒被的保暖性好,但由于羊驼绒容易钻出被外对人体皮肤造成刺激,因此,羊驼绒被的被面通常采用高密度和较厚的布进行制作,使得羊驼绒被的透气性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种既透气又保暖的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被及其制作方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案中的产品是,一种羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,包括:
被套;
套装在所述被套内的被芯;
所述被芯由蚕丝层、羊驼绒层交替叠放形成,所述被芯的最上层和最下层均为蚕丝层;
相邻的所述蚕丝层和所述羊驼绒层之间具有用于粘接的胶。
优选地,所述胶为芦荟胶、瓜尔胶、田菁胶中的任意一种或其混合物。
优选地,所述被芯四周的侧面覆盖有侧面蚕丝层。
进一步优选地,所述侧面蚕丝层与所述被芯最上层的蚕丝层和所述被芯最下层的蚕丝层形成一个连续的层体。
进一步优选地,所述被芯为三层结构,或为五层结构,或为七层结构,或为九层结构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案中的方法是,上述羊驼绒蚕丝复合被的制作方法,包括:
在蚕丝层和/或羊驼绒层的表面喷洒雾化的胶,将所述蚕丝层和所述羊驼绒层交替叠放,使所述蚕丝层和所述羊驼绒层之间通过所述胶进行粘接,形成最上层和最下层均为蚕丝层的被芯,将所述被芯套入被套,得到羊驼绒蚕丝复合被。
优选地,所述的胶为芦荟胶、瓜尔胶、田菁胶中的任意一种或其混合物。
进一步优选地,所述的胶加水稀释,雾化喷洒在所述羊驼绒层的与所述蚕丝层相接触的表面,或雾化喷洒在所述蚕丝层的与所述羊驼绒层相接触的表面。
进一步优选地,所述的被芯具有三层结构,或者具有五层结构,或者具有七层结构,或者具有九层结构。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被及其制作方法,通过设置交替叠放的蚕丝层和羊驼绒层,并在相邻的蚕丝层和羊驼绒之间喷洒雾化的胶,通过胶使相邻的蚕丝层和羊驼绒层互相粘接,形成最上层和最下层均为蚕丝层的被芯,将其套入被套内即得到羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,该复合被通过羊驼绒层起到增强保暖作用,通过被芯最上层和最下层的蚕丝层阻挡羊驼绒纤维钻出被外,无需采用高密度和较厚的布制作被套,实现了羊驼绒蚕丝复合被既保暖又透气的技术效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围作出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明描述的上、下方向是指附图3中的上、下方向。
如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,包括:被套20、套装在被套20内的被芯30,其中被芯30为三层结构,被芯30由第一蚕丝层31、羊驼绒层32、第二蚕丝层34交替叠放形成,被芯30的最上层为第一蚕丝层31,被芯30的最下层为第二蚕丝层34,第一蚕丝层31和羊驼绒层32之间、羊驼绒层32和第二蚕丝层34之间均喷洒有用于粘接的胶33,羊驼绒层32在羊驼绒蚕丝复合被10内起增强保暖性的作用;胶33用于将第一蚕丝层31粘接在羊驼绒层32上并将羊驼绒层32粘接在第二蚕丝层34上,将胶33加水稀释后喷洒在羊驼绒层32的上下表面,或者喷洒在第一蚕丝层31的下表面和第二蚕丝层34的上表面,或者喷洒在第一蚕丝层31的下表面和羊驼绒层32的下表面,或者喷洒在第二蚕丝层34的上表面和羊驼绒层32的上表面,使得第一蚕丝层31、羊驼绒层32、第二蚕丝层34能够互相粘接;为了使羊驼绒蚕丝复合被10在使用过程中处于整体状态,羊驼绒蚕丝复合被10上可以通过缝线的方式进行定型,使得被套10和被芯30被一起定型;或者将被芯30先通过缝线的方式进行定型后再套入被套10内,使得羊驼绒蚕丝复合被10的上表面看不见缝线40,更加美观。
如图3所示,被芯30四周的侧面覆盖有侧面蚕丝层35,侧面蚕丝层35与第一蚕丝层31和第二蚕丝层34形成一个整体,侧面蚕丝层35通过胶33粘接在被芯30四周的侧面,当然,由于侧面蚕丝层35与第一蚕丝层31和第二蚕丝层34形成了一个整体,侧面蚕丝层35与被芯30四周的侧面之间也可以不通过胶33进行粘接,这种情况下,侧面蚕丝层35不会脱离被芯30,如图4所示;侧面蚕丝层35还可以由第一蚕丝层31/第二蚕丝层34向下/上翻折形成,再通过胶33粘接在被芯30四周的侧面,如图5所示;当然,被芯30四周的侧面也可以不设置侧面蚕丝层,如图6所示。
如图7所示,作为被芯30的第五种实施方式,被芯30由蚕丝层36和羊驼绒层32通过交替叠放形成,共五层,蚕丝层36与羊驼绒层32相接触的面之间具有用于粘接的胶33。
如图8所示,作为被芯30的第六种实施方式,被芯30由蚕丝层36和羊驼绒层32通过交替叠放形成,共七层,蚕丝层36与羊驼绒层32相接触的面之间具有用于粘接的胶33。
如图9所示,作为被芯30的第七种实施方式,被芯30由蚕丝层36和羊驼绒层32通过交替叠放形成,共九层,蚕丝层36与羊驼绒层32相接触的面之间具有用于粘接的胶33。
上述实施方式中,胶33可为芦荟胶、瓜尔胶、田菁胶中的任意一种或其混合物。
使用芦荟胶、瓜尔胶、田菁胶中的任意一种或其混合物作为胶33有以下好处:
1、无毒、无臭、无味,制成羊驼绒蚕丝复合被后对人体无刺激性;
2、含有少量的纤维和纤维素,易于粘接,粘接后的蚕丝层和羊驼绒层之间不易产生相对滑动;
3、在水中能够充分水化,喷洒时能够形成均匀的喷雾,避免了堵塞喷嘴及喷洒不均匀的现象;
4、水分能够自然挥发;
5、制成的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被可以水洗。
本发明还提供了上述羊驼绒蚕丝复合被的制作方法,包括:
在蚕丝层和/或羊驼绒层的表面喷洒雾化的胶,将所述蚕丝层和所述羊驼绒层交替叠放,使所述蚕丝层和所述羊驼绒层之间通过所述胶进行粘接,形成最上层和最下层均为蚕丝层的被芯,将所述被芯套入被套,得到羊驼绒蚕丝复合被。
优选地,所述的胶为芦荟胶、瓜尔胶、田菁胶中的任意一种或其混合物。
进一步优选地,所述的胶加水稀释,雾化喷洒在所述羊驼绒层的与所述蚕丝层相接触的表面,或雾化喷洒在所述蚕丝层的与所述羊驼绒层相接触的表面。
进一步优选地,所述的被芯具有三层结构,或者具有五层结构,或者具有七层结构,或者具有九层结构。
使用芦荟胶、瓜尔胶、田菁胶中的任意一种或其混合物对蚕丝层和羊驼绒层进行粘接有以下好处:
1、无毒、无臭、无味,制成羊驼绒蚕丝复合被后对人体无刺激性;
2、含有少量的纤维和纤维素,易于粘接,粘接后的蚕丝层和羊驼绒层之间不易产生相对滑动;

上述方法中,通过在蚕丝层和/或羊驼绒层的表面涂胶,再将蚕丝层和羊驼绒层交替叠放,使蚕丝层和羊驼绒层之间通过胶进行粘接,形成上下表面均为蚕丝层的被芯,再将所述被芯套入被套,得到既保暖又透气的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被。

1.一种羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,包括:
被套;
套装在所述被套内的被芯;
其特征在于:
所述被芯由蚕丝层、羊驼绒层交替叠放形成,所述被芯的最上层和最下层均为蚕丝层;
相邻的所述蚕丝层和所述羊驼绒层之间具有用于粘接的胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,其特征在于:所述胶为芦荟胶、瓜尔胶、田菁胶中的任意一种或其混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,其特征在于:所述被芯四周的侧面覆盖有侧面蚕丝层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,其特征在于:所述侧面蚕丝层与所述被芯最上层的蚕丝层和所述被芯最下层的蚕丝层形成一个连续的层体。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一种所述的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被,其特征在于:所述被芯为三层结构,或为五层结构,或为七层结构,或为九层结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的羊驼绒蚕丝复合被的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
在蚕丝层和/或羊驼绒层的表面喷洒雾化的胶,将所述蚕丝层和所述羊驼绒层交替叠放,使所述蚕丝层和所述羊驼绒层之间通过所述胶进行粘接,形成最上层和最下层均为蚕丝层的被芯,将所述被芯套入被套,得到羊驼绒蚕丝复合被。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的胶为芦荟胶、瓜尔胶、田菁胶中的任意一种或其混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的胶加水稀释,雾化喷洒在所述羊驼绒层的与所述蚕丝层相接触的表面,或雾化喷洒在所述蚕丝层的与所述羊驼绒层相接触的表面。
9.根据权利要求6-8中任意一种所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的被芯具有三层结构,或者具有五层结构,或者具有七层结构,或者具有九层结构。
