As shown in fig. 1-4, the armrest portion 2 is in a closed loop shape, the armrest support 2a is disposed substantially horizontally and 15-25cm higher than the upper end surface of the seat support 1 to support the arm of the user, and the lower end of the armrest support 2b is fixedly connected to the seat support 1.
Furthermore, the back support 3 is approximately positioned on the same plane as the armrest support 2a and the armrest support 2 b; the handrail support 2b comprises a front frame rod 2c and a rear frame rod 2d which are approximately vertically arranged and a bottom frame rod 2e which is approximately horizontally arranged, the upper ends of the front frame rod 2c and the rear frame rod 2d are connected with the front end and the rear end of the handrail support 2a, and the lower ends of the front frame rod 2c and the rear frame rod 2d are connected with the front end and the rear end of the bottom frame rod 2e, so that the shape of the handrail part 2 is formed into a square shape, the stability is strong, and the backward pressure can be borne; more specifically, for the convenience of formation, the armrest support 2b and the armrest support 2a are integrally formed of a plastic material.
For the convenience of the connecting seat support member 1, an installation plate 2f extending along the width direction of the armrest part 2 is formed on the bottom bracket rod 2e, the installation plate 2f is positioned below the seat support member 1, a convex installation hole position 20 is arranged on the installation plate 2f, and when the seat support member is specifically installed, a screw is screwed into the installation hole position 20 and connected to the seat support member 1, so that the installation and fixation of the installation plate 2f and the whole armrest part 2 are realized.
In the present embodiment, the back frame 3 is formed by extending upward the intersection 2g of the armrest support member 2a and the rear frame bar 2 d; specifically, the back support 3 is a rod-shaped member, has a simplified structure, is arranged at the rear end of the armrest part 2, and does not obstruct the support of the forearms and hands of the seated person; and the back support 3 is rigid, and can stably support the back support 4.
The invention is provided with the independent back support 3, and the back support 3 is higher than the handrail support 2a, thereby changing the connecting position of the back support 4, namely moving the connecting position of the back support 4 upwards, so as to reduce the stress on the lower part of the back support 4 to a certain extent, transmitting more leaning force applied by a seated user to the handrail part 2 from the back support 3, and directly bearing more leaning force by the handrail part 2, thus being beneficial to the light and thin design of the back support 4.
Back support 3 and handrail portion 2 are PP material integrated into one piece in this embodiment, when satisfying the use strength, the mass production of being convenient for again. The connecting part of the back support 3 and the armrest part 2 is thick, so that the stable firmness of the connecting root is realized; the thinner part of the back support 3 can be integrated with the back support 4, which is beneficial to aesthetic design while meeting the connection strength.
A certain height distance is kept between the upper end 3a of the back support and the rear end 201 of the armrest support, so that the fixed mounting position of the back support 4 can be effectively moved upwards; the leaning force of the seated person is directly received by the back bracket 3 and transmitted to the armrest portion 2. In this embodiment, the vertical height of the upper end 3a of the back bracket to the rear end 201 of the armrest support is specifically 20-25 cm. Due to the height design, the upper end 3a of the back support is positioned at the same height position as the middle of the back of the sitting person, so that the back support can bear more pressure applied by the back of the sitting person, and meanwhile, the test requirement is met.
This makes it possible not only to make the back support 4 thinner and lighter overall, but also to make the connecting portion 5 of the back support 4 and the back bracket 3 thinner relative to the background art, as shown in fig. 3. In addition, the back support 3 is integrally arranged in a backward inclining mode, specifically, the included angle between the back support 3 and the plumb line is 5-20 degrees, and in the embodiment, the included angle between the back support 3 and the plumb line is preferably 10-15 degrees; the back support 3 is arranged obliquely and obliquely backwards, so that the back support 4 keeps an oblique state, a seated person can lean against the back support conveniently, and the human engineering is met.
As shown in fig. 9 and 21, the back support 4 includes an outer region 22 and a middle region 23, the outer region 22 has two side edges 24 spaced left and right, and the two side edges 24 are respectively fixedly connected to the back frame 3; specifically, the upper side portion 24a is fixedly connected to the back frame 3 in a partial region thereof, and the lower side portion 24b is suspended.
In this embodiment, the back support 4 is an annular vertical frame having a frame side 15 spaced from the left and right, the frame side 15 is a side 24 of the outer region 22, the frame side 15 is fixedly connected to the back frame 3 by first and second screws 13, 14, the first and second screws 13, 14 are arranged one above the other, the distance between the first screw 13 and the upper end 3a of the back frame is 1-4cm, and the vertical distance between the second screw 14 and the center 202 of the upper end of the armrest support is 10-15 cm. The two screws are arranged one above the other and are both positioned at the rear upper position of the upper end surface of the handrail support 2a, and the positions of the two screws are basically at the same height as the middle part of the back of a seated person when the seated person sits, so that the connecting and fixing positions of the screws can bear larger pressure, and the pressure of other parts of the back support 4 can be reduced.
In detail, as shown in fig. 21, the outer region 22 of the back support 4 is of a longitudinally disposed annular frame-like construction, which is integrally made of thermoplastic and which is fixedly connected to the back support 3 via the frame sides 15 on both sides. The upper and lower ends 15a, 15b of the two frame sides 15 are connected by a top cross member 18 and a bottom cross member 19, respectively; while the central region 23 is formed of a flexible fabric for supporting the user, it may of course be woven from a mesh material; the edges of the middle region 23 are attached to the two frame sides 15 and the top and bottom cross pieces 18, 19.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the frame side 15 includes a first frame side 16 and a second frame side 17 which are arranged up and down, in this embodiment, a side upper portion 24a, i.e., the first frame side 16, and a side lower portion 24b, i.e., the second frame side 17; the first frame side 16 is fixedly connected with the back bracket 3, and the second frame side 17 is in an arch shape protruding forwards. With such a design, the first frame side 16 positioned above is fixedly connected with the back support 3, so that the second frame side 17 is liberated, and the front arch design of the second frame side 17 can effectively support the waist of a seated person when the back support 4 is provided with flexible fabrics such as mesh fabrics; the second frame side 17 and the bottom cross-piece 19 are both flexible, the bottom cross-piece 19 can be designed as a thin sheet or plate which is forced to bend and return to its original shape when the external force is removed, while the second frame side 17 is also designed as a thin sheet or plate which is deformed by the external force in the backward direction and returns to its original shape when the external force is removed. This gives a comfortable elastic support to the waist of the human body.
More specifically, in a specific application, the second frame side 17 and the bottom cross member 19 are suspended. In the natural state, the second frame side 17 and the bottom cross-piece 19 are not connected with other parts of the seat and keep in a suspended state to form an elastic lumbar support; fig. 27 shows a schematic top view of the seat in unloaded condition, in which the second frame side 17 and the bottom cross-member 19 are arranged along the width of the back support 4, in particular in the case of the second frame side 17, which has a width substantially greater than its thickness, for example a width greater than 6 times the thickness, for example a thickness of 1.5-2.5mm and a width of 15-25 mm; when a user sits against the central region 23 with a rearward force, as shown in fig. 28, i.e. the first arrow 25 indicates the direction of the force applied to the central region 23, the second frame side 17 is torsionally deformed and drawn together towards the middle position 27 of the back support 4 in the width direction, as indicated by the second arrow 26, and at the same time the bottom cross-piece 19 is also bent and deformed, the two ends of the bottom cross-piece 19 being drawn together to assist the deformation of the second frame side 17; thus, the torsional deformation of the second frame side 17 cooperates with the central region 23 to provide a grip on both sides of the user's waist, creating a lumbar grip effect that makes the seated user feel more comfortable.
Of course, the second frame side 17 may also be designed to be rod-shaped according to the requirement, i.e. the width is substantially equal to the thickness, and at this time, the deformation of the second frame side 17 is a deformation in the left-right direction, i.e. in the width direction of the back support, and also shows a tendency of closing the waist. Regardless of whether the second frame side 17 is designed to be rod-shaped or plate-shaped, when a force is applied in the direction of the first arrow 25 as shown in fig. 28, the second frame side 17 is also elastically deformed backward at the same time, and forms elastic support in the front-rear direction.
In still further detail, the first frame side 16 is connected to the back support 3 in the following manner: as shown in fig. 5, 9 and 10, the first frame side 16 further includes an upper section 16a and a lower section 16b, the lower section 16b is fixedly connected to the back frame 3 by the first and second screws 13 and 14, the upper section 16a is located above the back frame 3, and two ends of the top cross member 18 are respectively connected to upper ends of the two upper sections 16 a. The position of the lower segment 16b of the first frame side 16 fixedly connected with the back support 3 is basically at the same height as the central position of the back of the seated person when the seated person sits, the height area is stressed in a concentrated manner, and the position is designed to be the fixed connection position of the back support 4, so that the structure is more reasonable, the second frame side 17 can be vacated and liberated, the position of the second frame side 17 is no longer used as the connection area of the chair back and the armrest as in the past, and various modeling designs of the second frame side 17 as the waist support are facilitated.
More specifically, the back support 3 is provided with a longitudinally arranged notch 6, and the notch 6 is arranged to enable the back support 3 to form a side blocking part 7 and a rear blocking part 8; correspondingly, an engaging part 9 which is matched with the notch 6 is formed on the lower section 16b of the first frame side 16; after the buckling part 9 is matched with the notch 6, the buckling part 9 is connected with the side blocking part 7 through a first screw 13 and a second screw 14. The design ensures that the conjunction degree and the integration degree of the connecting part of the back support 3 and the back support 4 are higher, and the material is saved.
Of course, the first frame side 16 and the back frame 3 can also be fastened together, as shown in fig. 5, 8 and 9, the fastening portion 9 of the first frame side 16 of the back support 4 is provided with a plurality of plugs 28, and as shown in fig. 11, 12 and 15, a plurality of insertion grooves 29 are correspondingly provided at corresponding positions of the back frame 3, such as the side blocking portions 7, and the plugs 28 are inserted into the insertion grooves 29; at this time, the primary connection and positioning are realized by the cooperation of the plug and the inserting groove, and if the primary connection and positioning are realized by adopting the mode, the first frame side 16 and the back bracket 3 can also be connected and fixed by only adopting one screw. Furthermore, easily conceivable ways are: the plug 28 can also be arranged on the back bracket 3, while the plug-in slot 29 is arranged opposite the first frame side 16 of the back support 4.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the engaging portion 9 is formed by the lower rear end 9a contracting from back to front and the lower lateral side 9b contracting from outside to inside, so as to form a step 10 at the boundary between the lower section 16b and the upper section 16 a; the section of the back bracket 3 with the notch 6 is L-shaped in cross section; two screw holes 11 distributed up and down are arranged on the inner side surface 7a of the side blocking part, and mounting holes 12 are correspondingly formed in the upper side of the buckling part 9 in a lateral direction; after the buckling part 9 is matched with the notch 6, the step 10 is abutted against the top ends 21 of the side blocking part 7 and the rear blocking part 8, the buckling part 9 is abutted against the inner side surface 7a of the side blocking part and the front end surface 8a of the rear blocking part respectively, and the first screw 13 and the second screw 14 penetrate through the mounting hole 12 and are screwed into the screw hole 11 to realize connection and fixation. Due to the design, the screws are laterally arranged on the inner side surface, and the screws cannot be seen from the outer side, the front side and the rear side, so that the screws are hidden; meanwhile, after the lower section 16b of the first frame side 16 is connected with the back support 3, the two are integrated into a whole, so that the structural strength meets the use requirement, the appearance is not sharp, and the aesthetic design is facilitated.

Example 3: as shown in fig. 22, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the back support 4 is a flexible plate-shaped body which is integrally molded by thermoplastic plastics, connecting parts 30 are respectively formed on the upper parts 24a of the two side edges 24 of the outer area 22, and the connecting parts 30 are fixedly connected with the back bracket; when the middle region 23 is subjected to a rearward force or in response to a user leaning on, the side portions below the back frame and side connecting portions 5, i.e., the side lower portions 24b, are deformed and drawn toward the middle; the connection of the connection part 30 and the back frame is the same as in embodiment 1.
Still further, a plurality of grid-shaped holes 31 are distributed over the central area 23 of the back support 4.
Example 4: as shown in fig. 23, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: back support 3 and back support piece 4 adopt the joint mode to link to each other, are equipped with draw-in groove 32 on back support piece 3 promptly, set up on the side 24 of back support piece 4 with draw-in groove 32 joint complex connecting portion 30, behind draw-in groove 32 is gone into to connecting portion 30 card, in order to increase safety in utilization and firm in connection nature, rethread screw 33 connects back support 3 and connecting portion 30.

Specifically, the handrail support 2b includes a rear support bar 2d disposed substantially vertically and a bottom support bar 2e disposed substantially horizontally, an upper end of the rear support bar 2d is connected to a rear end of the handrail support 2a, and a lower end of the rear support bar 2d is connected to a rear end of the bottom support bar 2 e; more specifically, for convenience of formation, the armrest support 2b and the armrest support 2a are integrally formed by using a plastic material; and the armrest part 2 is rigid.
For the convenience of the connecting seat support member 1, an installation plate 2f extending along the width direction of the armrest part 2 is formed on the bottom bracket rod 2e, the installation plate 2f is positioned below the seat support member 1, a convex installation hole position 20 is arranged on the installation plate 2f, and when the seat support member is specifically installed, a screw is screwed into the installation hole position 20 and connected to the seat support member 1, so that the installation and fixation of the installation plate 2f and the whole armrest part 2 are realized.
The back bracket 3 is formed by extending upwards the intersection 2g of the handrail supporting piece 2a and the rear bracket rod 2 d; specifically, the back support 3 is a rod-shaped member, has a simplified structure, is arranged at the rear end of the armrest part 2, and does not obstruct the support of the forearms and hands of the seated person; and the back support 3 is rigid, and is integrally formed with the armrest part 2, so that the back support can be stably supported.
Example 6: as shown in fig. 25, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the armrest support 2b is substantially triangular, the rear end of the armrest support 2a is connected to the upper portion of the armrest support 2b, the back support 3 is also connected to the upper end of the armrest support 2b, and the back support 3 is formed by extending the upper end of the armrest support 2b obliquely and upwardly. The connecting position of the back support 3 and the armrest support 2b and the connecting position of the armrest support 2a and the armrest support 2b may be the same or different.
The back support 3 and the handrail support 2b can be fixedly connected through a fastener or integrally formed.
Example 7: as shown in fig. 26, the difference from embodiment 6 is: in this embodiment, the armrest support 2b is substantially inverted V-shaped, and two mounting legs 36 connected to the seat support are formed at the lower end of the armrest support 2b, and the rear end of the armrest support 2a is connected to the front side of the upper portion of the armrest support 2 b; and the back support 3 is connected to the upper rear side of the handle support 2 b.
Of course, the back support 3 may be connected to the armrest support 2b at the same position as the armrest support 2 a.

1. A chair is characterized by comprising:
a seat support for supporting a seated user;
the armrest parts are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the seat supporting part and respectively keep relatively fixed with the seat supporting part;
a back support configured to support a user's back and waist, said back support including an outer region and a middle region, said outer region having sides spaced left and right;
the back support is rigid and is positioned above the seat support part, one end of the back support is fixedly connected with the armrest part, and the other end of the back support extends upwards; the back support is configured to support and connect the upper part of the side edge of the back support piece, and the lower part of the side edge of the back support piece is suspended;
the lower side portions of the back support are flexible and deform to converge toward a middle of the back support when the central region is subjected to a rearward force or in response to a user leaning against.
2. The chair according to claim 1, wherein: the whole armrest part is in a closed loop shape, the back support is positioned outside the closed loop of the armrest part, and one end of the back support is connected to the periphery of the armrest part.
