Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a mobile chassis includes a guide rail member and a mobile device, in this embodiment, the guide rail member is matched with the mobile device, specifically, the guide rail member may be disposed at a side position of the mobile device for guiding a motion of the mobile device, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the guide rail member in this embodiment is disposed at a bottom of the mobile device, and in practical application, the guide rail member may be disposed at an outer side of the mobile device to adaptively change a structure of the guide rail member, as long as smooth guiding of the mobile device is ensured; the moving device slides along the guide rail part under the guiding action of the guide rail part, and the moving device is at least provided with a rolling part and a meshing part which move synchronously and are matched with the guide rail part.
In practical application, the rolling part and the meshing part in the moving device are matched with the guide rail part, when the rolling part and the meshing part rotate, the moving of the moving device can be realized, in addition, the rolling part and the meshing part can provide moving power, and the matching use of the rolling part and the meshing part can make up the problem of skidding caused by the independent use of the rolling part and the problem of low guide precision caused by the independent use of the meshing part.
Referring to fig. 1-2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the moving device is further provided with a power input end for driving the rolling member and the engaging member to rotate synchronously.
In this embodiment, the power input end plays a role of inputting power, the power input end of this embodiment may be a main driving sprocket 16 installed on the main driving shaft 9, the main driving shaft 9 is installed on the moving device through a diamond bearing seat 15, and the main driving sprocket 16 may be connected with an external power mechanism, such as a motor, a hydraulic motor, a crank handle, etc., through a chain.
In practical application, the power input end can also be a pulley, a pinion and the like, so long as external power can be input into the moving device to realize the rotation of the rolling element and the meshing element. Furthermore, the external power source may be directly installed in the mobile device.
Referring to fig. 2, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rolling members and the engaging members are both mounted on an edge transmission shaft 8, the edge transmission shaft 8 is mounted on the moving device through a vertical bearing 7, the number of the edge transmission shafts 8 is several, several edge transmission shafts 8 are all kept to rotate synchronously and in the same direction, and both ends of each edge transmission shaft 8 are mounted with the rolling members and the engaging members.
In this embodiment, the number of the side transmission shafts 8 is preferably two, two ends of each of the two side transmission shafts 8 are fixed with the rolling member and the engaging member, and correspondingly, the number of the guide rail members is also two, and the side transmission shafts 8 can be driven by the main transmission shaft 9 to rotate synchronously and in the same direction, so as to realize the movement of the moving device.
Specifically, the mode of the main transmission shaft 9 driving the side transmission shaft 8 to move includes the following modes:
(1) the chain mode, as shown in fig. 2, the main transmission shaft 9 is provided with a middle transmission double-row sprocket 10, correspondingly, the side transmission shafts 8 at two sides are provided with side transmission sprockets 11, the side transmission sprockets 11 and the middle transmission double-row sprocket 10 are connected through a transmission chain 12, so that the main transmission shaft 9 drives the side transmission shafts 8 to move, and when the chain mode is used in cooperation with the rolling part and the meshing part, the chain mode can effectively overcome the defects that the chain is not enough in transmission stress, and the chain is broken, skidded and separated.
(2) The specific arrangement of the belt is similar to that described above, and redundant description is not provided here.
(3) The gear set obviously has a driving gear on the main transmission shaft 9 and a driven gear on the side transmission shaft 8, but it is necessary to ensure that the two side transmission shafts 8 rotate in the same direction, and a reversing gear needs to be installed between one of the driven gears and the driving gear.
Referring to fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rail member includes a rail base 1, a rail 2 and a rack 3, the rail 2 is fixed on the rail base 1 and is used for cooperating with a rolling member, here, the rolling member may be a roller 13, the rack 3 is fixed on the rail base 1 and is used for cooperating with a meshing member, here, the meshing member may be a gear 14, preferably, a spur gear.
In general, the guide rail 2 and the rack 3 can be arranged in contact with each other, and the corresponding roller 13 and the corresponding gear 14 are also in contact with each other, in order to save space.
Referring to fig. 1, as another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the moving device is formed by splicing and fixing a front beam 4 and a side beam 5, and a plurality of bearing beams 6 are fixed in the moving device, specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the moving device is a zigzag structure formed by splicing and fixing the front beam 4 and the side beam 5, and the bearing beams 6 are fixed between the two front beams 4 for bearing.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a compact shelf which comprises a shelf body with a plurality of laminates and a movable chassis which is arranged on the shelf body and is as described in the embodiment.
The embodiment of the invention provides a movable chassis, and provides a compact shelf based on the movable chassis, wherein the rolling part and the meshing part can provide moving power through the cooperative transmission effect of the rolling part and the meshing part, and the rolling part and the meshing part can be used in a matched manner to solve the problems of slippage caused by the independent use of the rolling part and low guide precision caused by the independent use of the meshing part. In addition, the transmission synchronization performance is good, and the positioning is accurate.

Claims (7)
1. A mobile chassis, comprising:
the guide rail part is matched with the moving device and used for guiding the movement of the moving device; and
and the moving device is at least provided with a rolling part and a meshing part which move synchronously and are matched with the guide rail part.
2. The mobile chassis of claim 1, wherein the mobile device further comprises a power input for driving the rolling member and the engaging member to rotate synchronously.
3. The moving chassis according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rolling members and the engaging members are mounted on one or more side transmission shafts, the rolling members and the engaging members are mounted on both ends of each side transmission shaft, and when the number of the side transmission shafts is multiple, the side transmission shafts are kept to rotate synchronously and in the same direction.
4. The mobile chassis of claim 1, wherein the rail member comprises:
a rail mount;
the guide rail is fixed on the rail base and is used for being matched with the rolling piece; and
and the rack is fixed on the track base and is used for being matched with the meshing piece.
5. The mobile chassis according to claim 1, wherein the mobile device is formed by splicing and fixing a front beam and a side beam, and a plurality of bearing beams are fixed in the mobile device.
6. A mobile chassis according to claim 3 wherein the power input drives the side shafts synchronously and in the same direction via a chain or belt or gear train.
7. A compact shelving comprising a shelf body with a plurality of layers, and further comprising a mobile chassis according to any one of claims 1 to 6 mounted on the shelf body.
