背景技术
鲈鱼又名花鲈、寨花、鲈板、四肋鱼,主要分布于太平洋西部、中国沿海,其中黄海、渤海较多,是常见的经济鱼类,也是发展海水养殖的品种之一;鲈鱼含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物等营养成分,还含有维生素B2、烟酸、微量的维生素B1、磷、铁等物质,具有补肝肾、益脾胃、化痰止咳之效,对肝肾不足的人有很好的补益作用;但在鲈鱼的养殖过程中,常出现水霉病、肠炎病、黑体病等,这会导致鲈鱼的产量降低,损害了养殖人的经济利益。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种鲈鱼的养殖方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘准备:选择水源丰富、水质清新无污染的地方建池,池塘面积5-8亩,呈长方形,要求池底平坦,池岸牢固,池深2米,池底要埋设进、排水管道,同时配备1-2台1.5千瓦的增氧机;
(2)放养前准备:放养鱼苗前半个月,选择晴天的下午每亩用50公斤生石灰或5-10公斤漂白粉干池泼洒消毒,然后向池塘中注入新水,新水加注完毕静置三天后向池塘水中投入水质改良剂,每15-20公斤鱼投放2-5g水质改良剂,当观察到水质微绿或微褐时,开启池塘内的增氧机进行水体溶氧交换;
(3)鲈鱼的放养:选择长度为4-6cm的鲈鱼鱼苗,每亩投放2500-3500尾,下池前采用3-5wt%的食盐水对鱼苗进行冲洗消毒处理,并且在池塘中放养石斑鱼一起混养,放养密度为每亩500-1000尾;
(4)投放饲料:采用投料装置投放合成饲料,且合成饲料的投喂量为鱼体总重量的7-9%,每天投喂三次,分别在上午7:00-8:00,中午的12:00-13:00和傍晚的17:00-18:00;
(5)水质管理:当气温高于25℃时,每天对池水进行12-18h的增氧,每15天对养殖池水进行水质调节,使得养殖池水的透明度在40cm以上,pH为8-8.5,每隔6天换一次水,每次换水换走池水的1/2-2/3;
(6)防病管理:每间隔20-30天喷洒一次防病液,防病液每次的投放量减少1%,初次投放防病液的量为0.5ml/m3
所述水质改良剂按重量由以下组分组成:纤维素酶4-9份、蛋白酶5-10份、枯草芽孢杆菌20-30份、粪球菌10-20份、维生素C5-10份、鲜柳树叶粉15-20份。
所述合成饲料按重量由以下组分组成:鱼骨粉40-50份、螺旋藻多糖提取物4-8份、蓝莓浓缩粉1-3份、饲料添加剂2-4份、虾壳粉25-32份、马齿苋粉0.6-0.8份、花生粕18-24份、豆粕20-25份、益生菌0.04-0.08份、富硒添加剂0.8-2份、丁香酸0.4-0.6份、酵母菌3-6份。
所述饲料添加剂按重量由以下组分组成:黄芪3-5份、厚朴3-4份、老鹤草2-3份、虎尾兰1-2份、金樱子1-2份、石榴皮1-2份、甘草1-2份。
所述富硒添加剂按重量由以下组分组成:壶瓶碎米荠10-15份、氯化胆碱0.08-0.1份、L-焦谷氨酸0.12-0.2份、富硒酵母3-4份,其中壶瓶碎米荠的重量以干重计。

实施例1一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘准备:选择水源丰富、水质清新无污染的地方建池,池塘面积5亩,呈长方形,要求池底平坦,池岸牢固,池深2米,池底要埋设进、排水管道,同时配备1台1.5千瓦的增氧机;
(2)放养前准备:放养鱼苗前半个月,选择晴天的下午每亩用50公斤生石灰或5公斤漂白粉干池泼洒消毒,然后向池塘中注入新水,新水加注完毕静置三天后向池塘水中投入水质改良剂,每15公斤鱼投放2g水质改良剂,当观察到水质微绿或微褐时,开启池塘内的增氧机进行水体溶氧交换;
(3)鲈鱼的放养:选择长度为4cm的鲈鱼鱼苗,每亩投放3500尾,下池前采用3wt%的食盐水对鱼苗进行冲洗消毒处理,并且在池塘中放养石斑鱼一起混养,放养密度为每亩500尾;
(4)投放饲料:采用投料装置投放合成饲料,且合成饲料的投喂量为鱼体总重量的7%,每天投喂三次,分别在上午7:00-8:00,中午的12:00-13:00和傍晚的17:00-18:00;
(5)水质管理:当气温高于25℃时,每天对池水进行12h的增氧,每15天对养殖池水进行水质调节,使得养殖池水的透明度在40cm以上,pH为8,每隔6天换一次水,每次换水换走池水的1/2;
(6)防病管理:每间隔20天喷洒一次防病液,防病液每次的投放量减少1%,初次投放防病液的量为0.5ml/m3
所述水质改良剂按重量由以下组分组成:纤维素酶4份、蛋白酶5份、枯草芽孢杆菌20份、粪球菌10份、维生素C5份、鲜柳树叶粉15份。
所述合成饲料按重量由以下组分组成:鱼骨粉40份、螺旋藻多糖提取物4份、蓝莓浓缩粉1份、饲料添加剂2份、虾壳粉25份、马齿苋粉0.6份、花生粕18份、豆粕20份、益生菌0.04份、富硒添加剂0.8份、丁香酸0.4份、酵母菌3-6份。
所述饲料添加剂按重量由以下组分组成:黄芪3份、厚朴3份、老鹤草2份、虎尾兰1份、金樱子1份、石榴皮1份、甘草1份。
所述富硒添加剂按重量由以下组分组成:壶瓶碎米荠10份、氯化胆碱0.08份、L-焦谷氨酸0.12份、富硒酵母3份,其中壶瓶碎米荠的重量以干重计。
所述防病液有以下原料制备:血水草提取物30mg/L、菜子七提取物40mg/L、黄皮树提取物40mg/L、酸橙枳壳提取物50mg/L、白茶提取物80mg/L、飞燕草提取物80mg/L、连翘提取物50mg/L、栀子提取物50mg/L。
实施例2一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘准备:选择水源丰富、水质清新无污染的地方建池,池塘面积8亩,呈长方形,要求池底平坦,池岸牢固,池深2米,池底要埋设进、排水管道,同时配备2台1.5千瓦的增氧机;
(2)放养前准备:放养鱼苗前半个月,选择晴天的下午每亩用50公斤生石灰或10公斤漂白粉干池泼洒消毒,然后向池塘中注入新水,新水加注完毕静置三天后向池塘水中投入水质改良剂,每20公斤鱼投放5g水质改良剂,当观察到水质微绿或微褐时,开启池塘内的增氧机进行水体溶氧交换;
(3)鲈鱼的放养:选择长度为6cm的鲈鱼鱼苗,每亩投放2500尾,下池前采用5wt%的食盐水对鱼苗进行冲洗消毒处理,并且在池塘中放养石斑鱼一起混养,放养密度为每亩1000尾;
(4)投放饲料:采用投料装置投放合成饲料,且合成饲料的投喂量为鱼体总重量的9%,每天投喂三次,分别在上午7:00-8:00,中午的12:00-13:00和傍晚的17:00-18:00;
(5)水质管理:当气温高于25℃时,每天对池水进行18h的增氧,每15天对养殖池水进行水质调节,使得养殖池水的透明度在40cm以上,pH为8.5,每隔6天换一次水,每次换水换走池水的2/3;
(6)防病管理:每间隔30天喷洒一次防病液,防病液每次的投放量减少1%,初次投放防病液的量为0.5ml/m3
所述水质改良剂按重量由以下组分组成:纤维素酶9份、蛋白酶10份、枯草芽孢杆菌30份、粪球菌20份、维生素C10份、鲜柳树叶粉20份。
所述合成饲料按重量由以下组分组成:鱼骨粉50份、螺旋藻多糖提取物8份、蓝莓浓缩粉3份、饲料添加剂4份、虾壳粉32份、马齿苋粉0.8份、花生粕24份、豆粕25份、益生菌0.08份、富硒添加剂2份、丁香酸0.6份、酵母菌6份。
所述饲料添加剂按重量由以下组分组成:黄芪5份、厚朴4份、老鹤草3份、虎尾兰2份、金樱子2份、石榴皮2份、甘草2份。
所述富硒添加剂按重量由以下组分组成:壶瓶碎米荠15份、氯化胆碱0.1份、L-焦谷氨酸0.2份、富硒酵母4份,其中壶瓶碎米荠的重量以干重计。
所述防病液有以下原料制备:血水草提取物60mg/L、菜子七提取物70mg/L、黄皮树提取物60mg/L、酸橙枳壳提取物70mg/L、白茶提取物110mg/L、飞燕草提取物110mg/L、连翘提取物70mg/L、栀子提取物80mg/L。

Claims (6)

1.一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘准备:选择水源丰富、水质清新无污染的地方建池,池塘面积5-8亩,呈长方形,要求池底平坦,池岸牢固,池深2米,池底要埋设进、排水管道,同时配备1-2台1.5千瓦的增氧机;
(2)放养前准备:放养鱼苗前半个月,选择晴天的下午每亩用50公斤生石灰或5-10公斤漂白粉干池泼洒消毒,然后向池塘中注入新水,新水加注完毕静置三天后向池塘水中投入水质改良剂,每15-20公斤鱼投放2-5g水质改良剂,当观察到水质微绿或微褐时,开启池塘内的增氧机进行水体溶氧交换;
(3)鲈鱼的放养:选择长度为4-6cm的鲈鱼鱼苗,每亩投放2500-3500尾,下池前采用3-5wt%的食盐水对鱼苗进行冲洗消毒处理,并且在池塘中放养石斑鱼一起混养,放养密度为每亩500-1000尾;
(4)投放饲料:采用投料装置投放合成饲料,且合成饲料的投喂量为鱼体总重量的7-9%,每天投喂三次,分别在上午7:00-8:00,中午的12:00-13:00和傍晚的17:00-18:00;
(5)水质管理:当气温高于25℃时,每天对池水进行12-18h的增氧,每15天对养殖池水进行水质调节,使得养殖池水的透明度在40cm以上,pH为8-8.5,每隔6天换一次水,每次换水换走池水的1/2-2/3;
(6)防病管理:每间隔20-30天喷洒一次防病液,防病液每次的投放量减少1%,初次投放防病液的量为0.5ml/m3
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述水质改良剂按重量由以下组分组成:纤维素酶4-9份、蛋白酶5-10份、枯草芽孢杆菌20-30份、粪球菌10-20份、维生素C5-10份、鲜柳树叶粉15-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述合成饲料按重量由以下组分组成:鱼骨粉40-50份、螺旋藻多糖提取物4-8份、蓝莓浓缩粉1-3份、饲料添加剂2-4份、虾壳粉25-32份、马齿苋粉0.6-0.8份、花生粕18-24份、豆粕20-25份、益生菌0.04-0.08份、富硒添加剂0.8-2份、丁香酸0.4-0.6份、酵母菌3-6份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述饲料添加剂按重量由以下组分组成:黄芪3-5份、厚朴3-4份、老鹤草2-3份、虎尾兰1-2份、金樱子1-2份、石榴皮1-2份、甘草1-2份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述富硒添加剂按重量由以下组分组成:壶瓶碎米荠10-15份、氯化胆碱0.08-0.1份、L-焦谷氨酸0.12-0.2份、富硒酵母3-4份,其中壶瓶碎米荠的重量以干重计。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种鲈鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述防病液有以下原料制备:血水草提取物30-60mg/L、菜子七提取物40-70mg/L、黄皮树提取物40-60mg/L、酸橙枳壳提取物50-70mg/L、白茶提取物80-110mg/L、飞燕草提取物80-110mg/L、连翘提取物50-70mg/L、栀子提取物50-80mg/L。
