The intelligent telephone management system comprises a plurality of fixed telephones and a computer, wherein the plurality of fixed telephones are connected with the computer through a control signal transmission device; a controller is arranged in the computer; an incoming call management unit, a recording unit, a processor, an operation unit, a decoding circuit, a coding circuit and a dialing circuit are arranged in the controller; the processor is connected with the incoming call management unit, the recording unit, the operation unit, the decoding circuit and the coding circuit respectively; and the coding circuit is connected with the dialing circuit. The intelligent telephone management system is simple in working principle and high in intelligent degree, the defects of time consumption, labor consumption and high error rate of a conventional dialing mode of searching numbers from a website and then performing manual dialing are overcome, and meanwhile, the plurality of fixed telephones can be conveniently managed in the same way, so that the management efficiency is improved.

Background
A smart phone, typically referred to as a fixed network (public switched telephone network PSTN) phone with Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) functionality. Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention includes a plurality of fixed phones and a computer 1, wherein the fixed phones are connected with the computer 1 through a control signal transmission device 2, a controller 3 is provided in the computer 1, an incoming call management unit 4, a recording unit 10, a processor 5, an operation unit 6, a decoding circuit 7, a coding circuit 8, and a dialing circuit 9 are provided in the controller 3, the processor 5 is respectively connected with the incoming call management unit 4, the recording unit 10, the operation unit 6, the decoding circuit 7, and the coding circuit 8 is connected with the dialing circuit 9; the processing chips of the decoding circuit 7 and the encoding circuit 8 are CMX865; the dialing circuit 9 is an EM91410 chip;
the incoming call management unit 4 comprises a public data module 11, a personal data module 12, an incoming call processing module 13 and an interaction interface module 14; the public data module is used for storing and managing public data for all network users, wherein the public data comprises but is not limited to a public blacklist, a commercial promotion telephone list and a public telephone list; the personal data module is used for storing and managing personal data of users irrelevant to specific services, and specifically comprises personal data, address book, blacklist, whitelist, group and the like; the automatic updating and automatic adding operation of the user address book are realized; the incoming call processing module is a core module of the incoming call management unit, when there is incoming call, the incoming call processing module interacts with the public data module and the personal data module to inquire and classify the incoming call number in real time,
the method can also set to interact with a user contextual model module, and then forward and process the incoming call according to the contextual model of the user through an interactive interface module;

In the invention, the control signal transmission device 2 comprises a magnetic isolation module 18, an operational amplifier A1B and an operational amplifier B2B, wherein the positive input end of the operational amplifier A1B is respectively connected with one end of a resistor A1a and one end of a capacitor A1C, the other end of the capacitor A1C is grounded, the other end of the resistor A1a is respectively connected with one end of a resistor B2a, one end of a resistor C3a and one end of a resistor F6a, the other end of the resistor C3a is grounded, the other end of the resistor F6a is connected with a signal input end, the output end of the operational amplifier A1B is connected with the magnetic isolation module 18, the positive input end of the operational amplifier B2B is connected with the magnetic isolation module 18, the negative input end is respectively connected with one end of a resistor E5a and one end of a resistor D4a, the other end of the resistor E5a is connected with the control end of a potentiometer 19, the potentiometer 19 is grounded, and the output end of the operational amplifier B2B is respectively connected with the other end of the resistor D4a and the signal output end. When a control signal is input, the input signal is overlapped with a bias signal which is output by the voltage division of the resistor B2a and the resistor C3a, and the bias signal is transmitted to the input end of the magnetic isolation module after being subjected to active filtering and impedance transformation of a signal input circuit; the output end of the magnetic isolation module outputs an isolation voltage signal to the non-inverting input end of the operational amplifier B2B, and the output end of the operational amplifier B2B outputs a control signal by adjusting the output voltage of the sliding end of the potentiometer. The magnetic isolation module can adopt a signal isolation transformer of brand DIBAO.
