Automobile exhaust, one of the main sources of air pollution, contains a large amount of harmful substances including carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrocarbons, solid suspended particles, and the like; the solid suspended particles enter the lung of a human body along with respiration and are retained at different parts of a respiratory tract in collision, diffusion, deposition and other modes to cause respiratory system diseases; carbon monoxide enters blood circulation through a respiratory tract, and after affinity with hemoglobin, carboxyhemoglobin is generated, so that the function of oxygen delivery of blood to various tissues is weakened, the central nervous system is damaged, functional disorders such as feeling, reaction, understanding, memory and the like of people are caused, and serious people damage the blood circulation system, so that life risks are caused; nitrogen oxides mainly refer to nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide, which are gases harmful to human bodies, particularly harmful to respiratory systems; the most prominent harm of the photochemical smog to human bodies is to stimulate eyes and mucous membranes of upper respiratory tracts to cause red swelling and laryngitis of the eyes; lead is a toxic heavy metal element, most of automobile oil is doped with an explosion-proof agent tetraethyl lead or methyl lead, lead and compounds thereof generated after combustion are toxic substances, and lead content in a human body exceeding the standard can cause cardiovascular system diseases and influence the functions of important organs such as liver and kidney and nervous systems.
The tail gas can directly harm human health and can also have a profound influence on the environment of human life; the sulfur dioxide in the tail gas has strong pungent smell, and the sulfur dioxide easily causes the generation of acid rain when reaching a certain concentration, so that soil and water sources are acidified, and the growth of crops and forests is influenced; in the last century, the greenhouse effect has become a big disaster for human beings; glacier thawing, sea level rising, the el nino phenomenon, the raney phenomenon and the like all bring very serious challenges to the survival of human beings; carbon dioxide is the main culprit of causing the greenhouse effect.
Current automobile exhaust purifies reactor sets up between exhaust manifold and the muffler in exhaust system, but the inside catalyst of reactor only can carry out the single contact with tail gas, and the purifying effect of tail gas is relatively poor, and the inside catalyst of reactor is not convenient for change.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a purifier for treating automobile exhaust, which is used for solving the technical problems that in the background technology, a catalyst in a reactor can only be in single contact with the exhaust, the purification effect of the exhaust is poor, and the catalyst in the reactor is inconvenient to replace.
The invention provides a purifier for treating automobile exhaust, which comprises a reactor shell, wherein an exhaust gas inlet pipe is communicated and arranged on the inner wall of the left side of the reactor shell, which is close to the top surface, an exhaust gas outlet pipe is communicated and arranged on the inner wall of the right side of the reactor shell, which is close to the bottom, a separating piece and a purifying piece are arranged in the reactor shell, the separating piece and the purifying piece are in cross distribution, and a sealing piece is arranged on the annular side wall of the reactor shell.
Preferably, the reactor shell is fixedly connected with a filter screen on the inner wall of the left side close to the top surface, and the filter screen cover is arranged at one end of the tail gas inlet pipe in the reactor shell.
Preferably, the separator includes two baffles fixed connection on the inner wall of the left and right sides of the reactor shell, two be the cross distribution between baffle and the purification piece, two the rear end lateral wall of baffle all with the rear side inner wall sealing connection of reactor shell, two the opening that all communicates from top to bottom is equipped with on the baffle, two the opening is close to the left and right sides inner wall setting of reactor shell respectively.
Preferably, the partition and the opening divide the interior of the reactor shell into S-shaped chambers.
Preferably, the purification piece comprises a three-way catalyst, a ceramic carrier and a metal oxide carrier which are respectively adhered to the top surface and the bottom of the reactor shell and arranged at the upper end and the lower end of each partition plate, the three-way catalyst, the ceramic carrier and the metal oxide carrier are distributed with the two partition plates in a crossed manner at the same side, and the three-way catalyst, the ceramic carrier and the metal oxide carrier are abutted to the sealing piece.
Preferably, the sealing member includes an arc opening disposed on the annular side wall of the reactor housing, a groove is disposed on the top surface of the arc opening, a rotating plate is rotatably connected in the groove, an arc sealing plate is fixedly connected to the side wall of one end of the rotating plate away from the groove, the arc sealing plate is inserted into the arc opening and is fixedly connected to the bottom of the arc opening, and the three-way catalyst, the ceramic carrier and the metal oxide carrier are all in contact with the arc sealing plate in a propping manner.
Preferably, the bottom of the arc opening close to the left side and the bottom of the arc opening close to the right side are both provided with mounting grooves, the lower end of the arc sealing plate close to the left side and the right side is fixedly connected with mounting blocks, the two mounting blocks are respectively inserted into the two mounting grooves, and limiting bolts are arranged between the mounting blocks and the mounting grooves in a penetrating mode.
Preferably, the rotating plate and the mounting block are integrally arranged with the arc-shaped sealing plate.

The separator 4 and the purifying member 5 are distributed in a cross way, the purifying member 5 comprises a three-way catalyst 11, a ceramic carrier 12 and a metal oxide carrier 13 which are respectively adhered to the top surface and the bottom of the reactor shell 1 and the upper end and the lower end of the separator 8, the three-way catalyst 11 can convert harmful gases such as oxynitride, hydrocarbon and oxynitride discharged by automobile exhaust into harmless carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen through oxidation and reduction, the shape of the three-way catalyst is made into a cylinder by double-layer stainless steel sheets, asbestos fiber felt is arranged in a double-layer thin sheet interlayer, a carrier and a catalyst are arranged in the middle of a net interlayer, the ceramic carrier 12 is made of thin-wall cordierite, platinum, rhodium and palladium and rare earth materials such as cerium, barium and lanthanum are coated on the wall surface of a pore channel of the honeycomb ceramic carrier 12, and the harmful gases such as oxynitride, hydrocarbon and oxynitride are effectively converted into harmless carbon dioxide through oxidation and reduction, Water and nitrogen, the metal oxide carrier 13 is specifically manganese oxide-copper oxide; the reactor takes metal oxides such as chromium oxide-nickel oxide-copper oxide and precious metals such as white metal as catalysts, the three-way catalyst 11, the ceramic carrier 12 and the metal oxide carrier 13 on the same side are distributed in a crossed manner with the two partition plates 8, and the three-way catalyst 11, the ceramic carrier 12 and the metal oxide carrier 13 are in contact with the sealing element 6 in a propping manner.
The annular side wall of the reactor shell 1 is provided with a sealing element 6, the sealing element 6 comprises an arc opening 14 arranged on the annular side wall of the reactor shell 1, the top surface of the arc opening 14 is provided with a groove 15, a rotating plate 16 is rotationally connected in the groove 15, the rotating plate 16 is rotationally connected with the groove 15, circular grooves (not shown in the figure) can be arranged on the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the groove 15, rotating shafts (not shown in the figure) are fixed on the side walls of the left end and the right end of the rotating plate 16 in the groove 15, when the rotating shafts are inserted in the circular grooves, the rotating plate 16 can be rotationally connected with the groove 15, an arc sealing plate 17 is fixedly connected on the side wall of one end of the rotating plate 16 far away from the groove 15, a plurality of strip-shaped sealing blocks (not shown in the figure) made of rubber materials are fixedly connected, when avoiding tail gas to leak, prevent that external moisture and dust from getting into in S die cavity room 10, arc closing plate 17 inserts and locates in arc opening 14 and rather than bottom fixed connection, three way catalyst converter 11, ceramic carrier 12 and metallic oxide carrier 13 all contact with arc closing plate 17 counterbalance.
Arc opening 14 all is equipped with mounting groove 18 on being close to the bottom of the left and right sides, arc closing plate 17 is close to the equal fixedly connected with installation piece 19 of lower extreme of the left and right sides, two installation pieces 19 are inserted respectively and are located two mounting groove 18 settings, it is equipped with stop bolt 20 to run through between installation piece 19 and the mounting groove 18, be equipped with the through-hole (not shown in the figure) on the installation piece 19, be equipped with thread groove (not shown in the figure) stop bolt 20 on the inner wall of mounting groove 18 and run through behind the through-hole with thread groove threaded connection, thereby fix installation piece 19 in mounting groove 18, effectively fix arc closing plate 17 in arc opening 14, conveniently open regularly change three way catalyst converter 11 behind arc closing plate 17 simultaneously, ceramic carrier 12 and metallic oxide carrier 13, rotor plate 16 and installation piece 19 all are the integration.
When the invention is used, three groups of three-way catalysts 11, ceramic carriers 12 and metal oxide carriers 13 are respectively bonded at the upper and lower ends of the two partition plates 8, so that three groups of three-way catalysts 11, ceramic carriers 12, metal oxide carriers 13 and two partition plates 8 are distributed in a crossed manner, at the moment, the arc-shaped sealing plate 17 is rotated to drive the rotating plate 16 to rotate in the groove 15, so that the arc-shaped sealing plate 17 is inserted into the arc-shaped opening 14 on the reactor shell 1, and two mounting blocks 19 on the arc-shaped sealing plate 17 are respectively inserted into two mounting grooves 18 on the bottom of the arc-shaped opening 14, and the mounting blocks 19 are fixed in the mounting grooves 18 by matching with a limiting bolt 20, thereby effectively limiting and fixing the arc-shaped sealing plate 17 in the arc-shaped opening 14, and then sealing a gap between the arc-shaped opening 14 and the arc-shaped sealing plate 17 by using a strip-shaped sealing block (not shown in the figure) made of rubber;
after automobile exhaust is discharged into the S-shaped cavity chamber 10 through the exhaust gas inlet pipe 2, the automobile exhaust is firstly buffered and dispersed by the filter screen 7, so that the buffered and dispersed exhaust penetrates through the S-shaped cavity chamber 10 and the opening 9 and then is fully contacted with the three groups of three-way catalysts 11, the ceramic carrier 12 and the metal oxide carrier 13, the exhaust purification effect is effectively improved, and the exhaust is discharged through the exhaust gas outlet pipe 3 after purification; when the three-way catalyst 11, the ceramic carrier 12 and the metal oxide carrier 13 in the S-shaped cavity 10 need to be replaced regularly, the limiting bolt 20 is taken down by using an external tool, the installation block 19 is separated from the installation groove 18 after the arc-shaped sealing plate 17 is pulled conveniently, and the arc-shaped sealing plate 17 in the arc-shaped opening 14 can be rotated to replace the three-way catalyst 11, the ceramic carrier 12 and the metal oxide carrier 13.
