The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 15, and the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The present invention provides a plug-in type door frame by improvement, as shown in fig. 1 to 15, which can be implemented as follows; comprises an upper frame body 1, a left side frame 2 and a right side frame 3;
after improvement, the upper frame body 1 is provided with an upper frame body lower panel 1A, an upper frame body side panel 1B, an upper frame body metal fixing piece 1C, a lower panel card fastener 1D and a side panel metal fixing piece 1E;
the upper frame body metal fixing piece 1C is integrally U-shaped, and the side surface and the bottom of the upper frame body metal fixing piece are provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes A5, so that the upper frame body metal fixing piece 1C is fixed below the upper frame wall body 6 through screws;
meanwhile, a plurality of groups of clamping interfaces A7 are arranged on the side surface and the bottom of the upper frame body metal fixing piece 1C,
the lower panel card fastener 1D is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes B9, and the upper side surface thereof is provided with a plurality of groups of plug-in connectors A10 matched with the card interfaces A7;
the inner side of the lower panel 1A of the upper frame body is provided with a groove A8 with the depth of 0.3-0.5cm,
the lower panel clamp fastener 1D is integrally fixed in the groove A8 through a screw and integrally formed with the upper frame lower panel 1A;
the side panel metal fixing piece 1E is integrally in a long strip shape, is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes C11, is provided with a plurality of groups of plug-in connectors B12 matched with the clamping interface A7 on the outer side surface,
a groove B13 with the depth of 0.3-0.5cm is formed on the inner side of the side panel 1B of the upper frame body, and the whole metal fixing piece 1E of the side panel is fixed in the groove B13 through a screw and forms a whole with the side panel 1B of the upper frame body; meanwhile, the upper frame side panel 1B further has a bending arm 14 capable of wrapping the end of the upper frame lower panel 1A;
the left side face frame and the right side face frame adopt the same structure and are respectively provided with an outer side panel 4A, a side frame side panel 4B, an outer side panel metal fixing piece 4C, a side frame metal fixing piece 4D and a side frame side panel metal fixing piece 4E;
the side frame metal fixing piece 4D is integrally U-shaped, and the side surface thereof is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes D15, so that the side frame metal fixing piece 4D is fixed on the side frame wall 16 through screws,
meanwhile, a plurality of groups of clamping interfaces B17 are arranged on the side surface of the side frame metal fixing piece 4D,
the outer side panel metal fixing piece 4C is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes, the upper side surface thereof is provided with a plurality of groups of plug-in connectors C18 matched with the clamping interfaces B17,
the inner side of the outer side panel 4A is provided with a groove C19 with the depth of 0.3-0.5cm,
the outer panel metal fixing piece 4C is integrally fixed in the groove C19 by a screw and is integrally formed with the outer panel 4A;
the side frame side plate metal fixing piece 4E is integrally in a long strip shape, is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes 20, is provided with a plurality of groups of inserting connectors D21 matched with the clamping interfaces B17 on the outer side surface,
a groove D22 with the depth of 0.3-0.5cm is formed on the inner side of the side frame side panel 4B, and the side frame side panel metal fixing piece 4E is integrally fixed in the groove 22 through a screw and is integrally formed with the side frame side panel 4B;
meanwhile, the two ends of the outer panel 4A are also provided with inserting grooves 23,
the side frame side panel 4B also has a projection 24 that can be inserted into the insertion groove 23 to be fixed to the outer side panel 4A.
When the plug-in type door frame is implemented, firstly, an upper frame body metal fixing piece 1C is fixed below an upper frame wall body 6 through a screw, and a side frame metal fixing piece 4D is fixed on a side frame wall body 16 through a screw;
secondly, the upper frame lower panel 1A is buckled with a clamping interface A7 below the upper frame metal fixing piece 1C through a plug connector A10 corresponding to the lower panel clamp fastener 1D, and the upper frame side panel 1B is buckled with a clamping interface A7 on the side surface of the upper frame metal fixing piece 1C through a plug connector B12 corresponding to the side surface plate metal fixing piece 1E;
meanwhile, the upper frame side panel 1B wraps and supports the end of the upper frame lower panel 1A through the bending arm 14;
meanwhile, the outer panel 4A is buckled with the clamping interface B17 on the front side of the side frame metal fixing piece 4D through the plug connector C18 corresponding to the outer panel metal fixing piece 4C; the side frame side panel 4B is buckled with the clamping interfaces B17 on the front left side and the front right side of the side frame metal fixing piece 4D through a plug connector D21 corresponding to the side frame side panel metal fixing piece 4E; meanwhile, the sealant 31 is filled in the glue coating notch 30 at the end of the upper frame side panel 1B, so that the space between the bent arm 14 of the upper frame side panel 1B and the upper frame lower panel 1A is sealed by the sealant 31.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the improved structure can realize the insertion through the fastener; the novel combined type steel pipe pile has the advantages of more reasonable structure, convenience in assembly and construction, capability of saving a large number of working hours and a large number of labor and material costs, attractive and elegant appearance, novel structure and the like, wide market prospect and good economic and social benefits.
According to the plug-in type door frame, the outer side of the outer side panel 4A is provided with a vertical bonding groove 25, and a decorative plate 26 is bonded in the bonding groove 25; this is advantageous in that the outer appearance of the door frame is improved and the outer panel 4A is also made flat after the decorative plate 26 is adhered in the adhesion groove 25.
According to the plug-in type door frame, the vertical square through cavity 27 is formed in the outer side panel 4A, and the flame-retardant material 28 is filled in the square through cavity 27; the flame retardant property of the outer panel 4A itself is increased, and the flame retardant material 28 is filled in the square through cavity 27, so that the volume of the outer panel 4A itself is not increased.
According to the plug-in type door frame, the lower panel card fastener 1D and the side frame metal fixing piece 4D are respectively provided with the square cavity 29; can alleviate panel fastener 1D below, 4D self weight of side frame metal mounting.
According to the plug-in type door frame, the end part of the upper frame body side panel 1B is provided with the glue coating notch 30, so that the bent arm 14 of the upper frame body side panel 1B and the upper frame body lower panel 1A are sealed through the sealant 31, and the sealing of a contact part is realized.
A manufacturing process of a plug-in type door frame is carried out and installed according to the following method;
(1) cutting the upper frame body lower panel 1A, the upper frame body side panel 1B, the outer side panel 4A and the side frame side panel 4B according to specific sizes, and manufacturing and molding;
(2) according to specific dimensions, the upper frame body metal fixing piece 1C, the lower panel card fastening piece 1D, the side panel metal fixing piece 1E, the outer side panel metal fixing piece 4C, the side frame metal fixing piece 4D and the side panel metal fixing piece 4E are subjected to punch forming;
(3) the lower panel card fastener 1D is integrally fixed in the groove A8 through a screw and integrally formed with the upper frame lower panel 1A; meanwhile, the side panel metal fixing pieces 1E are integrally fixed in the grooves B13 through screws and are integrally formed with the upper frame side panel 1B;
the outer panel metal fixing piece 4C is integrally fixed in the groove C19 by a screw and is integrally formed with the outer panel 4A; the side frame side panel metal fixing piece 4E is integrally fixed in the groove 22 through a screw and integrally formed with the side frame side panel 4B;
(4) during installation, the upper frame body metal fixing piece 1C is fixed below the upper frame wall body 6 through a screw, and the side frame metal fixing piece 4D is fixed on the side frame wall body 16 through a screw;
the upper frame lower panel 1A is buckled with a clamping interface A7 below the upper frame metal fixing piece 1C through a plug connector A10 corresponding to the lower panel clamp fastener 1D, and the upper frame side panel 1B is buckled with a clamping interface A7 on the side surface of the upper frame metal fixing piece 1C through a plug connector B12 corresponding to the side surface plate metal fixing piece 1E;
meanwhile, the upper frame side panel 1B wraps and supports the end of the upper frame lower panel 1A through the bending arm 14;
meanwhile, the outer panel 4A is buckled with the clamping interface B17 on the front side of the side frame metal fixing piece 4D through the plug connector C18 corresponding to the outer panel metal fixing piece 4C; the side frame side panel 4B is buckled with the clamping interfaces B17 on the front left side and the front right side of the side frame metal fixing piece 4D through a plug connector D21 corresponding to the side frame side panel metal fixing piece 4E; meanwhile, the sealant 31 is filled in the glue coating notch 30 at the end of the upper frame side panel 1B, so that the space between the bent arm 14 of the upper frame side panel 1B and the upper frame lower panel 1A is sealed by the sealant 31.

1. A plug-in type door frame is provided with an upper frame body (1), a left side frame and a right side frame (2, 3); the method is characterized in that:
the upper frame body (1) is provided with an upper frame body lower panel (1A), an upper frame body side panel (1B), an upper frame body metal fixing piece (1C), a lower panel fastener (1D) and a side panel metal fixing piece (1E);
the upper frame body metal fixing piece (1C) is integrally U-shaped, and a plurality of groups of screw holes A (5) are arranged on the side surface and the bottom of the upper frame body metal fixing piece, so that the upper frame body metal fixing piece (1C) is fixed below an upper frame wall body (6) through screws,
meanwhile, a plurality of groups of clamping interfaces A (7) are arranged on the side surface and the bottom of the upper frame body metal fixing piece (1C),
the lower panel clamp fastener (1D) is provided with a plurality of screw holes B (9), the upper side surface is provided with a plurality of plug-in connectors A (10) matched with the card interfaces A (7),
the inner side of the lower panel (1A) of the upper frame body is provided with a groove A (8) with the depth of 0.3-0.5cm,
the lower panel clamp fastener (1D) is integrally fixed in the groove A (8) through a screw and is integrally formed with the lower panel (1A) of the upper frame body;
the side plate metal fixing piece (1E) is integrally in a long strip shape, is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes C (11), is provided with a plurality of groups of plug-in connectors B (12) matched with the clamping interface A (7) on the outer side surface,
a groove B (13) with the depth of 0.3-0.5cm is formed in the inner side of the upper frame side panel (1B), and the side panel metal fixing piece (1E) is integrally fixed in the groove B (13) through a screw and forms an integral body with the upper frame side panel (1B); meanwhile, the upper frame side panel (1B) is also provided with a bending arm (14) capable of wrapping the end part of the upper frame lower panel (1A);
the left side face frame and the right side face frame (2 and 3) adopt the same structure and are respectively provided with an outer side panel (4A), a side frame side panel (4B), an outer side panel metal fixing piece (4C), a side frame metal fixing piece (4D) and a side frame side panel metal fixing piece (4E);
the side frame metal fixing piece (4D) is integrally U-shaped, the side surface of the side frame metal fixing piece is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes D (15), so that the side frame metal fixing piece (4D) is fixed on the side frame wall body (16) through screws,
meanwhile, a plurality of groups of clamping interfaces B (17) are arranged on the side surface of the side frame metal fixing piece (4D),
the outer side panel metal fixing piece (4C) is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes, the upper side surface is provided with a plurality of groups of plug-in connectors C (18) matched with the clamping interfaces B (17),
the inner side of the outer side panel (4A) is provided with a groove C (19) with the depth of 0.3-0.5cm,
the outer side panel metal fixing piece (4C) is integrally fixed in the groove C (19) through a screw and is integrally formed with the outer side panel (4A);
the side frame side plate metal fixing piece (4E) is integrally in a long strip shape, is provided with a plurality of groups of screw holes (20), the outer side surface of the side frame side plate metal fixing piece is provided with a plurality of groups of plug-in connectors D (21) matched with the clamping interfaces B (17),
a groove D (22) with the depth of 0.3-0.5cm is formed in the inner side of the side frame side panel (4B), and the side frame side panel metal fixing piece (4E) is integrally fixed in the groove (22) through a screw and forms an integral body with the side frame side panel (4B);
meanwhile, two ends of the outer side panel (4A) are also provided with inserting grooves (23),
the side frame side panel (4B) is also provided with a protruding head part (24) which can be inserted into the inserting groove (23) and is kept fixed with the outer side panel (4A).
2. The plug-in type door frame according to claim 1, wherein: the outer side of the outer side panel (4A) is provided with a vertical bonding groove (25), and a decorative plate (26) is bonded in the bonding groove (25).

the outer side panel metal fixing piece (4C) is integrally fixed in the groove C (19) through a screw and is integrally formed with the outer side panel (4A); the side frame side panel metal fixing piece (4E) is integrally fixed in the groove (22) through a screw and is integrated with the side frame side panel (4B);
(4) during installation, the upper frame body metal fixing piece (1C) is fixed below the upper frame wall body (6) through a screw, and the side frame metal fixing piece (4D) is fixed on the side frame wall body (16) through a screw;
the upper frame lower panel (1A) is buckled with a clamping interface A (7) below the upper frame metal fixing piece (1C) through a plug connector A (10) corresponding to the lower panel card fastener (1D), and the upper frame side panel (1B) is buckled with a clamping interface A (7) on the side surface of the upper frame metal fixing piece (1C) through a plug connector B (12) corresponding to the side surface plate metal fixing piece (1E);
meanwhile, the upper frame body side panel (1B) wraps and supports the end part of the upper frame body lower panel (1A) through a bending arm (14);
meanwhile, the outer side panel (4A) is buckled with a clamping interface B (17) on the front side surface of the side frame metal fixing piece (4D) through a plug connector C (18) corresponding to the outer side panel metal fixing piece (4C); the side frame side panel (4B) is buckled with the clamping interfaces B (17) of the front left side surface and the front right side surface of the side frame metal fixing piece (4D) through the plug connectors D (21) corresponding to the side frame side panel metal fixing piece (4E); meanwhile, sealant (31) is filled in the gluing notch (30) at the end part of the upper frame body side panel (1B), so that the bent arm (14) of the upper frame body side panel (1B) and the upper frame body lower panel (1A) are sealed through the sealant (31).
