本发明提出了一种拖地机使用的清洁湿巾生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、无纺布制作;S2、胶合绒布;S3、分切复卷;S4、消毒加液;S5、自动切片;S6、折叠包装。本发明工艺的无纺布是采用涤纶纤维通过针刺工艺制作成,生产出来的拖地机湿巾不会落絮,清洁效果更佳;本发明生产工艺简单、生产成本低;本发明工艺生产时通过喷淋工艺将清洗液事先喷到布上,形成湿巾,使用时,直接通过绒布与拖地机的魔术贴粘合使用,拖地机不需要有加液增湿机构,结构简单、体积小、生产成本低、故障率低、维护方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及拖地机擦布的生产领域,特别涉及一种拖地机使用的清洁湿巾的生产工艺。
背景技术
拖地机擦布适用于便携式的电动擦地机、无线电动拖把等机器设备上,实现拖地清洁、除尘、清理毛发等清理的效果。但是现的拖地机擦布存在三个问题:第一、现有拖地机擦布主要是以棉花为主要原料,容易出现棉絮的外漏或者掉出等问题,无法实现清洁的最佳效果;第二、采取用缝制等工艺,工艺复杂,生产成本高;第三、现有拖地机擦布均是干布,无法自带清洗液,只适用于具有加液增湿功能的拖地机,增加拖地机的复杂程度以及生产成本、故障发生率,以及用户的操作难度。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种拖地机使用的清洁湿巾生产工艺,解决了现有拖地机擦布容易落絮、清洁效果不佳、生产工艺复杂、生产成本高和只适用于具有加液增湿功能的拖地机的缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种拖地机使用的清洁湿巾生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、无纺布制作:将涤纶纤维依次通过开松、梳理、铺网和针刺工艺制作成无纺布;S2、胶合绒布:选取环保热熔胶和绒布,通过胶合的方法将绒布与上述无纺布粘合成复合布;S3、分切复卷:根据所需的幅宽,将上述复合布分切成规定幅宽的复合布条,并且将复合布条卷成布卷;S4、消毒加液:将上述布卷放到设备上,打开上述布卷变成复合布条,进行消毒,然后进行喷淋,将清洗液喷淋到复合布条的无纺布上,形成湿布条;S5、自动切片:根据所需长度,将上述湿布条切成相同长度的湿巾;S6、折叠包装:将上述湿巾进行折叠,装入包装袋,并对包装袋进行密封。
进一步,所述S3和S4步骤之间还设置有布卷检验步骤。
进一步,所述清洗液为水、木地板清洗剂或陶瓷砖清洗剂。
进一步,所述水为去离子水。
本发明的有益效果:
第一、本发明工艺的无纺布是采用涤纶纤维通过针刺工艺制作成,不会漏絮,并且更好的与地面接触面进行摩擦,并产生最佳的静电效果,以此实现吸收毛发、除尘、清洁的目的,其效果完全优于简单的干布的使用效果。
第二、本发明工艺生主要是将无纺布和绒布材料经批量生产后成卷状后再分切而成,可以快速的简单的成批量的生产,降低生产的工艺难度,提高生产的效能。
第三、本发明工艺的无纺布和绒布通过环保胶粘合,整个工艺简单、便捷、环保,且粘合的效果更佳。
第四、本发明工艺生产时通过喷淋工艺将清洗液事先喷到布上,形成湿巾,使用时,直接通过绒布与拖地机的魔术贴粘合使用,拖地机不需要有加液增湿机构,结构简单、体积小、生产成本低、故障率低、维护方便。

一种拖地机使用的清洁湿巾生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、无纺布制作:将涤纶纤维依次通过开松、梳理、铺网和针刺工艺制作成无纺布;S2、胶合绒布:选取环保热熔胶和绒布,通过胶合的方法将绒布与上述无纺布粘合成复合布;S3、分切复卷:根据所需的幅宽,将上述复合布分切成规定幅宽的复合布条,并且将复合布条卷成布卷;S4、消毒加液:将上述布卷放到设备上,打开上述布卷变成复合布条,进行消毒,然后进行喷淋,将清洗液喷淋到复合布条的无纺布上,形成湿布条;S5、自动切片:根据所需长度,将上述湿布条切成相同长度的湿巾;S6、折叠包装:将上述湿巾进行折叠,装入包装袋,并对包装袋进行密封。
优选的,所述S3和S4步骤之间还设置有布卷检验步骤。增加布卷检验步骤后,可以提高产品的合格率,提高产品质量。
优选的,所述清洗液为水、木地板清洗剂或陶瓷砖清洗剂。当然,根据清洁对象的材质不同,也可以采用玻璃清洗剂等其他对应的清洗液,不限定上述几种清洗液。
优选的,所述水为去离子水。去离子水也称纯水,是指市政自来水通过电渗析器法、离子交换器法、反渗透法、蒸馏法及其他适当的加工方法,制得的密封于容器内,且不含任何添加物,无色透明,可直接饮用的水。

1.一种拖地机使用的清洁湿巾生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、无纺布制作:将涤纶纤维依次通过开松、梳理、铺网和针刺工艺制作成无纺布;
S2、胶合绒布:选取环保热熔胶和绒布,通过胶合的方法将绒布与上述无纺布粘合成复合布;
S3、分切复卷:根据所需的幅宽,将上述复合布分切成规定幅宽的复合布条,并且将复合布条卷成布卷;
S4、消毒加液:将上述布卷放到设备上,打开上述布卷变成复合布条,进行消毒,然后进行喷淋,将清洗液喷淋到复合布条的无纺布上,形成湿布条;
S5、自动切片:根据所需长度,将上述湿布条切成相同长度的湿巾;
S6、折叠包装:将上述湿巾进行折叠,装入包装袋,并对包装袋进行密封。
