Abstract
一种清水压气沼气池,包括发酵间,发酵间上部设置有与其相连接的贮气间和水压间,贮气间顶部封闭,水压间顶部敞口,贮气间和水压间底部连通;发酵间和贮气间以及发酵间和水压间之间分别设置有隔层形成顶盖,顶盖顶部均制成便于气体聚集到一起的形状;贮气间处隔层的顶部开口并连接内集气管,内集气管上端伸到贮气间顶部,贮气间顶部开口并连接供气管道,水压间处隔层顶部开口并连接外集气管,外集气管另一端与供气管道相连;发酵间连接有进料管,进料管位于隔层下方,水压间处隔层还连接有出料管,出料管底端位于隔层下方。本发明克服了现行沼气池出料间粪污料液产生的沼气直接放空,既浪费沼气资源,又污染环境的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于资源利用和环境保护领域,尤其涉及清水压气沼气池。
背景技术
沼气:是有机物质在厌氧环境中,在一定的温度、湿度、酸碱度的条件下,通过微生物发酵作用,产生的一种可燃气体。由于这种气体最初是在沼泽、湖泊、池塘中发现的,所以人们叫它沼气。沼气是一种混合气体,它的主要成分是甲烷,其次有二氧化碳、硫化氢(H2S)、氨及其他一些成分。沼气的组成中,可燃成分包括甲烷、硫化氢、一氧化碳和重烃等气体;不可燃成分包括二氧化碳、氮和氨等气体。
现行水压式沼气池主要包括加料管、池体、出料管、出料间、导气管几个部分,池体的下半部是发酵间,上半部是贮气间,发酵间和贮气间是混为一体的,没有分界面。其工作原理是:产气时,逐步增多的沼气压料液使出料间液面升高,出料间液面和池内液面形成液位差,以维持内外压力平衡。当用户使用沼气时,池内气压下降,出料间中的料液便压回发酵间内,以维持内外压力新的平衡。这样,不断的产气和用气,使发酵间和出料间的液面不断地升降,始终维持压力平衡的状态。产气、用气循环工作,依靠出料间内料液的自动升降,使气室的气压自动调节,从而保证燃烧炉具的火力稳定。但上述出料间料液产生的沼气直接放空,既浪费沼气资源,又污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种料液产生的沼气能全部得到利用的清水压气沼气池。并采用如下技术方案:
一种清水压气沼气池,包括发酵间,所述发酵间上部设置有与其相连接的贮气间和水压间,所述贮气间顶部封闭,所述水压间顶部敞口,所述贮气间和水压间底部连通;
所述发酵间和贮气间以及发酵间和水压间之间分别设置有隔层形成发酵间的顶盖,所述顶盖顶部均制成便于气体聚集到一起的形状;
所述贮气间处隔层的顶部开口并连接内集气管,所述内集气管上端伸到所述贮气间顶部,所述贮气间顶部开口并连接供气管道,所述水压间处隔层顶部开口并连接外集气管,所述外集气管另一端与供气管道相连;
所述发酵间连接有进料管,所述进料管位于隔层下方,所述水压间处隔层还连接有出料管,所述出料管底端位于所述隔层下方。
进一步地,所述发酵间和贮气间是将现行沼气池内混为一体的贮气间和发酵间用隔层分成上、下两层,上层为贮气间,下层为发酵间。
优选地,对于长条形顶盖,所述便于气体聚集到一起的形状为倾斜的拱形结构;对于正方形或圆形顶盖,所述便于气体聚集到一起的形状为锥形结构。
本发明有益效果:
本发明克服了现行沼气池出料间粪污料液产生的沼气直接放空,既浪费沼气资源,又污染环境的问题。本发明水压间可以做成大面积浅池池体,既有利于稳定沼气输出压力,又能美化环境,还可以作好氧处理池,可以养殖鱼虾、水草,克服了现行沼气池总有臭气的问题,可建成花园式沼气池。

实施例:
如图1,一种清水压气沼气池,包括发酵间和贮气间,所述发酵间和贮气间是将现行沼气池内混为一体的贮气间和发酵间用隔层分成上、下两层,上层为贮气间,下层为发酵间。同时在所述发酵间上部设置与之相连通的水压间,所述贮气间顶部封闭,所述水压间顶部敞口,所述贮气间和水压间底部连通。
所述发酵间和贮气间以及发酵间和水压间之间分别设置有隔层形成顶盖,两处隔层相连同时将发酵间与贮气间和水压间分隔,此分隔不影响贮气间和水压间底部的连通。所述隔层顶部均制成便于气体聚集到一起的形状,优选地,所述便于气体聚集到一起的形状为锥形或拱形结构,以使发酵间产生的沼气更好地向上汇集。
所述贮气间处隔层的顶部开口并连接内集气管,所述内集气管上端伸到所述贮气间顶部,所述贮气间顶部开口并连接供气管道,所述供气管道上设置有供沼气阀,所述水压间处隔层顶部开口并连接外集气管,所述外集气管另一端与供气管道相连。
所述发酵间连接有进料管,所述进料管位于隔层下方,所述水压间处隔层还连接有出料管,所述出料管底端位于所述隔层下方。
本发明工作原理:向水压间内注水,水通过水压间底部进入到达一定液位停止注水;发酵间内通过进料口进料进行发酵,产生沼气通过顶部内、外集气管进入贮气间,此时供沼气阀关闭,贮气间压力上升将贮气间水排入水压间;使用沼气时打开供沼气阀,贮气间内的沼气在水压作用下输送至用户。

1.一种清水压气沼气池,包括发酵间,其特征在于:所述发酵间上部设置有与其相连接的贮气间和水压间,所述贮气间顶部封闭,所述水压间顶部敞口,所述贮气间和水压间底部连通;
所述发酵间和贮气间以及发酵间和水压间之间分别设置有隔层形成顶盖,所述顶盖顶部均制成便于气体聚集到一起的形状;
所述贮气间处隔层的顶部开口并连接内集气管,所述内集气管上端伸到所述贮气间顶部,所述贮气间顶部开口并连接供气管道,所述水压间处隔层顶部开口并连接外集气管,所述外集气管另一端与供气管道相连;
所述发酵间连接有进料管,所述进料管位于隔层下方,所述水压间处隔层还连接有出料管,所述出料管底端位于所述隔层下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清水压气沼气池,其特征在于:所述发酵间和贮气间是将现行沼气池内混为一体的贮气间和发酵间用隔层分成上、下两层,上层为贮气间,下层为发酵间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种清水压气沼气池,其特征在于:对于长条形顶盖,所述便于气体聚集到一起的形状为倾斜的拱形结构;对于正方形或圆形顶盖,所述便于气体聚集到一起的形状为锥形结构。
