Abstract
本发明公开了一种果树专用肥及其制备方法,各原料按以下重量份数组成:食用菌菌渣25‑40份、粪便20‑25份、农作物秸秆7‑9份、黄腐酸钾5‑10份、腐殖酸铵5‑10份、尿素10‑15份、磷酸一钙8‑12份、磷酸一铵5‑7份、硫酸钼2‑3份、硫酸钾10‑15份;本发明采用食用菌菌渣、粪便、农作物秸秆、黄腐酸钾、腐殖酸铵作为有机组分结合多种无机成分得到果树专用有机复合缓释肥料,该有机复合缓释肥料的缓释性能好、肥料利用率高、能耗低且环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及肥料领域,特别涉及一种果树专用肥及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国是农业大国,也是化肥生产和消费大国,中国的化肥总产量和总用量都位居世界第一。但农业生产实践表明,由于肥料性质与土壤环境条件的综合影响,肥料利用率低是化肥使用过程普遍存在的问题。
近年来,我国果树种植业发展迅速,但生产中缺乏养分管理普遍存在重施化肥,轻施有机肥等问题,因偏施氮肥引起磷钾和中微量元素养分失调问题也很严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种果树专用肥,可为多种果树提供全面营养,具有用量少、肥效长的优点。
一方面,本发明提供了一种果树专用肥,各原料按以下重量份数组成:食用菌菌渣25-40份、粪便20-25份、农作物秸秆7-9份、黄腐酸钾5-10份、腐殖酸铵5-10份、尿素10-15份、磷酸一钙8-12份、磷酸一铵5-7份、硫酸钼2-3份、硫酸钾10-15份。
在一个较优的方案中,本专用肥还包括硫酸镁0.5-1份、硫酸锌0.2-0.4份,硫酸亚铁0.2-0.4份,硼砂0.1-0.2份;中微量元素的添加能够更好地配合上述肥料配方,提高果树对上述肥料的利用。
优选的,所述黄腐酸钾的黄腐植酸含量≥75%,水溶性≥99%,200目通过率≥95%;所述腐植酸铵的腐植酸含量≥65%,有机质含量≥80%,水溶性≥80%,含水量≤10%,80目通过率≥90%。
另一方面,本发明还提供了上述果树专用肥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粪便、农作物秸秆粉碎,加入重量1%的乳酸菌、2%的纤维素酶和2倍的水,在无氧环境下发酵2-3天;
(2)将上述发酵物和黄腐酸钾、腐殖酸铵、尿素、磷酸一钙、磷酸一铵、硫酸钼、硫酸钾混合均匀,放入55-65℃、12-15%质量浓度的氢氧化钠溶液的饱和蒸气压中熏蒸40-50min;
(3)向熏蒸后的混合物中加入食用菌菌渣,放入高速搅拌机中在600-700r/min转速下搅拌2-3h,搅拌后放入密炼机中密炼,密炼后采用喷雾干燥法制粒,制得专用肥。
本发明将粪便、农作物秸秆发酵,能够将物料中的纤维分解掉,将粪便、农作物秸秆转化为有机肥,和黄腐酸钾、腐殖酸铵、尿素、磷酸一钙、磷酸一铵、硫酸钼、硫酸钾等有机和无机成分混合均匀,放入氢氧化钠溶液饱和蒸气压中熏蒸能够增加肥料结合度,使得无机肥均匀的结合有机养料,加入食用菌菌渣用密炼机密炼,使食用菌菌渣对其它原料形成包裹作用,从而使复合肥具有缓释效果,用喷雾干燥法制粒制备的粒径小,有利于养分缓慢释放,养分利用率高;该方法简单,生产效率高,生产成本低,作用于果树能够提高果实产量。
本发明采用食用菌菌渣、粪便、农作物秸秆、黄腐酸钾、腐殖酸铵作为有机组分结合多种无机成分得到果树专用有机复合缓释肥料,该有机复合缓释肥料的缓释性能好、肥料利用率高、能耗低且环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施案例对本发明做进一步地解释。
实施例1
一、果树专用肥。
一种果树专用肥,其组分和用量为:食用菌菌渣:35份、粪便20份、农作物秸秆7份、黄腐酸钾8份、腐殖酸铵6份、尿素12份、磷酸一钙8份、磷酸一铵6份、硫酸钼2份、硫酸钾12份。
二、果树专用肥的施用。
(1)施用地点:云南省红河自治州建水县葡萄种植试验区。
(2)施用对象及品种:葡萄(夏黑)。
(3)处理设置:
a、对照施肥处理:撒可富(N:P:K=18:7:20)复合肥,施用量100kg/亩,在秋末穴施入土中。在萌芽期、开花期、结果期及成熟期四个阶段分别追施10kg水溶肥。
b、专用肥料处理:果树专用肥(N:P:K=11:4.5:11),施用量200kg/亩,在秋末穴施入土中。
收获期发现,与对照相比,专用肥处理的葡萄转色提前,转色均匀,内外一致(对照处理转色先外后里),葡萄串型好,无大小粒现象。
实施例2
一、果树专用肥。
一种果树专用肥,其组分和用量为:食用菌菌渣40份、粪便25份、农作物秸秆9份、黄腐酸钾5份、腐殖酸铵5份、尿素15份、磷酸一钙12份、磷酸一铵7份、硫酸钼3份、硫酸钾15份。
二、果树专用有机缓释肥料的施用。
(1)施用地点:河北省唐山市乐亭县。
(2)施用对象及品种:大棚桃。
(3)处理设置:
a、对照施肥处理:雅苒(N:P:K=18:4:19)复合肥,施用量100kg/亩。在桃树发芽前底施60kg/亩,在开花期和结果期各追施20kg/亩。
b、专用肥处理:果树专用肥(N:P:K=9:4:9),施用量150kg/亩,在桃树发芽前作基肥施入。
收获期发现,与对照相比,专用有机缓释肥料处理的桃树开花期提前,桃子果品均匀,出果时间一致,经济效益明显。在减肥20%的情况下,未出现脱肥现象。

1.一种果树专用肥,其特征在于,各原料按以下重量份数组成:食用菌菌渣25-40份、粪便20-25份、农作物秸秆7-9份、黄腐酸钾5-10份、腐殖酸铵5-10份、尿素10-15份、磷酸一钙8-12份、磷酸一铵5-7份、硫酸钼2-3份、硫酸钾10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果树专用肥,其特征在于, 还包括硫酸镁0.5-1份、硫酸锌0.2-0.4份,硫酸亚铁0.2-0.4份,硼砂0.1-0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的果树专用肥,其特征在于,所述黄腐酸钾的黄腐植酸含量≥75%,水溶性≥99%,200目通过率≥95%;所述腐植酸铵的腐植酸含量≥65%,有机质含量≥80%,水溶性≥80%,含水量≤10%,80目通过率≥90%。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的果树专用肥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粪便、农作物秸秆粉碎,加入重量1%的乳酸菌、2%的纤维素酶和2倍的水,在无氧环境下发酵2-3天;
(2)将上述发酵物和黄腐酸钾、腐殖酸铵、尿素、磷酸一钙、磷酸一铵、硫酸钼、硫酸钾混合均匀,放入55-65℃、12-15%质量浓度的氢氧化钠溶液的饱和蒸气压中熏蒸40-50min;
