The modified asphalt stirring and storing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the length of the tank body is less than the first set value, one stirring mechanism is provided, and the stirring mechanism penetrates through the length direction 1/2 of the curved surface of the tank body and enters the tank body; when the length of the tank body is between the first set value and the second set value, two stirring mechanisms are arranged, and the two stirring mechanisms are respectively fixed at 1/4 positions in the inward direction of two sides of the tank body.

The modified asphalt stirring and storing device of claim 1, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring shaft and a double-layer stirring blade, the double-layer stirring blade is fixed at the bottom end of the stirring shaft, and the top end of the stirring shaft is connected with a power source.
4. The modified asphalt stirring and storing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the power source is a motor, and the motor is fixed on the top of the tank body.
5. The modified asphalt mixing and storing device as defined in claim 4, wherein the motor shaft of the motor is hollow.
6. The modified asphalt stirring and storing device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pumping mechanism for pumping the admixture into the tank, wherein the pumping mechanism comprises a pump body and a pipeline, and the pipeline is communicated with the channel of the stirring mechanism.
7. The modified asphalt stirring storage device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a purification tank fixed at 1/4 on the left or right side of the curved surface of the tank in the middle direction when the length of the tank is less than the first set value; when the length of the can body is between the first set value and the second set value, the purge tank is installed at the length direction 1/2 of the curved surface of the can body.
8. A modified asphalt stirring and storing method is characterized in that the modified asphalt stirring and storing device of any one of claims 1 to 7 is adopted, when the admixture is in a liquid state, powder or has a small particle diameter, the admixture is added into a tank body through a channel arranged in a stirring mechanism and is fully stirred; when the particle diameter of the admixture is larger and the pumping channel can not pass through, the shaking screen is used for uniformly adding the admixture into the asphalt.
