Technical Field
The invention relates to asphalt conveying equipment, in particular to an asphalt conveying device.
Background
Asphalt is a black-brown complex mixture composed of hydrocarbons with different molecular weights and nonmetal derivatives thereof, is one of high-viscosity organic liquids, is in a liquid state, has a black surface, and is soluble in carbon disulfide. Asphalt is a waterproof, moistureproof and anticorrosive organic cementing material. The asphalt can be mainly divided into coal tar asphalt, petroleum asphalt and natural asphalt, wherein the coal tar asphalt is a byproduct of coking. Petroleum pitch is the residue of crude oil distillation. Natural bitumen is stored underground, and some forms a mineral layer or is accumulated on the surface of the crust. The asphalt is mainly used in the industries of paint, plastics, rubber and the like and pavement and the like. Bitumen needs to be stored at elevated temperatures during its manufacture, transportation and use in order to ensure that the bitumen can be heated repeatedly to a higher temperature for a considerable period of time without its properties being seriously impaired. At present, asphalt is transported by a special asphalt transport vehicle in the transportation process, and is heated by arranging a heat conduction pipe in a tank body, wherein the heat conduction pipe is heated by three heating modes, namely a steam heating mode, a coal heating mode and a diesel spray lamp heating mode, so that the asphalt in the tank body is heated. However, because pitch takes place to rock the degree limited in transportation or storage process, adopt the mode of traditional heating pipe heating, only can heat the local pitch of jar internal, the pitch of all the other regions is heated by the heat-conduction between the pitch, leads to the internal pitch temperature of jar inhomogeneous, and rate of heating is slower, needs the longer time just to make jar internal pitch temperature misce bene, easily can exert an influence to the quality of pitch. Therefore, the prior art has the problems of slow heating speed and uneven heating.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an asphalt conveying device comprises a conveying vehicle body and a conveying tank, wherein the conveying tank comprises a tank body, the outer wall of the tank body is provided with a heating jacket, and the outer wall of the heating jacket is provided with a heat-insulating layer; a steam heating layer is arranged between the heating jacket and the tank body, a group of vertically arranged U-shaped steam heating pipes are arranged in the tank body, and the U-shaped steam heating pipes are communicated with the steam heating layer; a rotary turbulence shaft is also arranged in the tank body, and a driving motor fixed above the heating jacket is arranged at the upper end of the rotary turbulence shaft; and turbulence ribs which are spirally distributed are arranged on the outer wall surface of the rotary turbulence shaft.
In the asphalt conveying device, an air receiving port located in the steam heating layer is arranged at the air inlet end of the U-shaped steam heating pipe.
In the asphalt conveying device, the steam heating layer is respectively provided with a steam inlet and a steam outlet, and the steam inlet is connected with a fuel steam boiler; the bottom of the heating jacket is provided with a condensed water discharge port.
In the foregoing asphalt conveying device, the two ends of the upper part of the tank body are respectively provided with a feeding hole, and the bottom of the outer side of the tank body is provided with a discharging hole.
Compared with the prior art, the heating jacket is arranged outside the tank body, the steam heating layer is formed between the heating jacket and the tank body to heat the whole tank body, then the group of U-shaped steam heating pipes are arranged in the tank body to heat the local area in the tank body, the asphalt in the tank body is promoted to flow by arranging the rotary turbulence shafts and the spiral turbulence ribs, the asphalt is heated from multiple angles, and the rapid heating is realized, so that the uniformity of asphalt heating can be effectively ensured. In conclusion, the invention has the characteristics of high heating speed and uniform heating.

An asphalt conveying device is shown in figure 1 and comprises a conveying vehicle body and a conveying tank, wherein the conveying tank comprises a tank body 1, the outer wall of the tank body 1 is provided with a heating jacket 2, and the outer wall of the heating jacket 2 is provided with a heat-insulating layer 3; a steam heating layer 4 is arranged between the heating jacket 2 and the tank body 1, a group of vertically arranged U-shaped steam heating pipes 5 are arranged in the tank body 1, and the U-shaped steam heating pipes 5 are communicated with the steam heating layer 4; a rotary flow disturbing shaft 6 is also arranged in the tank body 1, and a driving motor 7 fixed above the heating jacket 2 is arranged at the upper end of the rotary flow disturbing shaft 6; and turbulence ribs 8 which are spirally distributed are arranged on the outer wall surface of the rotary turbulence shaft 6.
And an air inlet end of the U-shaped steam heating pipe 5 is provided with an air receiving port 9 positioned in the steam heating layer 4.
The steam heating layer 4 is respectively provided with a steam inlet and a steam outlet, and the steam inlet is connected with a fuel steam boiler; the bottom of the heating jacket 2 is provided with a condensed water discharge port.
The both ends of jar body 1 top are equipped with the feed inlet respectively, and the bottom in the 1 outside of jar body is equipped with the discharge gate.
The heating process of the invention: the asphalt is filled into the tank body from the feeding hole, and after the tank body is filled with the asphalt, the fuel oil steam boiler and the driving motor are started; steam gets into in the steam heating layer from steam inlet to in getting into U type steam heating pipe from connecing the wind gap, heat the internal pitch of jar, in steam heating layer was discharged from the other end of U type steam heating pipe, steam heating layer's steam was discharged from the steam outlet, and the comdenstion water is discharged from the comdenstion water discharge port of heating jacket bottom. Meanwhile, the driving motor works to drive the rotary turbulence shaft and the turbulence ribs to rotate, so that the asphalt flows vertically and horizontally, the heating speed of the asphalt is increased, and the heating uniformity is ensured.
