As shown in fig. 3 to 10, the pile-pressing type offshore platform positioning device of the embodiment comprises a platform 1 and three sets of pile-pressing devices 2 arranged on the platform; each pile pressing device 2 comprises an installation base 3 and a positioning pile 4 which slidably penetrates through the installation base 3 and the platform 1, the bottom of each positioning pile 4 is a pointed bottom, one side of the lower end of the installation base 3 is hinged with the platform 1 through two hinge shafts 5, cylinder barrels of two amplitude-variable oil cylinders 6 are hinged with the platform 1, piston rods 7 of the amplitude-variable oil cylinders 6 are connected with one side of the installation base 3, two ends of the other side of the installation base 3 are provided with pin holes, two pin bases 8 with pin holes and two locking oil cylinders 9 are fixedly arranged on the platform 1, piston rods of the locking oil cylinders 9 are fixedly connected with movable pins 10, and the movable pins 10 correspond to the two pin holes at one end of each of the installation base 3 and the pin bases 8; the mounting base 3 is provided with four longitudinal connecting columns 18, four fixing pile clamping oil cylinders 11 are fixedly arranged on the mounting base 3, outer boxes 13 with a protection effect are arranged outside the four fixing pile clamping oil cylinders 11, piston rods of all the fixing pile clamping oil cylinders 11 are fixedly connected with clamping blocks 12, and all the clamping blocks 12 are arranged around the positioning piles 4; the pile clamping device is characterized in that pile clamping frames 14 are arranged in the mounting seat 4 in a sliding mode, four movable pile clamping cylinders 15 are fixedly arranged in the pile clamping frames 14, the four movable pile clamping cylinders 15 are located below the four fixed pile clamping cylinders 11, movable clamping blocks 16 are fixedly connected to piston rods of all the movable pile clamping cylinders 15, all the movable clamping blocks 16 are arranged around the positioning pile 4, four pile pressing cylinders 17 are fixedly connected to the mounting seat 3, piston rods of the pile pressing cylinders 17 are fixedly connected with the pile clamping frames 3, and eight guide wheels 19 in contact with two adjacent side faces of each connecting column 18 are fixedly arranged on the pile clamping frames 3.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, three sets of pile pressing devices 2 of the pile pressing type offshore platform positioning device can be horizontally placed during offshore navigation, and the positioning pile 4 is clamped by the clamping block 12 and the movable clamping block 16, so that the volume can be reduced, the center of gravity can be lowered, the stability and the safety of navigation are improved, and the moving resistance is small; when the platform 1 needs to be positioned when sailing to a destination, piston rods 7 of two amplitude-variable oil cylinders 6 of each pile pressing device 2 extend out to push an installation seat 3 and oil cylinders and positioning piles 4 on the installation seat to rotate around a hinge shaft 5 and change the installation seat into a vertical state, a movable bolt 10 is inserted into pin holes of the installation seat 3 and a bolt seat 8 through a control locking oil cylinder 9, the installation seat 3 can be fixed, each clamping block 12 and a movable clamping block 16 enable the positioning piles 4 to keep a vertical state, the fixed pile clamping oil cylinder 11 and the movable pile clamping oil cylinder 15 are controlled to slightly withdraw respective piston rods through inching, the positioning piles 4 fall down to be in contact with a seabed, and the clamping blocks 12 and the movable clamping blocks 16 can play a role in guiding; then the clamping block 12 clamps the positioning pile 4 again, a piston rod of the pile pressing oil cylinder 17 drives the pile clamping frame 14 to move upwards, each movable clamping block 16 clamps the positioning pile 4 again, then the clamping block 12 loosens the positioning pile 4, a piston rod of the pile pressing oil cylinder 17 pushes the pile clamping frame 14 to move downwards, each movable clamping block 16 presses the positioning pile 4 into the seabed for a certain stroke, so that the clamping block 12 and the movable clamping block 16 alternately clamp and loosen the positioning pile 4, the piston rod of the pile pressing oil cylinder 17 alternately drives the pile clamping frame 14 to move upwards and downwards, intermittent pile pressing operation is realized until the positioning pile 4 is inserted into a preset depth, all operating equipment are positioned on the platform 1, the integral gravity center is lower, the positioning process is convenient to operate, the positioning pile 4 is always kept vertical and pressed, the positioning verticality is good, and the platform stability can be improved; when the pile clamping frame 14 moves up and down, the guide wheels 19 are in contact with the connecting columns 18, so that two-dimensional direction guiding can be realized, and the verticality is ensured.
