The medium in the container is fire extinguishing medium or chemical solvent capable of neutralizing the medium inside the tank. The medium can be various fire extinguishing agents (such as foam extinguishing agent, dry powder extinguishing agent, carbon dioxide extinguishing agent, smoke extinguishing agent and the like) for extinguishing fire; can be water and disinfectant used for extinguishing fire, cooling or cleaning tank and tank; or a chemical solvent capable of neutralizing the medium in the tank; even solid particles such as powder and yellow sand can be used.
The container is provided with a medium outlet, the range of the medium outlet partially or completely covers the surface of the tank body, and the medium is directly separated from the container due to the self weight and flows to the surface of the tank body from the medium outlet; or the medium is driven to flow from the medium outlet to the surface of the tank after being separated from the container by the action of the control/power device.
The control device is arranged at the initial end of the pipeline and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the whole pipeline; or the control device is arranged at each spraying opening on the pipeline and used for controlling the opening and closing of the spraying opening.
The control means is a switch or valve which is operated manually/mechanically, such as a ball valve or the like which is operated remotely by a cable. Or a switch or valve controlled by an electric/circuit, such as a solenoid valve. Or a structure or switch that is controlled by physical/chemical changes, such as a heat sensitive element glass sphere.
The control device is matched with a detection monitoring system, when the detection monitoring system detects that a fire point or a leakage point exists at a certain position of the tank box, the system can automatically send out an alarm signal and transmit a control signal to the control device, and the control device is automatically opened, so that a medium in the container is conveyed to the pipeline and sprayed to the fire point through the pipeline spraying opening, or the medium is directly sprayed to the fire point from the medium outlet of the container.
The multiple spray nozzles of the pipeline are in a through hole form, and the medium directly discharges the pipeline from the through hole; or the spraying ports are a plurality of spraying heads externally connected with the pipeline, and the medium is discharged out of the pipeline from the spraying heads.
The pipeline is provided with an external interface for connecting an additional pipeline or an external system, and the external interface can be arranged at the tail end of the pipeline to realize the series connection with the pipeline; the parallel connection with the pipeline can also be realized at the initial end of the original pipeline. The external interface is generally closed by adopting parts such as a threaded plug, a dustproof cap, a quick connector, a flange and the like.
The safety prevention device comprises a control device, a power part, a safety agent container and a conveying pipeline, and is shown in figure 1. The control device is connected with the power component circuit through a control line and used for controlling the start and stop of the power component. The conveying pipeline comprises a communicating pipeline connected with the water pump and a main pipeline for conveying the safety agent, wherein the main pipeline further comprises a threaded connector welded on the pipeline and an open type spray head installed on the threaded connector. When a fire disaster happens to the tank, field personnel can operate the controller in an emergency mode to enable the water pump to work, the safety agent is driven to be conveyed into the pipeline, and the safety agent is sprayed on the surface or the local position of the tank body through the open type spray head.
The control device, the power component and the safety agent container in the fire safety device can be dispersedly arranged at various proper positions of the tank box and are connected through circuits or pipelines. Alternatively, the control device, the power unit and the safener container may be mounted in combination in one or both of the operating boxes. The one or both operator cabinets may be mounted at any suitable location on the tank.
As shown in fig. 2, the delivery line of the fire safety apparatus includes: the device comprises a communication pipeline connected with a water pump, a main pipeline for conveying a safety agent, a threaded joint welded on the main pipeline, and an open type spray head installed on the threaded joint. The screwed joint can be vertically welded on the main pipeline and also can be welded with the main pipeline at a certain angle. The screwed joints are uniformly distributed on the main pipeline or are distributed on the main pipeline in a staggered way.
The spray area of the spray head on the delivery line covers only one or more points (top manholes, valve elements) of the tank (e.g., bottom discharge) or the entire outer surface of the tank.
The tail end of the conveying pipeline is blocked by a sealing plate, or a connector is reserved for connecting with external equipment. The interface is closed with a dust cap, quick connector or blind cover, etc.
