a bottom box is formed at the bottom of the top frame, the rotary table is positioned in the bottom box, a notch is formed in the side part of the bottom box, and the side part of the rotary table faces the notch; the number of the rolling devices is consistent with that of the clamping devices, and the turntable also rotates for a circle when the supporting bar rotates for a circle; the clamping device comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, the first clamping plate is connected to the outer side of the supporting bar, the second clamping plate is hinged to the middle of the first clamping plate, a semicircular groove is formed in one side, facing the second clamping plate, of the first clamping plate, and a plurality of ejector pins are arranged on one side, facing the first clamping plate, of the second clamping plate; the outer side of the second clamping plate is provided with an inclined spanner; the top of the brace is provided with a jack, the bottom of the top frame is provided with an inserted bar, and the inserted bar can be inserted into the jack by pulling the brace outwards; the top end of the inserted bar is hinged with the top frame.
