the positioning control unit is used for positioning the position information of the corresponding mobile power supply unit and sending the position information to the management platform; the mobile power supply unit signal emission control unit is used for uploading/submitting state information of the mobile power supply unit to the operation management center, wherein the state information comprises standby state and occupied state, and the power is stored in real time; the mobile power supply unit signal receiving control unit is used for receiving user identity identification information sent by the management platform; the mobile power supply unit signal input control unit is used for receiving input information of a user; the mobile power supply unit signal output control unit is used for providing prompt and indication information for a user of the mobile power supply unit; and the mobile power supply unit lock control unit is used for the identity authentication of a user and the theft prevention of the mobile power supply unit. The mobile power supply unit provided with the self-contained terminal is a manual mobile power supply unit or a vehicle-mounted or vehicle-pulled power-assisted mobile power supply unit, and more preferably, the mobile power supply unit moves automatically. The mobile power supply unit carrying system adopts a carrying mode of manual or preferable carrying of the vehicle-mounted mobile power supply unit, or vehicle hanging and pulling movement or self-moving. The self-contained terminal is provided with a mobile power supply unit state display control unit which comprises standby and occupied states; the operation portable power source unit in the occupation state, the user can carry out the operation of unblanking, locking many times, has and keeps the service function.

The mobile power supply unit operation system and the method thereof can also be used for the service of renting out electric automobiles and other mobile power supplies and realize the service management without fixed point taking and returning for mobile devices such as taxies and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has no fixed point taking and returning limit, and the mobile power supply can be taken and returned nearby at any place, thereby achieving resource sharing and reducing repetition and waste. The invention has low operation cost and stronger popularization; the mobility and accessibility can be improved, and the popularization of the mobile electric appliance is promoted, so that the pollution emission is reduced, and the environmental pressure is relieved.
By implementing the system and the method for guaranteeing the operation of the mobile power supply of the electric appliance provided by the invention, the following technical effects are achieved:
(1) No fixed supplement point: the mobile power supply equipment can be arranged at a position such as a trunk and the like, can be charged along with the movement of a user, and is supplied with power in the using process of the electric appliance without being supplied with power at a fixed place;
(2) no fixed pick/place point: when a user needs to supplement the electric quantity of the electric device, the user terminal system operation management center can be used for sending a notice, appropriate mobile power supply equipment can be found nearby after the feedback of the operation management center is received, the mobile power supply equipment can be placed on the spot after the use is finished, the mobile power supply carrying system can carry the mobile power supply equipment according to the indication, the user does not need to designate a return place for returning, and the mobile power supply equipment is convenient to take and use;

The mobile power supply end 4 comprises a mobile power supply device 41 and a mobile power supply control system 42 installed inside the mobile power supply device 41; mobile power supply control system 42 includes wireless session terminal 421, mobile power supply management system 422, mobile power supply drive system 423, energy storage system 424, identification port 425, lock control unit 426, storage unit 427, and processor 428; the mobile power supply management system is respectively connected with the mobile power supply device 41, the mobile power supply driving system 423, the wireless session terminal 421 and the energy storage module 424, and manages the power supply information of the mobile power supply end 4; the mobile power supply driving system 423 is connected with the mobile power supply device 41 and is used for driving the mobile power supply device 41, the mobile power supply driving system 423 is connected with the operation management center 1 through the wireless telephone-to-telephone terminal 421 and receives a driving instruction of the operation management center 1; the energy storage system 424 is connected with the power module 411 and is used for storing electric energy of the power module 411; the identification port 425 is set by scanning or inputting a number; the lock control unit 426 is connected with the power lock 417 of the mobile power supply device 41, and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the power lock 417; the storage unit 427 is connected with the mobile power supply device 41 and is used for storing information of each mobile power supply end 4, and the processor 418 is used for internal program operation processing of the power supply control system 42;
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mobile power supply device 41 includes a power supply module 411, a housing 412, a power supply lock 417, a charging/discharging interface 413, a moving wheel 414, a signal lamp 415, and a display panel 416, wherein the power supply module 411 is installed with an electric driving unit 4111, and the electric driving unit 4111 is connected with an electric driving module 1211 of the operation management center 1 through a wireless conversation terminal 421 to drive the mobile power supply device 41 to move by itself; the shell is installed outside the power supply module 411, and an installation interface is arranged between the shell 412 and the power supply module 411 for butt joint; the power lock 417 is connected with the lock control unit 426 to control the opening and closing of the power lock 417; the charging/discharging interface 413 is arranged on the power module 411, and is in butt joint with the charging interface of the electric device 34 or the charging power supply to perform charging/discharging; the moving wheel 414 is installed outside the power module 411 for moving; the signal lamp 415 is installed outside the battery module 411, connected with the display panel 416, and used for warning the electric quantity of the battery module 411; the display panel 416 is connected to the mobile power management system 422, and is used for displaying the charging status of the mobile power supply device 41.
As shown in fig. 1, the user terminal 3 comprises a user information input unit 31, a user information output unit 32, a user control unit 33 and an electric device 34, wherein the user control unit 33 comprises a second communication module 331, the second communication module 331 is connected with the operation management center 1 and the mobile power terminal 4, transmits the information of the user information input unit 31 and the user information output unit 32 to the operation management center 1 through the first communication module 122, and receives the information feedback of the operation management center 1; the information of the user control unit 33 is transmitted to the mobile power source terminal 4 through the wireless dialogue terminal 42, and the mobile power source device 41 of the mobile power source terminal 4 is connected with the electric appliance 34.
As shown in fig. 1, the mobile power supply carrying system 2 comprises a carrying storage unit 21 and a carrying control unit 22, wherein the carrying control unit 22 is connected with the operation system 11 of the operation management center 1 to carry the mobile power supply device 41 as a whole;
as shown in fig. 1, the first communication module 122 is connected to the wireless session terminal 421 of the mobile power source terminal 4 and the second communication module 331 of the user terminal 3 for information interaction.
As shown in fig. 1, the wireless session terminal 331 is connected to the first communication module 122 of the operation management center 1, the second communication module 331 of the user terminal 3, and the transportation control unit 22 of the portable power source transportation system 4.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the operation management center 1 includes a server and a manager outside a software and hardware system of the server.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the wireless session terminal 421 and the second communication module 331 may both perform information interaction with the operation management center 1 by using one or more of wireless communication, wi-fi communication, bluetooth communication, or Near Field Communication (NFC).
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the user terminal 3 employs a terminal device with a communication function, for example, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a handheld electronic device, a smart wearable device, and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the power module of the mobile power supply end 4 may include a solar energy and wind energy generating device carried by itself, and may supplement an energy storage unit of itself. According to some embodiments of the present invention, at least one wheel may be mounted on the mobile power supply device 41 for movement. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the mobile power handling system 2 may adopt a handling manner such as manual or vehicle-mounted mobile power equipment 41 handling or vehicle-hung mobile or operation management center 1 to drive the electric driving module 4111 of the mobile power terminal 4 through the electric driving unit 1211 to make the mobile power equipment 41 move by itself.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the mobile power supply apparatus may include one or more of the following features: a) The power storage capacity is more than 10wh, preferably more than 50wh, preferably more than 100wh, more preferably more than 500wh; c) A GPS or other positioning systems are arranged inside; d) A mobile sensor is arranged inside; e) The energy storage unit is provided with a solar cell panel or a wind power generation device for self-charging.

    a) a user sends a request for using the mobile power supply equipment to the operation management center through the user terminal, or requests after finding the mobile power supply equipment;
    b) the operation management center acquires the positioning of each operation mobile power supply end and the state information of the mobile power supply equipment, selects the mobile power supply equipment matched with the request of the user for feedback, and the feedback information comprises the position of the mobile power supply equipment and user identity authentication information;
