A fax system based on satellite mobile communication is characterized by mainly comprising a first fax machine (1), a plurality of satellite mobile terminals (2), a mobile communication satellite (3), a gateway station subsystem (4), a core network (5), a relay media gateway (6), a PSTN (7) and a second fax machine (8), wherein the first fax machine (1) is provided with a plurality of fax adapters (21) which are respectively corresponding to the same number of satellite mobile terminals (2) and are connected through cables, the satellite mobile terminals (2) are respectively provided with the fax adapters (21), the satellite mobile terminals (2) are in interaction with the first fax machine (1) through the fax adapters (21) and are in control signaling, fax service data packets and voice service data packets, and the satellite mobile terminals (2) and the gateway station subsystem (4) are respectively in wireless connection with the mobile communication satellite (3), a mobile communication satellite (3) and a wireless link between the mobile communication satellite (3) and a satellite mobile terminal (2) and a gateway station subsystem (4) provide a wireless bearing channel for a fax service, a core network (5) is in wired connection with the gateway station subsystem (4), the mobile communication satellite (3), the gateway station subsystem (4), the core network (5) and a wireless/wired link between the mobile communication satellite and the gateway station subsystem form a satellite mobile communication network, the core network (5) triggers the gateway station subsystem (4) to send a Radio bearer reconfiguration message by identifying a specific fax signaling to realize the mutual switching between a voice service channel and a fax service channel of the satellite mobile communication network, the PSTN (7) is connected with the core network (5) through a relay media gateway (6), a fax service module is arranged in the core network (5), and the fax service module realizes the conversion between a data format and a transmission protocol with the PSTN (7) through the relay media gateway (6), the second fax machine (8) is connected to the PSTN (7).
2. The fax system based on satellite mobile communication according to claim 1, wherein the system adds CRC checksum fax block number in fax transmission data to realize checksum retransmission of fax data block.
3. A facsimile system based on satellite mobile communication according to claim 1, characterised in that the facsimile adapter (21) and the first facsimile machine (1) conform to ITU-T t.30 communications protocols.
4. The fax system based on satellite mobile communication according to claim 1, wherein the fax method of the data between the two first fax machines (1) comprises the following steps:

step four: pressing down the 'Fax start' button of the calling first Fax machine (1) Fax1 to send CNG signal, converting it into Fax signaling to be handed over to the satellite mobile terminal (2) A via the Fax adaptor (21) Fa1, the satellite mobile terminal (2) A encapsulating the signaling into non-access stratum (NAS) message, sending it to the satellite mobile terminal (2) B via the satellite mobile communication network, the satellite mobile terminal (2) B handing it over to the Fax adaptor (21) Fa2, the Fax adaptor (21) Fa2 converting it into Fax signal to be sent to the first Fax machine (1) Fax2, the first Fax machine (1) Fax2 replying CED signal, converting it into Fax signaling to be handed over to the satellite mobile terminal (2) B via the Fax adaptor (21) Fa2, then the satellite mobile terminal (2) B encapsulating the signaling into NAS message to be sent to the satellite mobile communication network, when the satellite mobile communication network detects the CED signal, the gateway station subsystem (4) respectively issues Radio Bearer Reconfiguration signaling to the satellite mobile terminal (2) A and the satellite mobile terminal (2) B, after receiving the signaling, the satellite mobile terminal (2) A and the satellite mobile terminal (2) B initiate channel switching, switch to a Fax service channel, reply to the Radio Bearer Reconfiguration Complete signaling to the gateway station subsystem (4), and establish a Fax channel between the first Fax machine (1) Fax1 and the first Fax machine (1) Fax 2.
5. The fax system according to claim 1, wherein the fax method for the data between the first fax machine (1) and the second fax machine (8) comprises the following steps:
