With reference to fig. 1 to 5, the integrated power unit of this embodiment includes a heat dissipation substrate 14, a totally enclosed protective housing 16, a cable insulation protective sheath member and a power unit, wherein the totally enclosed protective housing 16 is connected to the heat dissipation substrate 14 through a sealing rubber gasket, the cable insulation protective sheath member is disposed on the totally enclosed protective housing 16, and a cable of the power unit is connected to the outside through the cable insulation protective sheath member, so that the integrated power unit is completely isolated from the external environment.

The integrated power unit module is connected with the outside through the cable insulation protective sleeve piece, the cable insulation protective sleeve piece is in multi-section combined installation, the full-sealing characteristic of the integrated unit is guaranteed, and meanwhile the corrosion effect of the hot and humid salt fog under the long-term use condition is considered. The main power cable is respectively connected with the structure external member, the composite transmission busbar 4, the power absorption capacitor 3 and the power IGBT device 1 through the main power cable insulation protective sleeve 12, so that the peak voltage of the power device is reduced. The output cable of the main power device is tightly connected to the heat dissipation substrate 14 through the mounting fastening accessory 11 and is led to the outside through the output cable insulation protection sleeve 12.
The main power part of the integrated power unit module integrates a power transmission copper bar 5, a composite bus bar 4, a power absorption capacitor 3 and a power IGBT device 1, and peak voltage of the power device is reduced through integrated connection; the output side of the power IGBT device 1 outputs a power cable navigation plug 13 through a cable connecting device, the output power cable navigation plug 13 is installed on a totally-enclosed protective shell 16, and the cable on the output side is fastened through an installation fastener 11, so that the cable looseness caused by cable electromotive force is prevented.
The integrated power unit provides control and feedback power and optical signal transmission through the electric aviation plug 9 and the optical aviation plug 10, and the electric aviation plug 9 and the optical aviation plug 10 are arranged on the totally-enclosed protective shell 16. The power supply is connected with the driving circuit 2, the current sensor 6, the voltage sensor 7 and the temperature detection circuit 8 through the electric navigation plug 9, and voltage and current feedback signals detected by the current sensor 6 and the voltage sensor 7 are transmitted to an external controller through the electric navigation plug 9. The optical signal of the control drive circuit 2 is connected with the drive circuit 2 through the optical navigation plug 10 and drives the power IGBT device 1, and the temperature detection circuit 8 converts the temperature electric signal collected in real time into an optical signal and transmits the optical signal to the controller through the optical navigation plug 10.
The unit driving circuit 2 is installed on a power IGBT device 1, an output cable of the power IGBT device 1 penetrates through a current sensor 6, the current sensor transmits a detected current signal to an electric aerial plug 9, a voltage sensor 7 transmits a detected voltage signal to the electric aerial plug 9, a temperature detection sensor box 8 converts a temperature signal into a frequency signal and transmits the frequency signal to the electric aerial plug 9, the electric aerial plug 9 transmits the acquired voltage signal, current signal and temperature signal on-line detection state signals to a controller, and the controller transmits a driving control modulation optical signal to a driving plate 2 through an optical aerial plug 10 to drive the power IGBT device 1 of an integrated power unit to be switched on/off while detecting the state signals of the integrated power unit on-line, so that electric energy conversion is realized.
