According to the embodiment of the invention, the second limiting rib 1132 is arranged, and under the cooperation of the connection with the screw, the wire pressing cover 12 can be limited at a certain position, so that the wire pressing cover 12 is prevented from being driven to move when the power wire 4 is pulled, and the use stability of the wire pressing plate 1 is improved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5-7, the first fixing end 111 and the second fixing end 113 are respectively provided with an avoidance hole 114 for avoiding interference between the wire pressing cover 12 and the base 11 in the installation process. Since the power cord 4 and the pressing cover 12 are usually in interference connection, the end connected by the non-fastening member needs to be inclined downwards to be inserted into the limit groove 1111, if no empty space is provided on the first fixing end 111 and the second fixing end 113, the pressing cover 12 cannot be unseated in the assembly process, so that one end of the pressing cover 12 matched with the limit groove 1111 interferes with the mounting surface of the base 11, and the assembly is inconvenient.
According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the avoidance holes 114 are arranged, so that inconvenience in assembly caused by interference between the line pressing plate 1 and the base 11 is avoided, and the assembly efficiency is further improved.
Preferably, the relief hole 114 is a rectangular hole, and the distance of the rectangular hole in the width direction of the base 11 (i.e., the distance in the front-rear direction in fig. 2) is not smaller than the width of the end of the wire pressing cover 12 (i.e., the distance in the front-rear direction in fig. 2). Because the avoidance holes 114 are arranged on the first fixed end 111 and the second fixed end 113, and the adjacent first fixed end 111 and second fixed end 113 are clamped and fixed, if the avoidance holes 114 are too large, the overall structural strength of the base 11 is affected, and the connection stability is reduced; if the area of the avoiding hole 114 is too small, the wire pressing cover 12 cannot be given a function of giving way. Therefore, only when the width of the rectangular hole is matched with the width of the wire pressing cover 12, the wire pressing cover 12 can be abdied under the condition that the overall structural strength of the wire pressing seat 10 is not affected, and the assembly smoothness is improved.
As shown in fig. 9-10, a wire groove 121 is formed on the surface of the wire pressing cover 12 facing the base 11, and the wire groove 121 and the mounting portion 112 are enclosed to form a wire pressing space 124. The line ball lid 12 is including being the clamp plate that the arch set up, and the concave side of clamp plate is towards base 11, and line ball groove 121 forms the concave side at the clamp plate, and the both ends of line ball groove 121 are link 125, and mounting hole 122 sets up on link 125. The arch-shaped line pressing cover 12 can save materials, has a lighter structure and is favorable for assembly and disassembly. It is understood that in other embodiments, the crimp cover 12 may have other shapes, so long as the crimp space 124 may be formed between the crimp cover 12 and the mounting portion 112.
Considering that the power lines 4 with different purposes have different wire diameters, in order to meet the requirements of the wires with different wire diameters, the number of the wire pressing covers 12 is multiple, the cross-sectional areas of the wire pressing grooves 121 are set in different sizes, and the sizes of the wire pressing grooves 121 on the wire pressing covers 12 are respectively matched with the wire diameters of the power lines 4, so that the power connecting wires with different wire diameters are adapted.
Compared with the prior art, different wire pressing plates 1 are designed according to different wire diameters, the wire pressing plates 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention have the advantages that the plurality of bases 11 can be matched with the plurality of wire pressing covers 12 to fix the power wires 4 with different wire diameters, the wire pressing covers 12 with the wire pressing grooves 121 with different sizes are only required to be designed, the wire pressing grooves 121 with different widths are matched with the power wires 4 with different wire widths, so that in actual use, the wire pressing plates 1 can be used for fixing the power connecting wires with various wire diameters according to the combination of the wire pressing plates 4, and the compatibility is further improved.
The lengths of the plurality of wire pressing covers 12 are the same, and the thicknesses are kept consistent, so that the unified parts can be optimized on the basis that the wire pressing meets the authentication requirement, the standardization and the borrowing rate of materials are improved, and the maintenance cost of the materials is further reduced.
As shown in fig. 3-4, the wire pressing plate 1 further includes a fastener 3 for fixing the wire pressing cover 12 and the mounting portion 112, wherein one end of the wire pressing cover 12 is inserted into the limit groove 1111, and when the wire pressing cover 12 is connected with one end of the base 11 through a plug-in card, the other end of the wire pressing cover 12 is detachably fixed on the other end of the base 11 through the fastener 3, so that under the combined action of plugging and screw connection, the loading and unloading difficulty is reduced, and meanwhile, the connection stability of the wire pressing cover 12 and the base 11 is avoided.
The fastener 3 may be a screw, a latch or various types of fastening means commonly used. In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to simplify the structure of the wire pressing plate 1 and improve the convenience of assembly, preferably, the fastener 3 is a screw or a bolt, correspondingly, the wire pressing cover 12 is provided with a mounting hole 122, the mounting portion 112 is provided with a through hole 115, and the fastener 3 is used for penetrating through the mounting hole 122 and the through hole 115 to fix the wire pressing cover 12 on the mounting portion 112.
Of course, the number of the mounting holes 122 and the through holes 115 may be plural, and the number of the mounting holes and the through holes may be the same or different. The arrangement is that the fixing line position of the power supply connecting line can be moved according to the requirement so as to enable the electric elements on the electric appliance rack to be replaced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the number of the mounting holes 122 on each wire pressing cover 12 is 2, and the 2 mounting holes 122 are respectively arranged on the connecting ends 125 on two sides of the wire pressing groove; correspondingly, the number of through holes 115 on each base 11 is 2, and the 2 through holes 115 are respectively disposed at two ends of the mounting portion 112. Referring to fig. 1-2, the right end of the first wire pressing cover 12a is inserted into the limit groove of the second base, and the left end is fixed by a screw, and when in actual use, if a certain electric device just needs to pass through the connection between the first base 11a and the second base 11b, at this time, if the first wire pressing cover 12a still needs to be inserted into the connection, the use of the electric device will be affected. By providing the plurality of through holes 115, the position of the pressing cover 12 can be moved in a small range in the axial direction of the base 11 to give way to the electric element, that is, the left end of the first pressing cover 12a can be inserted into the limit groove of the first base 11a in fig. 1, and the right end is fixed by a screw.
The main function of the mounting portion 112 is to cooperate with the wire pressing cover 12 to form a wire pressing space 124, so that the width of the mounting portion 112 (the distance in the front-rear direction in fig. 2) can be slightly smaller than the widths of the first fixing end 111 and the second fixing end 113, so that the material consumption can be reduced and the production cost can be reduced on the basis of not reducing the overall structural strength of the wire pressing plate 1.
As shown in fig. 3 and 9, in order to further improve the fixing reliability of the wire pressing plate 1 to the power cord 4, the surface of the wire pressing cover 12 and/or the surface of the base 11 facing the wire pressing space 124 are provided with an anti-slip structure 123. The anti-slip structure 123 can increase the friction between the power cord 4 and the line pressing plate 1, and further avoid the phenomena of loosening and pulling out during pulling.
The anti-slip structure 123 may be a frosted surface, anti-slip ribs or protruding points. The type of the anti-slip structure 123 is determined according to actual production and needs, so long as frictional resistance between the line pressing plate 1 and the power line 4 can be increased. In the embodiment of the present invention, the anti-slip structure 123 is preferably an anti-slip rib provided on the inner surface of the crimp cap 12. The setting like this, the line ball lid 12 is fixed with base 11 after, and the outer wall face of power connecting wire can be pressed from both sides tightly to the anti-skidding muscle, not only can increase the intensity of pressure to power cord 4, prevents to slide, can also improve the structural strength of line ball lid 12, reaches the purpose of line ball more effectively.
It will be appreciated that the wire pressing plate 1 is mounted on the electrical appliance frame 2 of the electrical appliance, and the corresponding position on the electrical appliance frame 2 may also be provided with a mating hole 21 for inserting the fastener 3, and the fastener 3 may sequentially pass through the wire pressing cover 12, the base 11 and the electrical appliance frame 2 to fix the wire pressing plate 1 on the electrical appliance.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, a fastening structure 116 is disposed on a side of the base 11 facing away from the wire pressing cover 12, and the fastening structure 116 is adapted to be in snap fit with a mating hole 21 disposed on the electrical appliance.
Specifically, a plurality of fixing structures may be disposed on a surface of the base 11 facing away from the wire pressing cover 12, and at least one fastening structure 116 is disposed on an opposite surface of each mounting portion 112 to ensure connection stability. In the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, it is mentioned that the wire pressing plate 1 may be fixed to the electrical appliance frame 2 of the electrical appliance by the screw, and by providing the fastening structure 116, the screw for separately fixing the base 11 may be omitted, that is, the fixing hole for inserting the fastener 3 may not be provided on the electrical appliance frame 2, and the wire pressing plate 1 may be fixed to the electrical appliance only by the fastening structure 116, thereby improving the installation efficiency. This avoids that the base 11 also falls off from the electrical shelf 2 when the wire pressing cover 12 is to be removed and replaced, making the installation inconvenient.
Fig. 11 is a schematic installation view of the base 11, fig. 12 is a schematic overall wire pressing step view of the wire pressing plate, and in combination with fig. 11 to 12, a partial installation flow of the wire pressing plate 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows: a. according to the number of the power lines 4 to be fixed, a corresponding number of bases 11 and wire pressing covers 12 are selected, and the number of the bases 11 is 2 in the process; b. the first base 11a and the second base 11b are clamped to form a wire pressing seat 10; c. placing the power cord 4 on the mounting portion 112 of the base 11; d. inserting one end of the first wire pressing cover 12a into the limit groove 1111 of the second base 11b, and pressing the power wire 4 into the wire pressing groove 121; e. the other end of the line pressing cover 12 is fixedly connected with the base 11 through a screw; the installation process of the second wire pressing cover 12b is similar, and will not be described herein.
Although the embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to two bases 11, in other embodiments of the present invention, only one wire pressing cover 12 needs to cooperate with one base 11 to fix the power connection wire 4.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an electric appliance with the wire pressing plate 1, which comprises the wire pressing plate 1.
Specifically, the electrical appliance with the line pressing plate 1 comprises an electrical appliance frame 2, wherein a matching hole 21 is formed in the electrical appliance frame 2, and the matching hole 21 is in clamping fit with a fastening structure 116 on the line pressing plate 1 so as to fix the line pressing plate 1 on the electrical appliance frame 2. The shape of the mating hole 21 matches that of the fastening structure 116, and various general snap-in structures can be used, which are not particularly limited herein. In addition, the wire pressing plate 1 comprises a wire pressing seat 10 and a wire pressing cover 12, wherein the wire pressing seat 10 comprises a plurality of bases 11 which are sequentially connected, two adjacent bases 11 are detachably connected, the wire pressing cover 12 is detachably arranged on the bases 11, and a wire pressing space 124 is defined between the wire pressing cover and the bases 11.
Compared with the prior art, the wire pressing plate 1 used by the electrical appliance is provided with the plurality of wire pressing covers 12 on one wire pressing seat 10, and the corresponding base 11 has different sizes when the number of the fixed power wires 4 is different, so that the wire pressing plate 1 is various and has multiple specifications and high complexity. In the electrical appliance with the wire pressing plate 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the wire pressing seat 10 is provided with the plurality of detachably connected bases 11, each base 11 can be connected with the wire pressing cover 12 to fix one power line 4, so that the wire pressing seat 10 is in a split design scheme, on one hand, the wire pressing plate 1 can fix any number of power lines 4 without increasing the specification of the wire pressing seat 10; on the other hand, the split type base 11 can be universal, so that the universality of the wire pressing cover 12 and the wire pressing seat 10 is enhanced, the variety of the wire pressing plate 1 is reduced, the compatibility is improved, and the application range of the wire pressing plate 1 is enlarged.
For example, the existing split-type air conditioner comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, when the air conditioner is installed, part of components in the outdoor unit are connected with the indoor unit through a power connection wire, and the power connection wire is fixed through a wire pressing plate 1 to protect the power connection wire. Because the wire pressing plate 1 provided by the invention can be used for fixing one or more power connecting wires at the same time, the compatibility is good, and the wire pressing plate is suitable for being used in an electric appliance with a changeable internal space, such as an air conditioner.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and the scope of the invention should be assessed accordingly to that of the appended claims.
Claims (16)
1. A wire pressing plate, comprising:
The wire pressing seat (10) comprises a plurality of bases (11) which are sequentially connected, and two adjacent bases (11) are detachably connected;
a wire pressing cover (12) detachably mounted on the base (11) and defining a wire pressing space (124) with the base (11);
The base (11) comprises a limit groove (1111), a first limit rib (1112) is arranged in the limit groove (1111), the first limit rib (1112) divides the limit groove (1111) into a first groove body (1114) and a second groove body (1113), and the first groove body (1114) and the second groove body (1113) are suitable for being respectively connected with the end parts of the adjacent two line pressing covers (12) in a clamping mode.

The line ball board of claim 1, wherein the base (11) still includes first stiff end (111), installation department (112) and second stiff end (113), installation department (112) set up between first stiff end (111) and second stiff end (113), be provided with draw-in groove (1115) on first stiff end (111), be provided with fixture block (1131) on second stiff end (113), first stiff end (111) are suitable for with adjacent second stiff end (113) joint adaptation on base (11).

8. The wire pressing plate according to claim 2, wherein a wire pressing groove (121) is formed in a surface of the wire pressing cover (12) facing the base (11), and the wire pressing groove (121) and the mounting portion (112) are enclosed to form the wire pressing space (124).
9. The wire pressing plate according to claim 8, wherein the number of the wire pressing covers (12) is plural, and the wire pressing grooves (121) on the plural wire pressing covers (12) are respectively matched with the wire diameters of the plural kinds of power wires (4).
10. The crimping plate as claimed in claim 9, wherein a plurality of crimping caps (12) are identical in length.
11. The crimping plate as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a fastener (3) for securing the crimping cap (12) and the mounting part (112).
12. The wire pressing plate according to claim 11, wherein a mounting hole (122) is provided in the wire pressing cover (12), a through hole (115) is provided in the mounting portion (112), and the fastener (3) is used for penetrating the mounting hole (122) and the through hole (115) to fix the wire pressing cover (12) on the mounting portion (112).
13. The wire pressing plate according to claim 12, wherein the number of the mounting holes (122) and the through holes (115) is plural.
14. The line ball board according to claim 1, characterized in that an anti-slip structure (123) is provided on the surface of the line ball cover (12) and/or the base (11) facing the line ball space (124).
