The present invention relates to the field of automotive technologies, and in particular, to a video recording method and apparatus, a vehicle, and a machine-readable storage medium.
Background
The automobile data recorder generally divides the storage space into three folders of cyclic video recording, emergency video recording and photo taking according to the different importance and types of the recorded files. Because video and picture files recorded by the automobile data recorder are large and storage space is limited, the existing technical scheme generally carries out circular coverage operation on circular video according to time sequence, and emergency video and photographing files are not allowed to be circularly covered. This is because the emergency video recording and photographing files are triggered by the driver's manual operation or the vehicle body signals (acceleration sensor signal, collision sensor signal, brake signal, automatic emergency braking signal of the vehicle, etc.), and are usually recorded at an important moment, and the storage space is not allowed to be cyclically covered after being full, and only the user is allowed to delete the files manually.
The problems of the prior art are as follows:
the emergency video file storage method comprises the following steps: in order to ensure that the emergency video files for recording important information are not covered, the emergency video files in the prior art cannot be covered, and only users are allowed to delete the emergency video files manually. If the storage space of the emergency video file is full and the user does not clear the storage space in time, the emergency video function cannot be continuously used, and important events and moments are easily missed.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts based on the embodiments of the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a video recording method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a first aspect of the present invention provides a video recording method, including:
s100, detecting whether the emergency video storage space is full.
S200, under the condition that the storage space of the emergency video is detected to be full, if the emergency video function is triggered by a first trigger condition, emergency video is recorded, and emergency video data triggered by the first trigger condition are covered to emergency video data triggered by a second trigger condition according to a preset rule;
the emergency video recording data are stored in the emergency video recording storage space, and the importance of the emergency video recording data triggered by the first trigger condition is higher than that triggered by the second trigger condition.
And under the condition that the emergency video recording storage space is not full, if the emergency video recording function is triggered, performing emergency video recording, and storing the obtained emergency video recording data in the emergency video recording storage space.
The emergency video recording function is triggered under different trigger conditions, including but not limited to: the user actively starts, or the vehicle is in collision, sharp turn, emergency brake, sudden acceleration, automatic emergency brake and the like.
Preferably, the emergency video storage space includes a plurality of emergency video files under different trigger conditions, and stores emergency video data obtained under different trigger conditions to corresponding emergency video files. For example, emergency video data triggered by the user is saved to an emergency video file triggered by the user. And storing the emergency video data triggered by the acceleration sensor into an emergency video file triggered by the acceleration sensor. The emergency video data triggered by the collision sensor is saved in an emergency video file triggered by the collision sensor. The emergency video data triggered by the automatic emergency braking system is saved to the emergency video file triggered by the automatic emergency braking.
The emergency video data comprises audio and video data, image data and the like, and can record important information, so that when the emergency video space is full, the emergency video data is not allowed to be circularly covered, and only the emergency video data is allowed to be manually deleted by a user. If the user does not clear the emergency video recording space in time, the emergency video recording function cannot be continuously used.
The acceleration sensor is used for detecting the acceleration and the angular acceleration of the vehicle in a running state, and when the acceleration and the angular acceleration are large, the vehicle can be in a normal running state, no major accident occurs, and the emergency video recording function can be triggered by mistake. That is, the importance and reliability of the emergency video data triggered by the acceleration sensor are low, and the emergency video data triggered by the acceleration sensor may be set as the emergency video data triggered by the second trigger condition. However, in the case of active user triggering, vehicle collision, and automatic emergency braking, a dispute or a major accident may occur, the importance and reliability of the emergency video data obtained by the triggering are high, and the first triggering condition may be set to the generation of the emergency video command, the transmission of the vehicle collision signal by the collision sensor, and/or the transmission of the vehicle automatic emergency braking signal by the automatic emergency braking system.
Compared with the emergency video data obtained by the first triggering condition (for example, user active triggering, vehicle collision, automatic emergency braking of the vehicle and the like), the emergency video data obtained by triggering the second triggering condition has lower importance and reliability, so that the emergency video data obtained by triggering the first triggering condition with higher importance and reliability can be covered to the emergency video data with lower importance and reliability, which is triggered by the second triggering condition, according to the preset rule under the condition that the emergency video space is full, and the technical problem that the emergency video file storage space is full and the emergency video function cannot be used continuously in the prior art can be solved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a video recording method according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the first trigger condition includes one or more of:
generating an emergency video recording instruction, sending a vehicle collision signal by a collision sensor, and/or sending a vehicle automatic emergency braking signal by an automatic emergency braking system;
the second trigger condition comprises that an acceleration value measured by the second trigger condition exceeds an acceleration threshold value and/or a whole vehicle attitude angle exceeds a whole vehicle attitude angle threshold value.
The first trigger condition and the second trigger condition include, but are not limited to, detecting the above-mentioned command, signal, and signal sent by the sensor, etc., and may also be a trigger condition for triggering the emergency video recording function according to various signals sent by or detected by a temperature sensor, a gas sensor, a liquid sensor, a smoke sensor, etc. For example, in case of fire, the first trigger condition is over-high temperature, smoke detection, etc., and the second trigger condition may be a condition that is not highly related to the first trigger condition, for example, the second trigger condition may be selected to detect a brake signal, etc.
Wherein, the emergency video recording instruction is triggered and generated by a user. For example, the generation of the emergency recording instruction may be triggered by an emergency recording button on the vehicle or by a cell phone application or a web page. The vehicle will signal a vehicle collision either in the event of a collision or when being collided. The automatic emergency braking refers to a technology for preventing or reducing collision accidents such as rear-end collision and the like when a vehicle normally runs under the condition of non-adaptive cruise, for example, when the vehicle meets an emergency dangerous condition or the distance between the vehicle and a front vehicle and a pedestrian is less than a safe distance (but the vehicle with the function cannot completely brake the vehicle), so that the driving safety is improved.
In other embodiments, in the case that the emergency video recording storage space is detected to be full, the emergency video recording function may be triggered by a second trigger condition, for example, an acceleration sensor when the acceleration and the angular acceleration exceed preset thresholds. However, since the importance and reliability of the emergency video data triggered by the second trigger condition are far lower than those of the emergency video data triggered by the user, the collision sensor and the automatic emergency braking system, the storage space of the emergency video data triggered by the first trigger condition, such as the user, the collision sensor and the automatic emergency braking system, which is relatively important, is occupied when the original storage space of the emergency video is full. Therefore, it is not recommended to continuously overwrite the emergency video data triggered by the second trigger condition to the emergency video data or file triggered by the second trigger condition when the emergency video storage space is detected to be full.
Further, the preset rule includes:
and performing data coverage according to the sequence from front to back of the recording time of the emergency video data triggered by the second trigger condition.
The emergency video recording data triggered by the first trigger condition are sequentially covered to the emergency video recording data in the emergency video recording file triggered by the second trigger condition according to the sequence of the recording time from front to back.
Preferably, the emergency video recording data triggered by the second trigger condition is stored in an emergency video recording file triggered by the second trigger condition, and the emergency video recording file may further include emergency video recording files triggered by first trigger conditions such as an emergency video recording instruction (triggered by a user), a collision sensor, an automatic emergency braking system, and the like, and is respectively used for storing emergency video recording data triggered by different first trigger conditions in a classified manner.
Further, the step S200, after the step of detecting that the emergency video recording storage space is full, further includes:
and S300, judging whether emergency video data obtained by triggering of the second trigger condition exist or not, and if not, sending a prompt for clearing the storage space of the emergency video. Or, preferably, when the vehicle is connected to the network, the emergency video data in the emergency video storage space is automatically cleaned after being stored in the cloud storage space of the user or a client (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, etc.).
Further, in the case that it is detected that the emergency video recording storage space is not full, the emergency video recording function is triggered by a third trigger condition, where the third trigger condition includes the first trigger condition and/or the second trigger condition, and the third trigger condition includes one or more of the following conditions:
the method comprises the steps that a collision sensor sends out a vehicle collision signal, an automatic emergency braking system sends out a vehicle automatic emergency braking signal, an emergency video recording instruction is generated, and/or an acceleration value measured by an acceleration sensor exceeds an acceleration threshold value or an entire vehicle attitude angle exceeds an entire vehicle attitude angle threshold value.
The invention relates to a video recording method, which mainly comprises a vehicle event data recorder, a whole vehicle network, an acceleration sensor, a collision sensor, an automatic emergency braking system, a wire harness and the like.
The invention mainly relates to a method for storing and covering an emergency video file of a vehicle event data recorder, which means that the emergency video file can be selectively and circularly covered by emergency video data according to a triggering condition. The concrete mode is as follows: according to different triggering conditions, the emergency video recording file is divided into manual triggering of a user and automatic triggering of a vehicle body signal. The manual trigger of the user reflects the intention of the user, has high importance and accuracy, needs to be stored preferentially and cannot be cyclically covered. The emergency video files triggered by the collision sensor and the automatic emergency braking signal have high importance and accuracy, and are also stored preferentially and cannot be cyclically covered. The emergency video file triggered by the acceleration sensor has relatively low importance and accuracy, has the problem of false triggering, and can be cyclically covered. Based on the analysis, the emergency video recording files are classified according to the triggering conditions, and if the emergency video recording function is triggered again by a manual or collision sensor and an automatic emergency braking signal of a user under the condition that the emergency video recording storage space is full, the automobile data recorder can cover the emergency video recording file triggered by the acceleration sensor at the earliest time so as to ensure that the emergency video recording function can be continuously used. If the emergency video storage space is full and there is no video file triggered by the acceleration sensor, the emergency video function can be continuously used only after the storage space is manually cleaned by the user.
The vehicle network bus of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, the following: lin bus, can bus, canFD bus, FlexRay, Ethernet, etc.
The acceleration sensor is used for measuring the acceleration of a vehicle and the posture of the whole vehicle, and if the acceleration value or the posture angle of the whole vehicle exceeds a threshold value set by a vehicle event data recorder system, an emergency video recording function is triggered.
The collision sensor is used for sending a collision signal of a vehicle, and the automobile data recorder triggers an emergency video recording function after receiving the collision signal through a whole vehicle network.
The automatic emergency braking system is used for sending out an automatic emergency braking signal of the vehicle, and after the automobile data recorder receives the automatic emergency braking signal of the vehicle through a whole vehicle network, an emergency video recording function is triggered.
The automobile data recorder is used for realizing the logic function, receiving signals of a whole automobile network and storing video and photo files.
According to the video recording method provided by the invention, the emergency video data with higher importance and credibility and triggered by the first trigger condition is covered to the emergency video data with lower importance and credibility and triggered by the second trigger condition by improving the storage and covering mode of the emergency video file of the automobile data recorder, so that the emergency video function can be continuously used under the condition of insufficient emergency video storage space, the problem that the emergency video function cannot be used when the emergency video storage space is insufficient in the prior art is solved, and the technical effects of improving the driving safety and the user experience are generated.

and performing data coverage according to the sequence from front to back of the recording time of the emergency video data triggered by the second trigger condition.

the method comprises the steps that a collision sensor sends out a vehicle collision signal, an automatic emergency braking system sends out a vehicle automatic emergency braking signal, an emergency video recording instruction is generated, and/or an acceleration value measured by an acceleration sensor exceeds an acceleration threshold value or an entire vehicle attitude angle exceeds an entire vehicle attitude angle threshold value.
