Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of laser detection technology and vehicle driving safety, in particular to a laser detection system arranged on two sides of a vehicle driving road, which can play a role in detecting whether a vehicle exceeds a limit height and prompting a driver in time to protect the safety of a bridge tunnel.
Background
In an urban traffic system, traffic facilities such as overpasses, pedestrian overpasses, underground tunnels and the like are important guarantees for urban traffic smoothness. However, the drivers cannot fully understand and grasp the height limits of all the overpasses, overpasses and tunnels. The roof of the truck exceeds the limit height so as to collide with the top of a bridge opening of traffic facilities such as overpasses, tunnels and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to design a laser measuring device capable of detecting whether the coming vehicle exceeds the limit height.
Under general conditions, in order to avoid the accident that a smaller bridge exceeds the height limit when a vehicle passes through a bridge opening to collide with the bridge, an iron height limit hack lever is usually arranged on a road before the vehicle passes through the bridge opening, and a collision object which exceeds the height limit is changed into a hack lever from the bridge.
However, this practice only protects the bridge, and the driver cannot be effectively informed before the collision occurs, and the collision often causes irreparable loss to the automobile and the transported goods, even traffic safety accidents. After the collision happens, the collided hack levers are often required to be repaired, the time and the labor are wasted, the efficiency is very low, and the manpower, the material resources and the financial resources are wasted.
disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a laser detection system for detecting whether a vehicle exceeds a limit height, which is simple and practical and can be adjusted on site under the conditions of different limited passing heights and different passing speeds of different bridge bottom bridge openings and tunnels aiming at the practical requirement that whether the vehicle exceeds the limit height detection equipment for bridge openings in advance is not available in the current urban traffic.
the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
A laser detection system for detecting whether a vehicle exceeds a limit height comprises a laser emitting end and a laser receiving end which are positioned at the same height on two sides of a road, a license plate recognition camera positioned in the advancing direction of the vehicle, a control unit, a warning screen and a warning voice unit.
The laser receiving terminal continuously receives pulse laser signals transmitted by the laser transmitting terminal, the laser transmitting terminal and the laser receiving terminal are connected with the control unit, and the control unit is connected with the license plate recognition camera, the warning screen and the warning voice unit.
The working principle of the whole laser detection system is as follows: and a laser transmitting end is arranged on one side of a bridge opening needing to be detected in advance and the two sides of a road M kilometers ahead of the tunnel, and a laser receiving end is arranged on the other side of the road. In order to reduce the layout cost, the laser transmitting end and the laser receiving end can be directly installed on paired street lamp poles by using a clamp, the height is only required to be ensured to be consistent, the angle is calibrated, and the connecting line of the laser transmitting end and the laser receiving end is parallel to the road surface. The laser receiving end can receive the pulse laser signal emitted by the laser emitting end. At the moment, a laser detection line is formed at the position, where the pulse laser is equal to the height of the highway and equal to the height limit of the bridge opening, when a vehicle runs through the laser detection line after exceeding the height limit, a laser pulse signal received by a photoelectric detector at the laser receiving end is temporarily interrupted, and therefore the control unit detects the vehicle exceeding the height limit. After the vehicle exceeding the limit height is detected, the control unit controls the license plate recognition camera to shoot the vehicle exceeding the limit height, reads license plate information and transmits the license plate information back to the control unit. And finally, the control unit controls the screen and the loudspeaker to give out screen warning and warning voice to the driver so as to remind the driver to pay attention to the road condition ahead.
The invention has the advantages of reasonable design, mature technical reserve, wide application range and high practicability.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.
A laser detection system for detecting whether a vehicle exceeds a limit height comprises a laser emitting end 1 and a laser receiving end 2 which are positioned at the same height on two sides of a road, a license plate recognition camera 3 positioned in the advancing direction of the vehicle, a control unit 4, a warning screen and a warning voice unit 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the laser receiving end 2 continuously receives the pulse laser signal emitted by the laser emitting end 1, the laser emitting end 1 and the laser receiving end 2 are connected with the control unit 4, and the control unit 4 is connected with the license plate recognition camera 3, the warning screen and the warning voice unit 5.
The remote detection method for detecting the incoming direction of the automobile has the advantages that whether the incoming direction exceeds the height limit or not is comprehensively detected on the whole road surface of the incoming automobile by using the pair of the laser emitting end and the receiving end, the laser emitting end and the receiving end are installed at any distance outside a bridge opening, and whether the incoming direction exceeds the height limit or not is judged by judging whether a shielding object shields the receiving of pulse laser.
When the detection system is implemented specifically, the detection system consists of a control unit, a laser transmitting end, a laser receiving end, a license plate recognition camera, a warning screen and an alarm voice unit.
The control unit is an arithmetic unit with certain signal processing capacity, and can be a single chip microcomputer or an FPGA.
Laser emission end and laser receiving end: the laser emitting end can be controlled by the control unit and continuously emits a pulse laser. The laser receiving end is a photoelectric detector which can detect the pulse laser signal emitted by the laser emitting end. The continuous pulse signal transmission and reception can be kept on the premise of no obstacle between the transmitting end and the receiving end. Fig. 2 shows a working principle diagram of a detection part of the laser height limiting detection system: two opposite street lamp poles are respectively provided with a laser transmitting end and a laser receiving end at the same horizontal height (the height of a front bridge opening is limited).
The license plate recognition camera is camera equipment with the vehicle license plate recognition capability, can recognize the license plate number of the vehicle exceeding the height limit at present after receiving the shooting command of the control unit, and transmits the license plate number information to the control unit.
Warning screen and warning voice unit: when the control unit detects that the vehicle exceeds the limit height, according to the information given by the control unit, warning information of 'the vehicle with the license plate number XXX exceeds the limit height in front and please stop at the side' is displayed on a screen, and a horn plays related voice warning to help a driver of the vehicle with the limit height to quickly find problems and stop the vehicle in time to avoid loss.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 3, a laser emitting end is installed on one side of a bridge opening and a laser receiving end is installed on one side of a road, wherein the bridge opening and the road are required to be detected in advance and are limited in height, and the road is located M kilometers ahead of a tunnel. In order to reduce the layout cost, the LED street lamp can be directly arranged on paired street lamp poles by using a clamp, the horizontal heights are only required to be consistent, the angle is calibrated, and the connecting line of the laser emitting end and the receiving end is parallel to the road surface. So that the laser receiving end can continuously receive the pulse laser signal transmitted by the laser transmitting end. After the vehicle exceeding the limit height is detected, the control unit controls the camera to shoot the vehicle exceeding the limit height, reads the license plate information and transmits the license plate information back to the control unit. And finally, the control unit controls the screen and the loudspeaker to give out screen warning and warning voice to a driver so as to avoid the occurrence of collision accidents.
It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the design principle of the present invention, several modifications and applications can be made, and these should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
