Abstract
The invention discloses a fireproof and heat-preservation integrated composite air pipe which comprises a steel pipeline forming an air pipe main body frame, a heat-preservation and heat-preservation layer covering the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipeline and a fire-resistant layer fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the heat-preservation and heat-preservation layer. The composite air pipe has the beneficial effects that the steel air pipe, the heat insulation material and the fireproof material are integrated to form the composite air pipe which can simultaneously meet the requirements of air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge, the requirements of the air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge on the heat insulation performance and the fireproof performance of the air pipe are met, the problems of complex site construction procedures, long construction period and difficult later maintenance of the air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge air pipe can be effectively solved, and the problem of damage to the overall performance of the heat insulation layer and the fireproof layer which are wrapped outside the air pipe in the process of installing the air pipe on site.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a ventilating and smoke-discharging air pipe pipeline; in particular to a composite air duct for ventilation, air conditioning and smoke exhaust.
Background
The national standard GB 51251-2017 technical Standard for building smoke prevention and exhaust system, which is implemented in 8.1.8.2018, puts forward specific fire-resistant time requirements on smoke prevention and exhaust pipelines. The national standard GB 50981-2014 'building electromechanical engineering earthquake-resistant design standard' sets requirements on the material of smoke-proof pipelines in buildings with different earthquake-resistant grades, the multi-storey buildings in the areas with the temperature of 8 ℃ and below 8 ℃ are required by the standard, galvanized steel plates or steel plates are preferably adopted, and the high-rise buildings and the buildings in the areas with the temperature of 9 ℃ are made of hot galvanized steel plates or steel plates. According to the above specification requirements, the smoke-proof and exhausting air duct should satisfy both the requirement of fire-resistant time and the requirement of steel plate material. In addition, in order to save the space occupied by the air pipe pipeline, the tail end pipeline of the air conditioning ventilation system can be used as the tail end pipeline of the smoke prevention and discharge system. For the dual-purpose pipeline, the requirements of smoke discharge prevention pipelines and the requirements of heat preservation, condensation prevention, sanitation and the like of air-conditioning pipelines are also required to be met. The current common solution is to wrap a fireproof plate after finishing the installation of air-conditioning pipelines (including metal air pipes and heat insulation materials) on a construction site. This scheme is not only the process many, and the construction difficulty, construction cycle length is not convenient for the maintenance operation in later stage. The material waste is serious in the construction process, and each process can damage an upstream process and destroy the integrity of the air pipe.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the fireproof and heat-preservation integrated composite air pipe comprises a steel pipeline forming an air pipe main body frame, a heat-preservation and heat-preservation layer covering the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipeline and a fireproof layer fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the heat-preservation and heat-preservation layer.
The inner wall of the steel pipeline is smooth, and the heat-insulating layer is rock wool or a composite magnesium silicate aluminum plate.
The fire-resistant layer is a fireproof plate, and the fireproof plate is fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the heat-insulating layer through keel and screw outer wrapping.
The composite air pipe sections are connected through flange edges of steel pipelines, the flange edges are connected with the outer peripheral surfaces and coated with fireproof laths, and the fireproof laths are connected with the pipelines through screws.
The fireproof plate and the fireproof lath are made of aerogel fireproof plates or calcium silicate fiber plates.
The flange edge is made of angle steel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that as the steel air pipe, the heat insulation material and the fireproof material are integrated, a composite air pipe which simultaneously meets the requirements of air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge is formed, the requirements of the air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge air pipe on heat insulation performance and fireproof performance are met, the problems of complicated field construction procedures, long construction period and difficult later maintenance of the air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge air pipe can be effectively solved, and the problem of damage to the overall performance of the heat insulation layer and the fireproof layer which are wrapped outside the air pipe in the field installation process of the air pipe is also avoided.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the fire-proof and thermal insulation integrated composite air duct of the present invention includes a steel duct 1 forming a main frame of the air duct, a thermal insulation layer 2 covering an outer circumferential surface of the steel duct 1, and a fire-resistant layer 3 fixed to an outer circumferential surface of the thermal insulation layer 2.
the inner wall of the steel pipeline 1 is smooth, and the steel pipeline can be made into different sizes by selecting steel plates without wall thickness according to the field requirement; the heat-insulating layer 2 is coated on the outer surface of the steel pipeline 1 by gluing, the material of the heat-insulating layer 2 is rock wool or a composite magnesium silicate aluminum plate and other commercially available heat-insulating material products, and the thickness of the heat-insulating layer 2 is determined according to the heat-insulating property and the heat-insulating requirement. The fire-resistant layer 3 is a fire-resistant plate, the fire-resistant plate is externally wrapped and fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the heat-insulating layer 2 through a keel 4 and a screw 5, the fire-resistant layer 3 meets the requirement of designing fire-resistant time, and the requirement of the integral fire-resistant time of the integrated air pipe is ensured. The integrated air pipes are connected through flange edges 7 of the steel pipelines 1, namely, the integrated air pipe section A and the integrated air pipe section B are connected through flanges, the flange connection part is coated with a fireproof lath 6, and the fireproof lath 6 is connected with the air pipes through screws, so that the overall fireproof performance of the connected air pipes is guaranteed. The fireproof plates and the fireproof laths 6 are made of commercially available fireproof plate materials such as aerogel fireproof plates or calcium silicate fiber plates, different types of fireproof plate materials are selected according to different fireproof time, and the integrated air pipe has integrity after all parts of the integrated air pipe are manufactured.
According to the invention, the steel air pipe, the heat insulation material and the fireproof material are integrated to form the composite air pipe which can simultaneously meet the requirements of air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge, meet the requirements of the air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge air pipe on heat insulation performance and fireproof performance, effectively solve the problems of complicated field construction procedures, long construction period and difficult later maintenance of the air conditioning and smoke prevention and discharge air pipe, and avoid the problem of damage to the overall performance of the heat insulation layer and the fireproof layer coated outside the air pipe in the field installation process of the air pipe. The requirements on the heat preservation and fire resistance of the air pipe are met, and the problems that the construction process of heat preservation materials and fireproof materials is complicated, the construction period is long, the maintenance is difficult and the like are solved. Meanwhile, the material waste and the damage of different procedures to the integrity of the air pipe in the installation process of the air pipe in a construction site are avoided.
