The latch bolt assembly and the lock cylinder assembly are arranged on the mounting panel in a sliding mode, and the sliding mode is labor-saving in both unlocking and locking by using an electric mode or unlocking and locking by using a mechanical key; according to the invention, a mode that the rotating piece drives the first follower to rotate is adopted, the first follower realizes the sliding unlocking function of the latch bolt assembly through the first matching structure, and the operation is more convenient; according to the invention, the sliding piece is arranged on the lock cylinder assembly in a sliding manner, the sliding piece can slide under the action of the power assembly, the sliding piece can drive the latch bolt assembly to slide through the second matching structure to realize the unlocking function, a gear and a connecting rod are not additionally arranged, the function of driving the latch bolt assembly to slide to unlock by the sliding piece can be realized by only needing small power, the requirement on the driving force of the power assembly or a mechanical key is small, and particularly, the extra consumption on the power of the power assembly is hardly generated; according to the invention, the return piece is arranged, so that the sliding piece which exerts the sliding action force can return to the original position in time, and the sliding piece is ready for exerting the sliding action next time; the power assembly comprises at least one shifting wheel tooth, the torque force generated by the shifting wheel tooth is large, the shifting wheel tooth can be well matched with the first matching tooth and the second matching tooth, and the lock cylinder assembly and the latch bolt assembly can be quickly unlocked; the latch bolt assembly, the first follower, the lock cylinder assembly, the sliding piece, the return piece and the power assembly are integrated in a space formed by the installation panel, the design is reasonable, and the space required by the installation of the lock body is saved.
The latch bolt component comprises a first supporting plate 201, a latch bolt 202 is arranged on the first supporting plate, at least one first waist hole 203 is arranged on the first supporting plate, a first limiting part is arranged on the mounting panel, and the first limiting part is arranged in the first waist hole in a sliding mode. The first support plate is used for receiving the mechanical acting force of the first follower and the sliding piece and realizing the unlocking and locking of the latch bolt by directionally sliding back and forth; the first waist hole plays a role in guiding the sliding of the first supporting plate; the first limiting part plays a role in limiting and guiding, and the width of the first limiting part is adapted to the width of the first waist hole, so that the directional back-and-forth sliding stability of the first supporting plate is good. More preferably, there are two or three first waist apertures. Two or three first kidney holes make the first supporting plate slide to and fro in a fixed direction more stably. The first limiting piece is a first limiting column. The first limiting column can be a hollow column, a solid column or a rivet; wherein first spacing post can be threaded connection on the installation panel, can be for the welding, can structure as an organic whole, also can be for the rotation connection that can not the horizontal hunting, as long as can with first waist hole cooperation, it is just good to play good spacing and guide effect.
The first follower comprises a first follow-up plate 301, a first follow-up hole 302 is formed in the first follow-up plate, the rotating piece is rotatably arranged on the installation panel, the first follow-up hole is sleeved on the rotating piece, and the first follow-up hole is connected with the rotating piece in a clamping mode. The first follow-up plate plays a role in transmitting the rotating acting force, can well transmit the rotating acting force generated by the rotating part, even properly amplified, and acts on the first supporting plate; the first follow-up hole is used for realizing good connection between the rotating part and the first follow-up plate; the first follow-up hole and the rotating piece can be clamped through matching of geometric shapes, and fixed connection can be achieved through connecting pieces such as rivets or pulling plates. The shape of the first follow-up hole is matched with the shape of the outer wall surface of the rotating piece. The shape of the first follow-up hole can be any geometric figure capable of realizing matched clamping, such as an oval or a rectangle. The rotating member is a hub. The hub can facilitate the quick matching connection of the external handle, and when the lock cylinder is not locked, the unlocking of the latch bolt can be independently controlled by rotating the external handle.
The first engagement structure comprises a first toggle plate 401 and a first stop 402, which are movably engaged, the first toggle plate being secured to the first follower, and the first stop being secured to the latch assembly. The first poking plate is fixedly arranged on the first follow-up plate, and the first stop block is fixedly arranged on the first supporting plate. The first shifting plate and the first follow-up plate can be fixedly connected by welding, screw thread connection or riveting, and the first shifting plate and the first follow-up plate can also be in an integrally formed structure; the first stop block and the first supporting plate can be fixedly connected by welding, screwing or riveting, and the first stop block and the first supporting plate can also be of an integrally formed structure.

The second support plate is used for receiving the driving acting force of the power assembly and the key and realizing unlocking and locking of the lock cylinder by directionally sliding back and forth; the lock cylinder is used for realizing the locking function of the lock body; the first matching teeth are used for receiving the rotating torque of the gear shifting teeth in the power assembly, so that the second supporting plate slides back and forth in a directional mode, and the lock cylinder is unlocked and locked in real time; the second locating part, the installation of second guiding hole on second backup pad and installation panel does not have fixed restriction, can set up according to actual need or hobby are nimble, as long as can realize mutually supporting of second locating part and second guiding hole just good, the second guiding hole plays the guide effect to the slip of first backup pad, the second locating part also plays spacing and the effect of direction, the width of second locating part suits with the width of second guiding hole, make the directional stability of making a round trip to slip of second backup pad better. Preferably, there are two, three or four lock cylinders; so that the lock body has a more secure locking function. Preferably, there are two or three first mating teeth; the lock cylinder is not too long, two-stage or three-stage extension locking can be realized, and when the lock cylinder is retracted into the lock body, the lock cylinder is not very long and does not occupy a large space in the lock body, so that the size of the lock body is not required to be large, and the processing and manufacturing cost of the lock body is kept within a reasonable range. The second limiting piece is a second limiting column. The second limit post can be a hollow post, a solid post or a rivet. The sliding piece is a sliding plate, at least one second waist hole 603 is arranged on the sliding plate or the second supporting plate, the third limiting piece is arranged on the second supporting plate or the sliding plate, and the third limiting piece is arranged in the second waist hole in a sliding manner. The sliding plate is used for receiving the poking acting force of the poking gear teeth in the power assembly and realizing the unlocking of the latch bolt by directionally sliding back and forth; the second waist hole can be arranged on the sliding plate and can be arranged on the second supporting plate, the third limiting piece can be arranged on the second supporting plate and can also be arranged on the sliding plate, the specific arrangement positions of the second waist hole and the third limiting piece can be selectively designed according to the requirements of designers, and the second waist hole and the third limiting piece can be matched with each other; the second waist hole plays a guiding role in sliding of the sliding plate, the third limiting piece also plays a limiting and guiding role, and the width of the third limiting piece is adapted to the width of the second waist hole, so that the stability of the sliding plate in directional back-and-forth sliding is good. Preferably, there are two or three second waist apertures. Two or three second kidney holes make the sliding plate slide to and fro in a more stable orientation. The third limiting piece is a third limiting column. The third limiting column can be a hollow column, a solid column or a rivet. The third limiting column can be in threaded connection with the second supporting plate or the sliding plate, can be welded, can be of an integral structure, can also be in rotatable connection without swinging left and right, and can be matched with the second waist hole to achieve good limiting and guiding effects.
The second matching structure is composed of a first clamping portion 604 and a second clamping portion 605 which are movably matched, the first clamping portion is arranged on the sliding piece or the latch component, and the second clamping portion is arranged on the latch component or the sliding piece. The first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are movably matched, so that the sliding piece can drive the latch bolt assembly to slide together, and further the latch bolt is unlocked; the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion can be selected from buckles, clamping blocks, clamping hooks or other clamping pieces capable of playing the same role. The first clamping portion is arranged on the sliding plate or the first supporting plate, and the second clamping portion is arranged on the first supporting plate or the sliding plate. First joint portion both can set up on the sliding plate, and can set up on first backup pad, second joint portion can set up on first backup pad, also can set up on the sliding plate, and the specific setting position of first joint portion and second joint portion can carry out the selectivity design according to designer's requirement, as long as can realize the separability clearance fit of first joint portion and second joint portion just good.
The sliding plate is provided with a second matching gear, and the second matching gear is arranged at the same side as the first matching gear. The second matching gear is used for receiving the shifting acting force of the shifting gear teeth in the power assembly, so that the sliding plate can directionally slide back and forth relative to the second supporting plate; the second cooperation tooth must with first cooperation tooth homonymy, is for the rotation of the group's teeth in the power component, can stir second cooperation tooth and first cooperation tooth simultaneously, realizes sliding plate and the directional back and forth slip of second backup pad respectively. The third clamping and connecting part limits the movement of the second matching gear, the sliding plate slides back and forth on the second supporting plate in a directional mode, a matching concave part is formed between the second matching gear and the first matching gear, the second matching gear is convenient to match with the thumb wheel gear in the power assembly, the sliding plate cannot slide excessively, the third clamping and connecting part is arranged for preventing the sliding plate from sliding excessively, when the sliding position of the sliding plate reaches a limiting position, the third clamping and connecting part collides with the first matching gear, and the sliding plate cannot slide continuously; on the other hand, third joint portion can increase the thickness of second cooperation tooth, because the thumb wheel tooth needs drive first cooperation tooth and second cooperation tooth simultaneously among the power component, and when the thickness of second cooperation tooth increased because of third joint portion, can make the better rotation torsion of accepting the thumb wheel tooth of second cooperation tooth.
The installation panel is provided with a return piece 800, and the free return end of the return piece is movably butted with the sliding plate. The return member is used for timely returning the sliding plate, when the shifting gear in the power assembly shifts the second matching gear, the sliding plate drives the latch bolt assembly to return to the original position under the action of the return tension spring or the return torsion spring after the sliding plate drives the latch bolt assembly to unlock, when the shifting gear in the power assembly rotates reversely, the twisting action force of the shifting gear teeth on the second matching gear is eliminated, and under the return action of the return member, the sliding plate can also slide on the second supporting plate and then return in time, so that the next unlocking operation on the latch bolt assembly is facilitated; the movable butt joint is a separable connection, the sliding plate is in contact with the return member under the poking acting force of the poking gear teeth and pushes the return member to move, the end part of the sliding plate is in contact with the return member at the moment, and when the sliding plate returns to the initial position and moves together with the second supporting plate under the acting force, the end part of the sliding plate is separated from the free return end of the return member.
A first embodiment of the return member is a first return spring. The first return spring is directly arranged on the mounting panel, the arrangement mode of the first return spring is opposite to that of the sliding plate, and the first return spring directly provides return elastic acting force for the sliding plate without the assistance and participation of other components. The first return spring is a tension spring or a torsion spring. The tension spring or the torsion spring has low price, stable elastic acting force, more sizes and specifications, larger selection range and better generated direct elastic acting force.
The second embodiment of the return member includes a return plate 801 rotatably disposed on the mounting panel through a matching structure of a second return spring 802 and a fixing column 803, and a free return end of the return plate is movably abutted with the sliding plate. The return plate is used for applying the elastic action force generated by the second return spring on the sliding plate, the shape of the return plate can be flexibly set, the structure of an arc-shaped plate or a bending plate can be selected, the return plate is designed to be ear-shaped, the end face of the return plate, which is contacted with the sliding plate, can also be flexibly designed to be in a shape matched with the end face of the sliding plate, and the end face of the return plate is designed to be a plane; the second return spring is used for providing stable elastic return acting force for the return plate; the fixing column is used for supporting the return plate, so that the return plate can rotate relative to the mounting panel, and the positioning column can also be used for supporting the second return spring; the movable butt joint is a separable connection, the sliding plate is in contact with the return plate under the poking acting force of the poking gear teeth and pushes the return plate to move, the end part of the sliding plate is in contact with the return plate at the moment, and the end part of the sliding plate is separated from the free return end of the return plate when the sliding plate returns to the initial position and moves together with the second supporting plate under the acting force. The second return spring is a tension spring or a torsion spring. The tension spring or the torsion spring has low price, stable elastic acting force, more sizes and specifications, larger selection range and better generated direct elastic acting force.

The invention integrates the clutch component and the thumb wheel component into the shell of the power component and integrates the power component into the mounting panel, namely, the clutch component, the thumb wheel component and the power component are integrated into the lock body together, and the vacant space in the lock body is fully utilized, so that the volume and the thickness of the whole lock body are not increased, and the attractiveness is not reduced.
The inner wall of the shell is provided with a first mounting part 7011, a first bearing 7012 is arranged inside the first mounting part, and one end of the first mounting column, which is close to the first mounting part, is arranged in the first bearing in a matching manner. The first mounting part is used for mounting the first bearing and provides a stable mounting position for mounting the first bearing; the first bearing is used for reducing the friction resistance and the noise when the first mounting column rotates.
The clutch assembly comprises a first clutch part 7041 shown in fig. 27 and a second clutch part 7042 shown in fig. 28 which are matched with each other, the first clutch part and the second clutch part are both rotatably sleeved on the first mounting column, the first clutch part or the second clutch part is movably matched with the second mounting block, the first clutch part is movably arranged in the shell through a first guide part, at least one first inclination tooth 7043 and/or at least one first inclination groove 7044 are/is arranged on the first clutch part, at least one second inclination tooth 7045 and/or at least one second inclination groove 7046 are/is arranged on the second clutch part, the first inclination tooth is matched with the second inclination groove, and/or the first inclination groove is matched with the second inclination tooth, and a poking part 7047 shown in fig. 12 and 13 is fixedly arranged on the second clutch part. According to the invention, the first clutch part and the second clutch part are separated and matched through the slope teeth and the slope grooves which are matched with each other, the first clutch part and the second clutch part can rotate relatively by stirring the stirring plate on the second clutch part, so that the slope teeth and the slope grooves are separated and matched, and the stirring of the stirring part can be realized by driving the lock cylinder to rotate through a mechanical key, so that the operation can be carried out no matter whether a person is indoors or outdoors, the operation is convenient, and the mode of stirring the stirring part is more labor-saving than the mode of pushing the ejector rod. Wherein the arrangement positions of the pitch teeth and the pitch grooves on the first clutch member and the second clutch member are not specifically defined, the pitch teeth may be arranged only on the first clutch member, while the second clutch piece is provided with a slope groove, the first clutch piece can be only provided with a slope groove, while the second clutch member is provided with the pitch teeth, it is also possible to provide both the pitch teeth and the pitch grooves on the first clutch member and both the pitch grooves and the pitch teeth on the second clutch member, and the number of the pitch teeth and the pitch grooves can be flexibly arranged according to the requirement, of course, the number of the pitch teeth and the pitch grooves is preferably more than one, and a plurality of pitch teeth and/or pitch grooves can be evenly arranged at equal intervals, as long as relative engagement between the first clutch member and the second clutch member can be realized when the clutch is fixed, when the inclined teeth are required to be separated, the inclined teeth can be gradually separated from the inclined grooves under the stirring of the stirring part.
The first clutch piece comprises a first annular part 70411, the first annular part is rotatably sleeved on the first mounting column, the first inclination teeth and/or the first inclination grooves are arranged on the first annular part, at least one connecting plate 70412 is arranged on the first annular part, and the connecting plate is movably sleeved on the first guide piece. Preferably, two connecting plates are arranged on the first annular part in an opposite way; the two connecting plates can correspond to the two first guide pieces, and the two connecting plates can move up and down on the corresponding first guide pieces and have the effect of uniform stress.
The second clutch piece comprises a second annular part 70421 which is rotatably sleeved on the first mounting column, a second inclination tooth and/or a second inclination groove are/is arranged on the second annular part, and the shifting part is fixedly arranged on the second annular part. The second annular portion is used for rotatably mounting the second clutch member on the first mounting post and also for arranging second pitch teeth and/or second pitch grooves on the surface of the first annular portion; the stirring part is used for receiving the pulling acting force generated by the rotation of the lock cylinder driven by the mechanical key, the pulling plate is stirred by the gear shifting teeth on the lock cylinder to move, the pulling plate can pull the stirring part, and the stirring of the stirring part can realize the effect of the relative separation of the first clutch piece and the second clutch piece.
The first annular part is movably matched with the second mounting block, and the second annular part is attached to the surface of the first rotating wheel. When the first annular part is arranged above the second annular part, the first annular part is separated from the inclined groove at the inclined teeth, the first annular part pushes up the second mounting block, and finally the clamping part of the second mounting block and the first connecting column is separated, so that the second mounting block and the first connecting column can rotate relatively, and the separation effect of the clutch assembly is exerted; the second annular portion is attached to the surface of the first rotating wheel in a movable manner, when the second annular portion does not rotate, the second annular portion is completely attached to the surface of the first rotating wheel, the surface of the first rotating wheel supports the second annular portion, and when the second annular portion rotates, the second annular portion and the attached portion of the surface of the first rotating wheel can be temporarily separated. The surface of the first annular portion is flush with the surface of the corresponding end of the first mounting post. The surface of first annular portion and the surface of the corresponding end of first erection column setting that flushes mutually is for making first annular portion can in time jack-up the second installation piece when the separation, because under ordinary conditions, after second installation piece and first erection column joint, the terminal surface of second installation piece and first erection column is the laminating, and the surface of first annular portion flushes mutually with the surface of the corresponding end of first erection column, also means exactly, under ordinary conditions the surface of first annular portion and second installation piece is the laminating.
The second annular part is movably matched with the second mounting block, and the first annular part is attached to the surface of the first rotating wheel. When the second annular part is arranged on the first annular part, the second annular part is separated in the slope groove, the second mounting block is pushed up by the second annular part, and finally the clamping part of the second mounting block and the first connecting column is separated, so that the second mounting block and the first connecting column can rotate relatively, and the separation effect of the clutch assembly is exerted; the first annular part is completely attached to the surface of the first rotating wheel when the first annular part does not rotate, the surface of the first rotating wheel supports the first annular part, and when the first annular part rotates, the first annular part and the surface of the first rotating wheel are temporarily separated. The surface of the second annular portion is flush with the surface of the corresponding end of the first mounting post. The surface of second annular portion and the surface of the corresponding end of first erection column setting that flushes mutually is for making the second annular portion can in time jack-up the second installation piece when the separation, because under normal conditions, after the second installation piece was connected with first erection column joint, the terminal surface of second installation piece and first erection column was laminated, and the surface of second annular portion flushes mutually with the surface of the corresponding end of first erection column, just also means, the surface of second annular portion and second installation piece was laminated under normal conditions.
The free end of the toggle part extends to the outside of the shell, and the toggle part is a toggle plate.
