A sludge cleaning machine is characterized by comprising a purification tank (1), two groups of mounting plates (2), two groups of guide rails (3), a movable plate (4), three groups of first supporting rods (5), four groups of rollers (6), a power shaft (7), a speed reducer (8), a first motor (9), a second motor (10), a suction pump (11), a first sewage discharge pipe (12) and supporting pipes (13), wherein a first cavity (1-1) is arranged inside the purification tank (1), the top end of the first cavity (1-1) is communicated with an opening, the inner ends of the two groups of mounting plates (2) are respectively and transversely arranged at the upper side of the front end and the upper side of the rear end of the purification tank (1), the top ends of the two groups of mounting plates (2) are flush with the top end of the purification tank (1), the bottom ends of the two groups of guide rails (3) are respectively and transversely arranged at the top ends of the two groups of mounting plates (2), the movable plate (, the top ends of three groups of first supporting rods (5) are respectively arranged at the left front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the bottom end of the movable plate (4), the bottom ends of four groups of rollers (6) are respectively contacted with the top ends of two groups of guide rails (3), the outer ends of the two groups of rollers (6) at the left side can be respectively provided with a first transmission shaft (6-1) in a rotating way, the outer ends of the two groups of first transmission shafts (6-1) are respectively connected with the lower sides of the inner ends of the two groups of first supporting rods (5) at the left side, a power shaft (7) is positioned at the right lower part of the movable plate (4), the front end and the rear end of the power shaft (7) respectively penetrate through the two groups of rollers (6) at the right side and extend out of the two groups of rollers (6) at the right side, the power shaft (7) is respectively fixedly connected with the two groups of rollers (6) at the right side, the rear end of the power shaft (7) is rotatably connected, the top end of the speed reducer (8) is connected with the bottom end of the movable plate (4), the left side input end of the speed reducer (8) is provided with a second transmission shaft, the left end of the second transmission shaft is connected with the right side output end of the first motor (9), the top end of the first motor (9) is connected with the bottom end of the movable plate (4), the bottom end of the second motor (10) is connected with the front side of the top end of the movable plate (4), the rear side output end of the second motor (10) is provided with a third transmission shaft (10-1), the rear end of the third transmission shaft (10-1) is connected with the front side power driving end of the suction pump (11), the bottom end of the suction pump (11) is connected with the middle part of the top end of the movable plate (4), the rear side output end of the suction pump (11) is communicated with the front side input end of the first sewage discharge pipe (12), the middle part of the bottom end of the movable plate (4) is connected with, a collection bin (14) is arranged at the bottom end of the support tube (13), a third cavity (14-1) is arranged inside the collection bin (14), the bottom end of the second cavity is communicated with the middle part of the top end of the third cavity (14-1), an absorption bin (15) is longitudinally arranged at the bottom of the third cavity (14-1), a fourth cavity (15-1) is arranged inside the absorption bin (15), a plurality of groups of uniformly distributed absorption holes are communicated with the top end of the fourth cavity (15-1), a second sewage discharge pipe (16) is communicated with the right side of the middle part of the top end of the fourth cavity (15-1), the top end of the second sewage discharge pipe (16) penetrates through the third cavity (14-1), the second cavity and the movable plate (4) and is communicated with the lower side input end of the suction pump (11), a longitudinal collection port (14-2) is communicated with the middle part of the left end of the third, the left end downside of collecting storehouse (14) is provided with baffle (17), and the left end of baffle (17) is less than the right-hand member, and the right-hand member of baffle (17) and the bottom parallel and level of collecting mouthful (14-2), the left end of baffle (17) can rotate and be provided with shovel board (18), and the left end of shovel board (18) is less than the right-hand member, and the left end and the first cavity (1-1) bottom contact of shovel board (18).

The sludge cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a third motor (19), a reel (20), a cable (21) and a pulling block (22), wherein the top end of the third motor (19) is connected with the right side of the bottom end of the moving plate (4), a fourth transmission shaft (19-1) is arranged at the output end of the rear side of the third motor (19), the rear end of the fourth transmission shaft (19-1) is connected with the front end of the reel (20), the top end of the reel (20) is rotatably connected with the bottom end of the moving plate (4), the cable (21) is located behind the supporting tube (13), the upper side of the cable (21) is wound on the outer wall of the reel (20), the bottom end of the cable (21) is connected with the top end of the pulling block (22), and the bottom end of the pulling block (22) is connected with the left side of the top end of the shovel plate (18).

The sludge cleaning machine as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a second support rod (23) and a guide sleeve (24), wherein the front end of the second support rod (23) is connected with the middle part of the rear end of the support tube (13), the middle part of the guide sleeve (24) is provided with a first through hole (24-1) which penetrates up and down, the guide sleeve (24) is sleeved on the outer wall of the cable (21) through the first through hole (24-1), and the front end of the guide sleeve (24) is connected with the rear end of the second support rod (23).

A sludge cleaning machine according to claim 3, further comprising two sets of support wheels (25), wherein the top ends of the two sets of support wheels (25) are rotatably connected with the front side and the rear side of the bottom end of the collection bin (14), respectively, and the bottom ends of the two sets of support wheels (25) are in contact with the bottom end of the first chamber (1-1).
5. A sludge cleaning machine as claimed in claim 4, further comprising four sets of stoppers (26), the inner ends of the four sets of stoppers (26) being respectively mounted at the left and right ends of the two sets of guide rails (3).

A sludge cleaning machine as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a third support bar (27) and a fixing sleeve (28), wherein the bottom end of the third support bar (27) is mounted at the rear side of the top end of the moving plate (4), a second through hole (28-1) penetrating through the middle of the fixing sleeve (28) is arranged in the front and back direction, the fixing sleeve (28) is fixed on the first sewage discharge pipe (12) in a sleeved mode through the second through hole (28-1), and the bottom end of the fixing sleeve (28) is connected with the top end of the third support bar (27).

A sludge cleaning machine as claimed in claim 6, further comprising two sets of reinforcement bars (29), wherein the top ends of the two sets of reinforcement bars (29) are respectively mounted on the front side and the rear side of the bottom end of the movable plate (4), and the bottom ends of the two sets of reinforcement bars (29) are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the top end of the collection bin (14).

A sludge cleaning machine according to claim 7, further comprising two sets of baffles (30), wherein the bottom ends of the two sets of baffles (30) are connected to the front and rear sides of the top end of the guide plate (17), respectively, and the right ends of the two sets of baffles (30) are connected to the front and rear ends of the collection port (14-2), respectively.
