When the snow melting vehicle stops working, the rotating speed of the fan engine and the rotating speed of the rolling brush are reduced to idle speed or stop rotating after the snow melting device and the suction device are lifted in place. During operation, the snow melting rolling brush 7 breaks open snow and ice on the road surface, the boiler 10 transmits the generated high-pressure steam into the snow melting device 6, and the high-pressure steam melts the snow on the road surface; the engine 3 then drives the fan 4 to suck the melted water into the sewage tank 5 through the suction device 8, while the suction roller brush 9 crushes the non-melted lump of ice and snow again, after which the suction device 8 sucks the crushed ice and snow into the sewage tank 5 again, thereby completing the snow melting operation.
