Abstract
The invention discloses an improved polyurethane foam, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30% of first polyurethane, 20-30% of second polyurethane, 20-30% of third polyurethane, 4-10% of aqueous thickening agent, 1-6% of compatilizer, 1-5% of adhesive, 2-7% of hot melt adhesive, 2-8% of aqueous release agent, 1-7% of potato starch and 0.5-3% of silicon dioxide. The invention also discloses an improved polyurethane foam and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials, preparing a polyurethane foaming raw material, reacting and stirring, adding an auxiliary agent, forming a die and cooling.
