A film winding equipment for PVC pipes structurally comprises: output box (1), transport ring (2), fixed axle (3), operating panel (4), quick-witted case (5), twine membrane ware (6), frame (7), its characterized in that: the output box (1) is provided with a conveying ring (2) and is positioned at the left side position of the case (5), the side surface of the case (5) is provided with an operation panel (4) and is connected with the operation panel, the film winding device (6) is arranged at the right side position of the case (5) and is connected with the fixed shaft (3), and the rack (7) is arranged at the bottom of the case (5); the film winding device (6) consists of a speed regulating wheel (10), a power device (11), a machine shell (12), a film coating wheel (13), a lifting frame (14), a supporting wheel (15), a cutting seat (16) and a film supporting device (17), wherein the speed regulating wheel (10) is arranged at the top of the machine shell (12) and penetrates through the machine shell (12) to be connected with the film coating wheel (13), the film coating wheel (13) is connected with the supporting wheel (15) through the lifting frame (14), and the cutting seat (16) and the film supporting device (17) are both arranged at the bottom of the machine shell (12) and are simultaneously connected with the speed regulating wheel (10) and the power device (11); the film laminating machine is characterized in that a clamping seat (18) is arranged at the side edge of the film supporting device (17), the film laminating wheel (13) consists of a fixed wheel (20), a pushing shaft (21), a support (22), a film rolling wheel (23), a film pressing block (24), a flattening roller (25) and a clamping block (26), the fixed wheel (20) is arranged at the position above the pushing shaft (21), the pushing shaft (21) is arranged on the support (22) and connected with the film rolling wheel (23), the film rolling wheel (23) is provided with the film pressing block (24), the film pressing block (24) is movably connected with the flattening roller (25), and the clamping block (26) is arranged at the bottom of the flattening roller (25);
the press cutting seat (16) consists of a clamping seat (30), a shaft column (31), a hydraulic press (32), a tool rest (33), a pressing block (34) and a cutting blade (35), the clamping seat (30) is provided with the shaft column (31) and connected with the hydraulic press (32), the bottom of the hydraulic press (32) is connected with the tool rest (33), the left side of the tool rest (33) is provided with the cutting blade (35), the pressing block (34) is arranged at the right side of the tool rest (33), the clamping seat (30) is a connecting structure of the press cutting seat (16) and the machine shell (12), and the press cutting seat (30) and the machine shell are connected in an embedding mode;
