Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
As described in the background art, the air fresheners for vehicles at present are diffused only by natural volatilization, and the diffusion speed is slow; the diffusion is uneven, and the farther the distance is, the lower the freshener concentration is; and the air conditioner is not combined with an electronic and electric system in the car, and cannot be volatilized (or sprayed) regularly and quantitatively according to the requirements of customers and the environment (smell) in the car.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems in the electronic control of the car, the present invention provides an automatic air freshening system.
The system comprises: the device comprises a gas sensor, a controller, an electric fragrance sprayer and a blower; the gas sensor detects the concentration of peculiar smell gas in the vehicle and transmits a detection signal to the controller, and the controller controls the electric fragrance sprayer to spray air freshener when the blower is in a working state. Furthermore, the automatic air freshening system also comprises a human-computer interaction interface, and the working mode is selected through the human-computer interaction interface.
Further, the controller may be an independent controller or an integrated controller, when the controller is an independent controller, the controller may communicate with the vehicle body electronic control module and the air conditioner control module through a CAN bus, and when the controller is an integrated controller, the integrated controller is integrated in other vehicle electronic control modules, typically, the controller is integrated with the vehicle air conditioner controller, or integrated with the vehicle body electronic controller, and at this time, a topology structure of the system may be adjusted accordingly.
In one embodiment, the controller of the automatic air freshener system is integrated into an air conditioning control module,
As shown in fig. 1, the automatic air freshening system provided for this embodiment is a schematic diagram of the topological relationship between the components of the automatic air freshening system and other systems and the main relevant components thereof, and as shown in fig. 1, the system includes: the system comprises a gas sensor 11, a controller, an electric fragrance sprayer 13, a blower 14 and a man-machine interaction interface 15, wherein the controller is integrated in an air-conditioning control module 12, when the system works, the man-machine interaction interface 15 selects a working mode, the gas sensor 11 detects the concentration of peculiar smell gas in the vehicle and transmits a detection signal to the controller, when the blower 14 works, the controller controls the electric fragrance sprayer 13 to spray air freshener, and in addition, as shown in figure 1, a vehicle body electronic control module 16 and the air-conditioning control module 12 are communicated through a CAN bus.
Specifically, the gas sensor may be a sensor or a sensor array composed of a plurality of sensors, the gas sensor (or the array) is distributed and installed at different sensitive positions in the vehicle, so as to comprehensively detect the concentration of the odor gas in the vehicle, further detected odor gas includes but is not limited to sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia gas, and the gas sensor may detect one of the odor gas or detect the concentrations of a plurality of odor gases. Preferably, the gas sensor comprises a metal oxide based gas sensor and a spectral absorption spectrum based gas sensor.

When the air conditioner works, air in the air conditioner is filtered by the filter screen 21, then the air passes through the blower 22, the blower 22 provides wind power, the air is cooled by the evaporator 23 or heated by the heating core 24, then the air is discharged by the air door 25, as shown in fig. 2, the electric fragrance sprayer 26 is arranged at the position which is arranged at the downstream of the air door 25 and is close to the air door, and then the air freshener 27 sprayed by the electric fragrance sprayer 26 can enter the vehicle along with the exhaust air of the air conditioner. Further, the spray head of the electric fragrance sprayer 27 needs to extend into the air passage 20 of the automobile air conditioner and extend into a certain depth, specifically, the distance between the spray head and the wall of the air conditioner is 1/3-1/2 of the width of the air passage, and the depth can ensure that the air freshener 27 is sprayed to the central area of the air passage 20 of the air conditioner, so that the adhesion of the air freshener 27 on the wall of the air passage is reduced. The controller controls a motor of the electric fragrance sprayer to spray air freshener, the spraying amount is adjusted by controlling the spraying time length of each time, and the air blower in the automatic air freshener system is an air conditioner air blower and does not need to be additionally configured.
Furthermore, a user can select a working mode through a human-computer interaction interface to realize automatic injection of air fresheners in different modes, wherein the modes are typically a manual mode, a timing injection mode and an automatic injection mode; specifically, in the manual mode, a user directly controls the injection of the air freshener through a human-computer interaction interface; in the timing spraying mode, a user can set the spraying interval time and the spraying amount of the air freshener sprayed by the electric fragrance machine through a man-machine interaction interface, so that the electric fragrance machine can automatically spray the air freshener in a timing and quantitative manner; in the automatic injection mode, the controller compares the magnitude relation between the received detection signal sent by the gas sensor and the concentration threshold (standard quantity) of the peculiar smell gas in the vehicle; if the value of the detection signal is larger than the threshold value, the peculiar smell in the vehicle is indicated; at this time, the controller can control the electric fragrance sprayer to spray the air freshener regularly and quantitatively until the value of the detection signal is smaller than or equal to the threshold value (judged by a sensor signal), the air freshener stops being sprayed when the driving cycle is finished or the user intervenes in the midway operation.
Furthermore, regardless of the mode of operation of the automatic air freshener system, the blower should be kept in operation when the air freshener is sprayed by the electric sprayer. Specifically, before the electric sprayer sprays the air freshener, the controller should detect the working state of the blower, if the blower is not running, the system starts the blower to run firstly, when the blower runs for a certain time (standard amount, typical value is 3-5 seconds), the air freshener is sprayed, when the air freshener is sprayed, the blower continues to run for a certain time (standard amount, typical value is 5-10 seconds) and then is closed.
The role of air fresheners in a vehicle can be greatly affected when windows and sunroofs of the vehicle are opened. Therefore, before the electric sprayer sprays the air freshener, the system can detect the states of the vehicle window and the skylight, and when the vehicle window and the skylight are both closed, the air freshener is normally sprayed; when the vehicle window or the skylight is not completely closed, the system reminds the user through the man-machine interaction interface, and the user can spray the air freshener under the condition of closing or opening the window.
