Claims (7)

1. The casting deburring device is characterized by comprising a base, a clamp body positioned at one side of the base and a lifting hydraulic cylinder positioned at the other side of the base, wherein a main shaft is fixedly arranged on a telescopic rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder, a base arm and a main arm are rotatably connected to the main shaft, and the main arm can move left and right relative to the base arm and can freely rotate around the base arm in a horizontal plane;
the lower end of the main arm is provided with a grinding head, the grinding head is driven to rotate by a high-speed motor, and the clamp body is used for fixing a casting with pre-deburring;
the fixture body comprises a fixture body base, an end cover, an inner expansion body and a transverse moving hydraulic cylinder, wherein the fixture body base and the end cover are both fixed on the base, the inner expansion body is fixed on the end cover, a telescopic rod of the transverse moving hydraulic cylinder is connected with a wedge push rod, the other end of the wedge push rod is connected with a wedge in a contact manner, the wedge is positioned between the fixture body base and the end cover, a limiting hole is formed in the end cover along the vertical direction, a push rod is arranged in the limiting hole, the bottom of the push rod is connected with the wedge in a contact manner, an inner expansion ejector rod is connected above the push rod, a plurality of inner expansion blocks are arranged around the inner expansion rod, a spring is connected between the inner expansion blocks and the inner expansion body, the inner expansion body is used for preliminarily positioning a casting, a circular positioning hole is formed in the middle of the casting, the inner expansion blocks are positioned in the circular positioning hole, the casting is placed on the inner expansion body, and the inner expansion blocks clamp the circular positioning hole of the casting through diffusion;

the diameter of the circular positioning hole of the pre-deburring casting is 3-6cm;
a free transverse rod is arranged between the main arm and the base arm, an adjusting channel is arranged in the base arm, one end of the free transverse rod is inserted into the adjusting channel, and the other end of the free transverse rod is connected with the main arm through a rotating bracket;
the adjusting channel is non-circular;
the thrust bearing is arranged between the main shaft and the base arm, the main shaft is provided with a stepped shaft, the thrust bearing is arranged on the stepped shaft and is in interference fit with the main shaft, the base arm is connected with a bearing cover of the thrust bearing, the thrust bearing can be fixed on the main shaft due to the existence of the stepped shaft, the base arm can be fixed on the main shaft and can rotate relatively, and the thrust bearing is used for fixing the base arm and can enable the base arm to rotate relatively to the main shaft.

the casting is placed on the fixture body by a worker, the traversing hydraulic cylinder moves right to lock the casting, then the lifting hydraulic cylinder descends to drive the base arm and the main arm to descend, the grinding head gradually approaches the casting, when the grinding head contacts the casting, the high-speed motor works, the worker manually controls the traversing and rotation of the main arm in the horizontal plane to enable the grinding head to contact with burrs of the casting, the burrs are removed through the rotation of the grinding head, the grinding head is manually controlled to reach the edge line of the removed burrs, and the removal of all burrs of the casting is completed;
after the burrs are removed, the lifting hydraulic cylinder is lifted to a certain height, the traversing hydraulic cylinder is moved left to loosen the clamp body, a new casting with the pre-burrs is manually removed and replaced, and the actions are repeated to carry out the next round of deburring.
7. The method for operating a casting deburring device according to claim 6, wherein the process of clamping the casting by the clamp body is:
the piston rod of the traversing hydraulic cylinder extends out to push the wedge to move right through the right push wedge push rod, and the push rod is pushed to move upwards because the upper surface of the wedge is a slope in the right direction, so that the push rod pushes the inner expansion block push rod to move upwards, the inner expansion block is caused to spread to two sides, the outer diameter is continuously spread, and the outer wall of the inner expansion block is contacted and clamped with the inner wall of the casting;
when the burrs of the casting are removed, the piston rod of the traversing hydraulic cylinder is retracted, the wedge iron moves leftwards, and when the travel switch contact rod touches the fixture travel switch, the traversing hydraulic cylinder stops leftwards moving, the casting loosens, and the new casting with the pre-burrs is removed.
