The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the using process, a user firstly places a workpiece to be welded on a fixing plate 71 flatly placed between two fixing rods 74, then controls the two air cylinders 72 to work through the controller 3, the two air cylinders 72 do work to drive the two fixing rods 74 to move oppositely through the telescopic shaft 75, the workpiece is fixed between the two fixing rods 74, namely, the fixing effect on the workpiece is completed, then respectively controls the first driving motor 61, the second driving motor 81, the first adjusting motor 91 and the second adjusting motor 92 to work through the controller 3, the first driving motor 61 does work to drive the first driving shaft 62 to rotate, the first driving shaft 62 drives the operating mechanism 9 to transversely move in the horizontal direction through the adjusting block 63, namely, the horizontal transverse position between the operating mechanism 9 and the workpiece is adjusted, the second driving motor 81 does work to drive the second driving shaft 84 to rotate, the second driving shaft 84 drives the fixing mechanism 7 to longitudinally move in the horizontal direction, namely, the horizontal longitudinal position between the workpiece fixed on the fixing mechanism 7 and the operating mechanism 9 is adjusted, the first adjusting motor 91 works to drive the first connecting shaft 98 to rotate, the first connecting shaft 98 drives the second connecting piece 96 to rotate by taking the first connecting shaft 98 as a fulcrum, then the second adjusting motor 92 works to drive the second connecting shaft 99 to rotate, the second connecting shaft 99 rotates to drive the third connecting piece 97 to rotate by taking the second connecting shaft 99 as a fulcrum, the contact position of the welding head 15 and the workpiece is adjusted so as to complete the welding operation, namely, the welding accuracy is increased, when the welding is finished, the cleaning motor 11 is controlled to work by the controller 3, the cleaning motor 11 works to drive the cleaning shaft 12 to rotate, the cleaning shaft 12 drives the cleaning plate 14 to horizontally and transversely move in the rectangular groove 10, the cleaning plate 14 cleans the residual welding waste in the rectangular groove 10 to the sewage discharge hole 13, welding waste finally falls into the inside of bin 4 through blowoff hole 13, conveniently carries out centralized processing to welding waste.
