A tee joint 19 is arranged on the gasified black water outlet pipeline between the water outlet valve 9 and the filter shell 12, an air inlet pipeline with an air inlet valve 8 is arranged at the third end of the tee joint 19, an exhaust pipeline with an air outlet valve 5 is arranged on the filter shell 12 at the lower part of the gasified black water inlet pipeline, and a sewage pipeline with a sewage valve 14 is arranged at the bottom of the filter shell 12; the pipe diameter of the gasification black water inlet pipe is the same as that of the gasification black water outlet pipe; the top of the filter shell 12 is provided with a flange plate 3, and the top of the filter shell 12 is connected with the flange plate 3 through bolts.
A filtration method of a coal gasification black water filter comprises the following steps:
step 1: when the coal gasification black water filtering stage is performed, the air inlet valve 8, the air outlet valve 5 and the blow-off valve 14 are closed, the coal gasification black water enters the filter shell 12 through the water inlet valve 4, and is discharged out of the filter shell 12 through the filtering internal parts and the water outlet valve 9; the coal gasification black water filtering stage comprises a filtering initial stage, a filtering operation stage and a filtering final stage;
step 2: the scale on the lifting rod 1 is 0-10 mm, the scale on the lifting rod 1 is 0 in the initial state, the filter holes in the outer filter screen 11 and the inner filter screen 13 are not overlapped at all, and the filter holes on the outer filter screen 11 are blocked by the inner filter screen 13; as shown in fig. 5, when the filter is in the initial stage, the lifting rod 1 is controlled to lift by the hand wheel 6, so that the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 3 mm, at the moment, the filter holes in the outer filter screen 11 and the inner filter screen 13 are partially overlapped, the aperture area of the filter holes is V1, and at the moment, the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline is 10kpa;
step 3: the gasified black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, the filtering holes are blocked after the operation for a period of time, when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline is 100kpa, the lifting rod 1 is controlled by the hand wheel 6 to lift, the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 8 mm, as shown in fig. 6, at the moment, the filtering holes in the outer filtering net 11 and the inner filtering net 13 are partially overlapped in the filtering operation stage, the aperture area of the filtering holes is V2, and V2 is larger than V1; flushing the blockage under the action of coal gasification black water pressure, and enlarging the area of V2 to change the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline into 10kpa;
step 4: the coal gasification black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, the filter holes are blocked after the coal gasification black water continuously runs for a period of time, when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is 100kpa, the lifting rod 1 is controlled by the hand wheel 6 to lift, the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 10mm, the filter holes in the outer filter screen 11 and the inner filter screen 13 are completely overlapped at the final stage of filtering, and under the condition that the blocking object is flushed and the filter holes are completely opened under the action of the coal gasification black water pressure, the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is changed into 10kpa;
step 5: the gasified black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, and when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline is 100kpa, the blockage of the filter holes can be judged; at this time, a cleaning state is entered;
step 6: when the cleaning state is entered, the water inlet valve 4 and the water outlet valve 9 are closed, the air inlet valve 8, the air outlet valve 5 and the blow-off valve 14 are opened, and the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 10mm; the residual black water and solid particles in the filter shell 12 are discharged through a blow-down valve 14;
step 7: closing the blow-off valve 14 and introducing 1.0Mpa of compressed air into the inlet duct with the inlet valve 8, the compressed air passing through the fully overlapped filter holes and being discharged through the outlet valve 5; the particulate matter clogged in the filter holes during the above-mentioned compressed air flushing process is flushed into the bottom of the filter housing 12; the flow rate of the compressed air is 200 m/min;
step 8: the time of introducing compressed air in the step 7 is 5min; the number of times of compressed air is introduced into each cleaning period is 4;
step 9: after the cleaning cycle in the step 8 is finished, opening the blow-down valve 14 to discharge the solid particles or scale remained in the filter shell 12;
step 10: after the solid particles or scales remained in the filter housing 12 are discharged in the step 9, the blow-down valve 14 is closed, and the steps 2 to 5 are repeated to continuously filter the coal gasification black water.
Example two
A coal gasification black water filter, which comprises a filter shell 12, wherein a filtering internal part is arranged inside the filter shell 12; the filter shell 12 corresponding to one side of the filtering internal piece is provided with a gasified black water inlet pipeline with a water inlet valve 4, and the filter shell 12 corresponding to the upper part of the other side of the filtering internal piece is provided with a gasified black water outlet pipeline with a water outlet valve 9; the filter internals include an outer filter screen 11 fixedly arranged in a filter housing 12, and an inner filter screen 13 attached to the inner side of the outer filter screen 11 and movable. The outer filter screen 11 is of a cylindrical structure with an opening at the upper part, and a baffle plate 10 connected with the inner wall of the filter shell 12 is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the cylindrical structure; the bottom plate 17 is arranged at the inner bottom of the cylinder structure. The bottom plate 17 is a blind plate or a screen plate; the ratio of the width of the baffle 10 to the diameter of the outer filter screen 11 is 1:4; the inner diameter of the outer filter screen 11 is equal to the outer diameter of the inner filter screen 13; the thickness of the outer filter screen 11 is consistent with that of the inner filter screen 13, and the thickness of the outer filter screen 11 is 2-5 mm. The pore diameter of the filtering holes at the upper part of the outer filter screen 11 is consistent with the pore diameter of the filtering holes in the inner filter screen 13, the pore diameter of the filtering holes of the inner filter screen 13 is 8-10 mm, the interval between two adjacent rows of filtering holes is 8-10 mm, and the pore diameters of the filtering holes of the two rows at the lowest part of the outer filter screen 11 are 3-5 mm. step 3: the gasified black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, the filtering holes are blocked after the coal gasification black water continuously runs for a period of time, when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline is 110kpa, the lifting rod 1 is controlled by the hand wheel 6 to lift, the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 8 mm, at the moment, the coal gasification black water is in the filtering running stage, the filtering holes in the outer filtering net 11 and the inner filtering net 13 are partially overlapped, the aperture area of the filtering holes is V2, and V2 is larger than V1; flushing the blockage under the action of coal gasification black water pressure, and enlarging the area of V2 to change the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline into 20kpa;
step 4: the coal gasification black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, the filter holes are blocked after the coal gasification black water continuously runs for a period of time, when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is 110kpa, the lifting rod 1 is controlled by the hand wheel 6 to lift, the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 10mm, the filter holes in the outer filter screen 11 and the inner filter screen 13 are completely overlapped at the final stage of filtering, and under the condition that the blocking object is flushed and the filter holes are completely opened under the action of the coal gasification black water pressure, the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is changed to 20kpa;
step 5: the gasified black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, and when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline is 110kpa, the blockage of the filter holes can be judged; at this time, a cleaning state is entered;
step 6: when the cleaning state is entered, the water inlet valve 4 and the water outlet valve 9 are closed, the air inlet valve 8, the air outlet valve 5 and the blow-off valve 14 are opened, and the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 10mm; the residual black water and solid particles in the filter shell 12 are discharged through a blow-down valve 14;
step 7: closing the blow-off valve 14 and introducing 3.0Mpa of compressed air into the inlet duct with the inlet valve 8, the compressed air passing through the fully overlapped filter holes and being discharged through the outlet valve 5; the particulate matter clogged in the filter holes during the above-mentioned compressed air flushing process is flushed into the bottom of the filter housing 12; the flow rate of the compressed air is 300 m/min;
step 8: the time of introducing compressed air in the step 7 is 5min; the number of times of compressed air is introduced into each cleaning period is 6;
step 9: after the cleaning cycle in the step 8 is finished, opening the blow-down valve 14 to discharge the solid particles or scale remained in the filter shell 12;
step 10: after the solid particles or scales remained in the filter housing 12 are discharged in the step 9, the blow-down valve 14 is closed, and the steps 2 to 5 are repeated to continuously filter the coal gasification black water.
Example III
A coal gasification black water filter, which comprises a filter shell 12, wherein a filtering internal part is arranged inside the filter shell 12; the filter shell 12 corresponding to one side of the filtering internal piece is provided with a gasified black water inlet pipeline with a water inlet valve 4, and the filter shell 12 corresponding to the upper part of the other side of the filtering internal piece is provided with a gasified black water outlet pipeline with a water outlet valve 9; the filter internals include an outer filter screen 11 fixedly arranged in a filter housing 12, and an inner filter screen 13 attached to the inner side of the outer filter screen 11 and movable. The outer filter screen 11 is of a cylindrical structure with an opening at the upper part, and a baffle plate 10 connected with the inner wall of the filter shell 12 is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the cylindrical structure; the bottom plate 17 is arranged at the inner bottom of the cylinder structure. step 3: the gasified black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, the filtering holes are blocked after the coal gasification black water continuously runs for a period of time, when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline is 105kpa, the lifting rod 1 is controlled by the hand wheel 6 to lift, the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 8 mm, at the moment, the coal gasification black water is in the filtering running stage, the filtering holes in the outer filtering net 11 and the inner filtering net 13 are partially overlapped, the aperture area of the filtering holes is V2, and V2 is larger than V1; flushing the blockage under the action of coal gasification black water pressure, and enlarging the area of V2 to change the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline into 15kpa;
step 4: the coal gasification black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, the filter holes are blocked after the coal gasification black water continuously runs for a period of time, when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is 105kpa, the lifting rod 1 is controlled by the hand wheel 6 to lift, the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 10mm, the filter holes in the outer filter screen 11 and the inner filter screen 13 are completely overlapped at the final stage of filtering, and under the condition that the blocking object is flushed and the filter holes are completely opened under the action of the coal gasification black water pressure, the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is changed to 15kpa;
step 5: the gasified black water continuously enters the filter shell 12, and when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline is 105kpa, the blockage of the filter holes can be judged; at this time, a cleaning state is entered;
step 6: when the cleaning state is entered, the water inlet valve 4 and the water outlet valve 9 are closed, the air inlet valve 8, the air outlet valve 5 and the blow-off valve 14 are opened, and the scale on the lifting rod 1 is displayed as 10mm; the residual black water and solid particles in the filter shell 12 are discharged through a blow-down valve 14;
step 7: closing the blow-down valve 14, and introducing compressed air of 1.0-3.0Mpa into the air inlet pipeline with the air inlet valve 8, wherein the compressed air passes through the fully overlapped filter holes and is discharged through the air outlet valve 5; the particulate matter clogged in the filter holes during the above-mentioned compressed air flushing process is flushed into the bottom of the filter housing 12; the flow rate of the compressed air is 250 m/min;
step 8: the time of introducing compressed air in the step 7 is 5min; the number of times of compressed air is introduced into each cleaning period is 5 times;
step 9: after the cleaning cycle in the step 8 is finished, opening the blow-down valve 14 to discharge the solid particles or scale remained in the filter shell 12;
step 10: after the solid particles or scales remained in the filter housing 12 are discharged in the step 9, the blow-down valve 14 is closed, and the steps 2 to 5 are repeated to continuously filter the coal gasification black water.
According to the invention, the filtering aperture can be flexibly adjusted according to the working condition requirement by combining the fixed outer filter screen with the movable inner filter screen; judging the blocking condition according to the inlet and outlet pressure difference, and adjusting the filter aperture to prolong the service cycle of the invention; meanwhile, the invention can be cleaned without disassembly through the matched air cleaning device; the aperture of the filtering hole can be adjusted by a hand wheel.

step 3: the coal gasification black water continuously enters the filter shell (12), the filtering holes are blocked after the coal gasification black water continuously runs for a period of time, when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is 100-110 kpa, the lifting rod (1) is controlled by the hand wheel (6) to lift, the scale on the lifting rod (1) is displayed as 8 mm, at the moment, the coal gasification black water is in a filtering running stage, the filtering holes in the outer filtering net (11) and the inner filtering net (13) are partially overlapped, the aperture area of the filtering holes is V2, and V2 is larger than V1; flushing the blockage under the action of coal gasification black water pressure, and enlarging the area of V2 to change the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasified black water outlet pipeline into 10-20 kpa;
step 4: the coal gasification black water continuously enters the filter shell (12), the filter holes are blocked after the coal gasification black water continuously runs for a period of time, when the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is 100-110 kpa, the lifting rod (1) is controlled by the hand wheel (6) to lift, the scale on the lifting rod (1) is displayed as 10mm, at the final stage of filtering, the filter holes in the outer filter screen (11) and the inner filter screen (13) are completely overlapped, and under the condition that the blocking object is punched out and the filter holes are completely opened under the action of the coal gasification black water pressure, the pressure difference between the black water inlet pipeline and the gasification black water outlet pipeline is changed to 10-20 kpa;

residual black water and solid particles in the filter shell (12) are discharged through a blow-down valve (14);
step 7: closing the blow-down valve (14), and introducing compressed air of 1.0-3.0Mpa into an air inlet pipeline with an air inlet valve (8), wherein the compressed air passes through fully overlapped filter holes and is discharged through an air outlet valve (5); the compressed air is used for flushing the particulate matters in the filter holes into the bottom of the filter shell (12); the flow rate of the compressed air is 200-300 m/min;
step 8: the time of introducing compressed air in the step 7 is 5min; the compressed air is introduced for 4-6 times in each cleaning period;
step 9: after the cleaning period in the step 8 is finished, opening a blow-down valve (14) to discharge solid particles or scale sheets remained in the filter shell (12);
step 10: after the solid particles or scales remained in the discharge filter shell (12) in the step 9 are discharged, closing a blow-off valve (14), and repeating the steps 2 to 5 to continuously filter the coal gasification black water;
the coal gasification black water filter comprises a filter shell (12), wherein a filtering internal part is arranged in the filter shell (12);
a gasified black water inlet pipeline with a water inlet valve (4) is arranged on a filter shell (12) corresponding to one side of the filtering internal part, and a gasified black water outlet pipeline with a water outlet valve (9) is arranged on the filter shell (12) corresponding to the upper part of the other side of the filtering internal part;
the filter inner piece comprises an outer filter screen (11) fixedly arranged in a filter shell (12) and an inner filter screen (13) which is attached to the inner side of the outer filter screen (11) and can move.

The filtration method of the coal gasification black water filter according to claim 1, wherein: the outer filter screen (11) is of a cylinder structure with an opening at the upper part, and a baffle (10) connected with the inner wall of the filter shell (12) is arranged at the outer side of the upper part of the cylinder structure; the bottom plate (17) is arranged at the inner bottom of the cylinder structure.

The filtration method of the coal gasification black water filter according to claim 2, wherein: the bottom plate (17) is a blind plate or a screen plate; the ratio of the width of the baffle (10) to the diameter of the outer filter screen (11) is 1:3-4; the inner diameter of the outer filter screen (11) is equal to the outer diameter of the inner filter screen (13); the thickness of the outer filter screen (11) is consistent with that of the inner filter screen (13), and the thickness of the outer filter screen (11) is 2-5 mm.

A filtration method of a coal gasification black water filter according to claim 3, wherein: the pore diameter of the filtering holes at the upper part of the outer filter screen (11) is consistent with the pore diameter of the filtering holes of the inner filter screen (13), the pore diameter of the filtering holes of the inner filter screen (13) is 8-10 mm, the interval between two adjacent rows of filtering holes is 8-10 mm, and the pore diameters of the two rows of filtering holes at the lowest part of the outer filter screen (11) are 3-5 mm.
5. A filtration method of a coal gasification black water filter according to claim 3, wherein: the sieve pore diameter of the sieve plate is smaller than the pore diameter of the filter pore of the inner filter screen (13).

A filtration method of a coal gasification black water filter according to claim 3, wherein: the top height of the outer filter screen (11) is the same as the top height of the baffle (10), and the top height of the inner filter screen (13) is 8-10 mm greater than the top height of the baffle (10).

The filtration method of the coal gasification black water filter according to claim 1, wherein: the inner filter screen (13) is a cylinder unit with an opening at the upper part and the lower part, a plurality of supporting rods (15) are arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder unit, and the supporting rods (15) are respectively connected with a lifting rod (1) arranged in the middle of the inside of the cylinder unit through corresponding cross rods (16); the top of the lifting rod (1) passes through the top of the filter shell (12) and is connected with a hand wheel (6) arranged outside the filter shell (12); a sealing filler layer (7) is arranged between the filter shell (12) and the lifting rod (1), and a sealing bolt (2) matched with the filter shell (12) is arranged at the upper part of the sealing filler layer (7).
8. The filtration method of the coal gasification black water filter according to claim 7, wherein: the number of the cross bars (16) is four, and the included angle between every two adjacent cross bars (16) is 90 degrees; the upper part of the lifting rod (1) is provided with a scale (18).

The filtration method of the coal gasification black water filter according to claim 1, wherein: a tee joint (19) is arranged on a gasified black water outlet pipeline between the water outlet valve (9) and the filter shell (12), an air inlet pipeline with an air inlet valve (8) is arranged at the third end of the tee joint (19), an exhaust pipeline with an air outlet valve (5) is arranged on the filter shell (12) at the lower part of the gasified black water inlet pipeline, and a sewage pipeline with a sewage valve (14) is arranged at the bottom of the filter shell (12); the pipe diameter of the gasification black water inlet pipe is the same as that of the gasification black water outlet pipe;
the top of the filter shell (12) is provided with a flange plate (3), and the top of the filter shell (12) is connected with the flange plate (3) through bolts.
