Further, the bottom wall of each water collecting tank 210 is provided with a condensing sheet 4 vertically. Part of the steam in the hot gas thus introduced into the water collection tub 210 is condensed by the cold side of the condensing sheet 4 to form condensed water, and the other part of the hot gas is reheated by the hot side of the condensing sheet 4 and then rises upward through the ventilation gap 23. Therefore, in the invention, the condensing sheet 4 can condense the moisture in the hot air entering the water collecting tank 210 and collect the condensed water (directly collected in the water collecting tank 210), so that the drying effect of the dried hot air on the tableware in each drawer is better, thereby improving the drying and sterilizing effects. Preferably, the condensing sheets 4 are respectively disposed along the middle portions of the width direction of the water collecting grooves 210, so that the hot air introduced into the water collecting grooves 210 can be sufficiently contacted with the cold surfaces and the hot surfaces of the condensing sheets 4, respectively.
Furthermore, in order to better treat the water collected in the water collecting tank 210 (including two parts, water dropping from the tableware and condensed water generated after the hot air is condensed), the water storage assembly 5 is further included, each water storage assembly 5 is respectively positioned below the diversion water collecting layer 2, each water storage assembly 5 respectively includes a water receiving pipe 51 and a water storage pipe 52, the water storage pipe 52 extends along the width direction of the diversion water collecting layer 2, each water receiving pipe 51 is arranged at the top of the water storage pipe 52 at intervals along the length direction of the water storage pipe 52 and corresponds to the water collecting tank 210 one by one, one end of each water receiving pipe 51 is communicated with the water storage pipe 52, the other end is respectively provided with a water receiving cover 511, and each water receiving cover 511 is respectively opposite to a water guiding hole 211 arranged on the bottom wall of the corresponding water collecting cover 21. Therefore, the water in each water collecting tank 210 can enter the water storage pipes 52 through the water receiving pipes 51, in order to facilitate the user to process the water stored in the water storage pipes 52, the front plugs 53 and the rear plugs 54 are respectively arranged on the pipe orifices at the two ends of each water storage pipe 52, and the front end and the rear end of each water storage pipe 52 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the bottom of the corresponding drawer through the front mounting frame 55 and the rear mounting frame 56. In this embodiment, the front mounting bracket 55 and the rear mounting bracket 56 respectively have a front mounting hole 551 and a rear mounting hole 561 corresponding to the front end and the rear end of the water storage pipe 52, when the water in the water storage pipe 52 needs to be cleaned, the water storage pipe 52 only needs to be pulled out from the rear mounting hole 561 and the front mounting hole 551 from the rear to the front in sequence, and after the water storage pipe 52 is taken out, one end plug is taken down, the water in the water storage pipe 52 is poured out, and preparation is made for water receiving and storing in the next disinfection process. In this embodiment, in order to make the installation structure of the water storage pipe 52 more stable, the front and rear ends of the water storage pipe 52 have a square cross section, and accordingly, the front and rear installation holes 551,561 have a square shape.
The disinfection inner container 1 is provided with two ultraviolet lamps 7, and the two ultraviolet lamps 7 are arranged on the back plate of the disinfection inner container 1 up and down in the embodiment. After the tableware to be disinfected is placed in each drawer, the gap between every two tableware is the dead angle of ultraviolet disinfection, therefore, in the embodiment, the surface exposed outside in each diversion water collection layer 2 is a reflecting surface, so that the ultraviolet rays irradiated on the diversion water collection layer 2 can be reflected and focused by the reflecting surface on the outer surface of the diversion water collection layer 2, the irradiation range of the ultraviolet rays is enlarged, the irradiation intensity of the ultraviolet rays is enhanced, and the disinfection effect of the ultraviolet rays is enhanced. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the inner surfaces and the outer surfaces of the water collection cover 21 and the condensation cover 22 are both light reflecting surfaces.
In order to fix the diversion water collection layers 2 at the bottom of the corresponding drawer more firmly, in this embodiment, each of the above-mentioned condensation sheets 4 is respectively disposed between the push plates 31 at both sides, and the lower end of each condensation sheet 4 is respectively fixed in the corresponding water collection tank 210, and the end edges at both ends of each condensation sheet 4 are respectively vertically provided with end plates 41 perpendicular to each other, each end plate 41 abuts against the side edge of the corresponding push plate 31, and the top edges at both ends of each condensation sheet 4 are respectively horizontally fixed with mounting plates 42, and each mounting plate 42 is respectively fixed with the bottom wall of the drawer.
