Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The scanning imaging method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the scanning imaging system shown in fig. 1, and comprises an image information device, an imaging device and an image archiving communication device. The image information device is usually the device where the radiology department information system (Radiography Information System, abbreviated as RIS) is located; the image archiving communication device may be a device where the image archiving and communication system (Picture Archive and Communication System, PACS for short) is located; the imaging device may include a device where the Modality system is located, and may be an electronic computer tomography device (computed tomography, CT for short) or any other imaging device. Typically, the request data is sent to the RIS system by the Modality system, after which the RIS system is acquired and checked back into the patient's registration information in the Modality system. In the conventional technology, whether the PACS system can perform image archiving or not is judged according to the verification result of the Modality system, and whether the scanning map is executed or not is further determined. When the verification is passed, the Modality system can execute scanning and mapping, the obtained image is transmitted to the PACS system for archiving, and after the PACS system finishes archiving, the information of successful archiving can be fed back to the Modality system, so that a complete workflow is completed. The method provided by the embodiment of the application can determine whether to execute the scanning graph based on the current working mode, so that the scanning efficiency is improved.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
The following describes the technical solution of the present application and how the technical solution of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that, the execution subject of the method embodiments described below may be a scanning imaging apparatus, and the apparatus may be implemented as part or all of the above-mentioned computer device by software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware. The following method embodiments are described taking an execution subject as a computer device as an example.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a scanning imaging method according to an embodiment. The embodiment relates to a specific process that a computer device determines whether to scan an object to be scanned according to a current working mode. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
S10, acquiring a working mode of the imaging equipment in the current state.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned operation modes may include a compatible mode and a non-compatible mode, and optionally, may also include a conventional mode. Specifically, the computer device may obtain the working mode of the imaging device in the current state, for example, may read the identifier on the working mode identifier bit, so as to obtain the working mode in the current state, or may determine the working mode instruction input by the user, so as to obtain the working mode in the current state. Alternatively, the imaging device may be a device in which a Modality system is typically located.
And S20A, when the working mode is a compatible mode, determining whether to execute scanning imaging on the object to be scanned according to the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information equipment.
When the working mode is the compatible mode, the imaging device can receive the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information device. Optionally, at this time, whether the returned information of the object to be scanned is legal or not, the computer device may control the imaging device to perform scanning imaging on the object to be scanned; optionally, the computer device may further perform the scanning imaging directly according to whether the information of the object to be scanned contains legal information, for example, when the information describing the name of the object to be scanned is legal in the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information device, the computer device may not check the information of other objects to be scanned. Optionally, the computer device may further determine that the current operation is in an abnormal state when there is illegal information in the information of the object to be scanned, for example, when the name of the object to be scanned is illegal, and then no scan imaging operation is performed.
And S20B, when the working mode is a non-compatible mode, determining whether to execute scanning imaging on the object to be scanned according to the image equipment information of the image information equipment and the filing equipment information of the image filing communication equipment.
When the working mode is a non-compatible mode, the computer equipment determines whether the image equipment information of the image information equipment and the archiving equipment information of the image archiving communication equipment are matched or not according to the image equipment information of the image information equipment and the archiving equipment information of the image archiving communication equipment, and then determines whether to execute scanning imaging on an object to be scanned or not according to the matching result of the image equipment information and the archiving equipment information of the image archiving communication equipment. Specifically, when the image information device is matched with the image archiving communication device, the computer device can not perform validity check on the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information device, or ignore the information that the validity check does not pass, and consider that the image archiving communication device can smoothly save the scanned image, so that the scanning imaging of the object to be scanned is determined; and when the image information equipment is not matched with the image archiving communication equipment, the validity of the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information equipment can be checked, if the information passes, the scanning imaging is executed on the object to be scanned, and if the information does not pass, the image archiving communication equipment is considered to be incapable of smoothly storing the scanned image, so that the scanning imaging is determined not to be executed.
Alternatively, the matching between the two devices may be a two device integrated setting, e.g. with corresponding hardware addresses; or two devices belong to the same manufacturer; it is also possible that both devices are in the same local area network. Wherein, the image equipment information can include, but is not limited to, name, identification, category and hardware address of the image equipment; the image archiving communication device may include, but is not limited to, the name, identification, category, hardware address, etc. of the imaging device.
In this embodiment, the computer device performs scanning imaging on the object to be scanned according to the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information device by acquiring the working mode of the imaging device in the current state, and when the working mode is the compatible mode, so that the result of validity verification of the information of the object to be scanned can be ignored, and the problem that the scanning imaging cannot be continuously performed due to the fact that the verification result fails is avoided. Generally, when the validity verification is not passed, the image can not be archived completely, so that the method greatly reduces the problem that the workflow can not be continuously executed due to the failure of the validity verification, further greatly reduces the invalid failure rate of the equipment, and avoids long-time maintenance in the workflow process, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of scanning the image. Meanwhile, when the working mode of the computer equipment is a non-compatible mode, whether scanning imaging is executed on an object to be scanned is determined according to the image equipment information of the image information equipment and the filing equipment information of the image filing communication equipment, so that whether scanning imaging is executed or not can be determined according to a matching result of the image information equipment and the image filing communication equipment. The computer equipment can also determine whether to execute the scanning image or not based on the result of validity verification when the image information equipment and the image archiving communication equipment are not matched, so that invalid scanning can be avoided when the image archiving communication equipment is determined to be incapable of successfully archiving the image, and the overhead of a system is further greatly saved.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, a possible implementation manner of determining whether to perform scanning imaging on the object to be scanned according to the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information device in step S20A may include: performing loose verification on the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information equipment; the loose verification comprises verification of basic information in the information of the object to be scanned; and if the result of the loose verification is that the verification is passed, scanning imaging is carried out on the object to be scanned. Specifically, the computer device may perform loose verification on the information of the object to be scanned returned by the image information device when the working mode is a compatible mode. It should be noted that the loose verification is a verification mode after the verification condition is relaxed compared with the traditional mode, in the loose verification mode, the computer device does not verify all returned information of the object to be scanned any more, and only verifies basic information such as name, gender, scanning position and the like necessary for executing scanning. When the verification result of the loose verification is that the verification is passed, the computer equipment considers that the scanning imaging can be successfully executed, so that the scanning imaging is executed on the object to be scanned, the problem that the workflow cannot be continuously executed due to the failure of the verification is further avoided, the invalid failure rate of the equipment is greatly reduced, the long-time maintenance in the workflow process is avoided, and the scanning imaging efficiency is greatly improved. Optionally, if the verification result of the loose verification is that the verification fails, the computer device may stop scanning the object to be scanned, and optionally, the computer device may output an error prompt message to prompt a user to verify that the error is generated. In the case that the loose verification is not passed, the computer device stops executing the scanning imaging, and can avoid the operation of executing invalid scanning imaging under the condition that the basic information of the object to be scanned is illegal, thereby saving the time of workflow and saving the resources of the system.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiments, a possible implementation manner of step S20B may further include, as shown in fig. 3:
s21, judging whether the image address identifier is matched with the archiving address identifier.
It should be noted that, the image device information may include at least one of an image address identifier and an image application entity identifier; the archive device information may include at least one of an archive address identification and an archive application entity identification.
Specifically, the computer device may first determine whether the image address identifier and the archive address identifier match, for example, whether they are the same, or whether the similarity of the two exceeds eighty percent, or whether the two belong to the same address range. If the image address identification is matched with the archiving address identification, S22A is executed; if the video address identification and the archive address identification do not match, S22B is executed.
S22A, scanning imaging is performed.
S22B, determining whether to execute scanning imaging on the object to be scanned according to the image application entity identifier of the image information equipment and the archiving application entity identifier of the image archiving communication equipment.
Specifically, when the image address identifier and the filing address identifier are matched, the computer device considers that the result of validity verification of the information of the object to be scanned does not affect the filing of the image, and even if the result of validity verification does not pass, the image filing communication device can smoothly file the image. At this time, the computer device directly performs scanning imaging. When the image address identifier and the archive address identifier are not matched, the computer device can also determine whether scanning imaging needs to be executed according to the matching result of the image application entity identifier and the archive application entity identifier. For example, the computer device may execute the scan map when the matching degree of the image address identifier and the archive address identifier is high; and when the matching degree of the image address identification and the archiving address identification is low, the scanning graph is not executed.
In this embodiment, the computer device determines that the image information device and the image archiving communication device belong to the same device or the same manufacturer by determining whether the image address identifier and the archiving address identifier are matched, and when the image address identifier and the archiving address identifier are matched, the validity verification result of the information of the object to be scanned does not affect smooth archiving of the image, so that scanning imaging is performed. The method can accurately judge whether the image information equipment and the image archiving communication equipment can normally conduct image archiving through the image address identification and the archiving address identification, and further determine whether to execute the scanning image, so that the problem that the workflow cannot be continuously executed due to the failure of validity verification is avoided, the invalid failure rate of the equipment is greatly reduced, the efficiency of scanning the image is greatly improved, invalid scanning is avoided, and system resources are saved.
Optionally, one possible implementation manner of the step S22B may further include, as shown in fig. 4:
s221, judging whether the image application entity identifier is matched with the archiving application entity identifier.
S222, when the image application entity identifier is matched with the archiving application entity identifier, scanning imaging is carried out on the object to be scanned.
Specifically, the computer device may determine whether the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched, for example, whether they are the same, whether the similarity of the two is greater than a certain threshold, or whether the number of characters overlapped in the two exceeds a certain threshold, which is not limited in this embodiment. The image application entity identifier is matched with the archiving application entity identifier, so that the image information equipment and the image archiving communication equipment can be characterized as equipment capable of communicating normally with each other; and if the image application entity identifier is not matched with the archiving application entity identifier, two devices with limited communication between the image information device and the image archiving communication device are characterized. For example, when the image application entity identifier and the filing application entity identifier are identical, the computer device considers the image information device and the image filing communication device to be the same device integrally arranged, and the computer device can confirm that the image filing communication device can smoothly file the image even if the result of validity verification is not passed, so that scanning imaging is performed. When the image application entity identification and the archiving application entity identification match, the computer device confirms that the image archiving communication device can archive the image normally, and thus performs scanning imaging. Optionally, when the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are not matched, the computer device confirms that the image archiving communication device is also limited by other conditions when the image archiving communication device is used for archiving the image, and the image can not be directly archived, so that the imaging device can be controlled to stop scanning. Optionally, when the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are not matched, the computer device may further output illegal prompt information for indicating that illegal information exists in the information of the object to be scanned. Optionally, the illegal prompting information may be a dialog box popped up on the display interface, or a warning light may be turned on, which is not limited in the form of outputting the illegal prompting information in this embodiment. When the image application entity identification is not matched with the archiving application entity identification, illegal prompt information is output to prompt a user to know the state of the current equipment, corresponding measures are timely taken, delay caused by untimely fault discovery is avoided, and smooth operation of workflow is further ensured.
In this embodiment, the computer device determines whether the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched, and when the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched, it is confirmed that the image archiving communication device can normally archive the image, so that scanning imaging is performed on the object to be scanned, thereby accurately avoiding the problem that the workflow cannot be continuously executed due to failure of validity verification, further greatly reducing the invalid failure rate of the device, avoiding long-time maintenance in the workflow process, and greatly improving the efficiency of scanning and mapping.
Alternatively, on the basis of the above embodiment, one possible implementation manner of S221 may be as shown in fig. 5, including:
s2211, the image application entity identifier and the characters in the archiving application entity identifier are filtered to obtain an image core keyword of the image information equipment and an archiving core keyword of the archiving application entity identifier.
S2212, determining whether the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched according to the matching result of the image core keyword and the archiving core keyword.
Specifically, the computer device may filter the characters in the image application entity identifier and the archive application entity identifier, including removing invalid keywords, for example, removing head and tail keywords (including wl, worklist, server) of the RIS-AE (application entity, application Entities), and removing keywords such as server, PACS, etc. of the PACS-AE, so as to obtain an image core keyword of the image information device and an archive core keyword of the archive application entity identifier, respectively. Then, the computer device matches the image core keywords with the archive core keywords, and determines whether the image application entity identification and the archive application entity identification match according to the matching result determined by the matching result. Specifically, when the image core keyword is matched with the archive core keyword, determining that the image application entity identifier is matched with the archive application entity identifier; when the image core keyword and the archiving core keyword are not matched, determining that the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are not matched.
Optionally, one possible implementation manner of the step S2212 may further include, as shown in fig. 6:
S2212A, judging whether the number of bits of the same character string in the image core keyword and the archiving core keyword is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value.
S2212B, if yes, determining whether the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched according to whether the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier contain preset built-in keywords or not.
Specifically, the computer device determines whether the number of bits of the same character string in the image core keyword and the archive core keyword is greater than or equal to a preset threshold. If the number of bits of the same character string, namely the length of the common substring is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that the image application entity identifier is matched with the archiving application entity identifier; and whether the same character string contains preset built-in keywords or not can be further judged, and whether the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched or not is determined according to whether the same character string contains preset built-in keywords or not. Optionally, the preset threshold may be set as required, for example, may be set to 2, and when the number of bits of the same character string in the image core keyword and the archive core keyword is more than 2, it is determined whether the image application entity identifier and the archive application entity identifier are matched according to whether the image application entity identifier and the archive application entity identifier include the preset built-in keyword.
Optionally, one possible implementation manner of the step S2212B may further include: and if the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier have the same built-in keyword, determining that the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched. Specifically, under the condition that the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched, the computer equipment further judges whether the same character string in the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier contains a built-in keyword or not, and if so, the computer equipment determines that the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are matched; if not, it is determined that the two do not match. The built-in keywords are preset keywords, and the keywords can represent that the equipment belongs to legal equipment, such as GE, philips and the like. For example, when RIS-AE is PhilipsServer, PACS-AE is GEPACS, the image core keyword obtained after the head and tail keywords are removed is Philips, the archive core keyword is GE, and a common character string with the number of 2 characters or more does not exist between the two, so that the two are judged to be not the same equipment, and the two are further determined to be not matched; when RIS-AE is WORKLISTGE, PACS-AE is GE01PACS, after the head and tail keywords are removed, the keywords are GE and GE01 respectively, and a common character string GE (without distinguishing letter cases) with the number of 2 characters exists between the two, so that the two are judged to be the same equipment, and therefore, the two are matched. In the implementation mode, when the same built-in keywords exist in the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier, the computer equipment can accurately judge that the image information equipment and the image archiving communication equipment are equipment of the same manufacturer, so that the image application entity identifier and the archiving application entity identifier are determined to be matched, and the method is accurate and visual and is easy to realize.
Optionally, when the number of bits of the same character string in the image core keyword and the archive core keyword is smaller than the preset threshold, the computer device determines that the image application entity identifier and the archive application entity identifier are not matched.
