The emergency management method of food poisoning and infectious disease as claimed in claim 1, wherein the database further comprises symptom information of food poisoning or infectious disease, and the step of inputting the target keyword and searching against the database to select the target type of food poisoning or infectious disease comprises:
inputting target keywords and inquiring against the database to obtain types of food poisoning or infectious diseases corresponding to the target keywords, and setting the types as candidate types;
judging whether the number of the candidate types is more than 1;
if the number of the candidate types is more than 1, extracting symptom characteristic words from the symptom information of the food poisoning or infectious disease corresponding to each candidate type and generating a symptom characteristic word sequence corresponding to each candidate type;
combining all the symptom characteristic word sequences to generate a symptom characteristic word set, screening any symptom characteristic word which does not repeatedly appear from the symptom characteristic word set, and setting the symptom characteristic word as a target symptom characteristic word;
generating a symptom judgment request instruction corresponding to the target symptom characteristic word according to the target symptom characteristic word and sending the symptom judgment request instruction to a terminal, so that field emergency personnel can send a 'yes or no' selection instruction about whether related symptoms appear from the terminal according to the symptom judgment request instruction;
and if a selection instruction of 'yes' about whether the relevant symptoms appear or not sent by the terminal is received, determining that the candidate type of the food poisoning or infectious disease corresponding to the symptom characteristic word sequence containing the target symptom characteristic word is the target type.

The emergency management method for food poisoning and infectious disease according to claim 2, wherein the step of generating a symptom judgment request instruction corresponding to the target symptom feature word according to the target symptom feature word and sending the symptom judgment request instruction to the terminal so that a field emergency personnel sends a "yes or no" selection instruction about whether a relevant symptom appears from the terminal according to the symptom judgment request instruction further comprises:
if a selection instruction of 'no' about whether relevant symptoms appear or not, which is sent by the terminal, is received, all symptom characteristic words in a symptom characteristic word sequence containing the target symptom characteristic words are deleted from the symptom characteristic word set, and any symptom characteristic word which does not appear repeatedly is screened from the deleted symptom characteristic word set;
until the target type is screened out.

The emergency management method for food poisoning and infectious disease as claimed in claim 1, wherein the database further comprises emergency protocol information of food poisoning or infectious disease, and the step of inputting the target keyword and searching against the database to select the target type of food poisoning or infectious disease further comprises:
inquiring the target type by comparing with a mapping table to find out an emergency scheme information address corresponding to the target type, wherein the mapping table is used for representing the one-to-one correspondence between the type of food poisoning or infectious disease and the emergency scheme information address;
and searching from the database according to the emergency scheme information address corresponding to the target type to acquire the emergency scheme information corresponding to the target type.
5. The emergency management method for food poisoning and infectious disease as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of establishing the database related to food poisoning or infectious disease further comprises:
acquiring all information related to food poisoning or infectious diseases from a big data platform in real time;
acquiring the type of food poisoning or infectious disease according to the information related to the food poisoning or infectious disease, and setting the type as a preset type;
searching the preset type by comparing with the mapping table and judging whether the preset type can be found;
if not, acquiring emergency scheme information corresponding to the preset type, storing the emergency scheme information into the database according to the type, and correspondingly storing the preset type and the storage address of the emergency scheme information corresponding to the preset type into the mapping table.
6. An emergency management system for food poisoning and infectious disease, comprising:
a building module: for building a database related to food poisoning or infectious disease, the database comprising types of food poisoning or infectious disease;
a screening module: for entering target keywords and querying against the database to screen out target types of food poisoning or infectious disease.
7. The emergency management system for food poisoning and infectious disease of claim 6, wherein the database further comprises information of symptoms of food poisoning or infectious disease, and the screening module is further configured to:
inputting target keywords and inquiring against the database to obtain types of food poisoning or infectious diseases corresponding to the target keywords, and setting the types as candidate types;
judging whether the number of the candidate types is more than 1;
if the number of the candidate types is more than 1, extracting symptom characteristic words from the symptom information of the food poisoning or infectious disease corresponding to each candidate type and generating a symptom characteristic word sequence corresponding to each candidate type;
combining all the symptom characteristic word sequences to generate a symptom characteristic word set, screening any symptom characteristic word which does not repeatedly appear from the symptom characteristic word set, and setting the symptom characteristic word as a target symptom characteristic word;
generating a symptom judgment request instruction corresponding to the target symptom characteristic word according to the target symptom characteristic word and sending the symptom judgment request instruction to a terminal, so that field emergency personnel can send a 'yes or no' selection instruction about whether related symptoms appear from the terminal according to the symptom judgment request instruction;
and if a selection instruction of 'yes' about whether the relevant symptoms appear or not sent by the terminal is received, determining that the candidate type of the food poisoning or infectious disease corresponding to the symptom characteristic word sequence containing the target symptom characteristic word is the target type.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method for emergency management of food poisoning and infectious disease according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. An emergency management apparatus for food poisoning and infectious disease, comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the emergency management method for food poisoning and infectious disease according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
